Due to the mechanics of Emeralds RNG, Hidden Powers can be borderline impossibly difficult. It's very simple to use, but advances at 60+ frames per second! Low chance females aren't as bad though.
Oh I see. Well, for legends I think they'll have to be done in 4th to 5th gen.. As for the other Pokémon, I'm only looking for Kalos born so they'd have to be bred in 6th gen. ^^ Although might be able to provide parents for some as I already have gen4-5 versions of them.. =(
