This is somewhat of a forgotten set, but still a great way of checking Floatzel and other special attackers. Grumpig can easily switch in as it takes about 35% from Hydro Pump and can heal the damage off with Leftovers + Protect. Grumpig then has the option of 2hkoing with Psychic or using some of its many utility options. Psychic and Protect are really the only mandatory moves on this set , so you can get creative with your set based on your teams needs.
