Why does Alakazam know Protect? Since you don't use any moves that can also hurt your partner, it seems rather useless here, unless you feel that you will be able to easily predict Explosions and Self-Destructs. I think Energy Ball would be a good move to consider in this spot.

I think that using Super Luck on Absol would be better, becuase Absol wouldn't be able to take that many hits, so Pressure is pretty useless. Super Luck gives you a bit of, well, luck. Also, isn't Brick Break better than Rock Smash? Correct me if I am wrong.

Well, I think you should take off Ice Fang on Gyarados for Earthquake, becuase of better type coverage. Also, have Dragon Claw on Garchomp so that you don't have to play "Flip the Coin" everytime so that you might hurt yourself in confusion. I remember one time you were battling and killed...

Oh and if you are talking about Jirachi, well, it's job is to support my team with Wish. Doom Desire is it's main and only attacking mmove. Basically, I Doom Desire and then I Protect. I also will do that with Wish. U-Turn is so that after I Wish I can switch.
