Worker my good man, that female shiny Bulba catches my eye. In over 10 boxes of eggs, I haven't had a single match your TSV, BUT, I do have many eggs I haven't hatched that do have matches.

Some highlights from my stock, ideal 5IV spreads: Timid Drought Vulpix with Heat Wave + Hypnosis, a female (Blaze :C) Fennekin with Heat Wave/Hypnosis/Wish, Scatterbugs (High Plains pattern), Charmander-Y with Dragon Dance+Pulse and Outrage.

Can also breed some 4 egg move Skarmory and get them checked, ideal IVs, Sturdy, Impish. Curse/Whirl Wind/Brave Bird/Drill Peck. And Eevee with Wish + can have HA for Flareon/Leafeon spreads.
