For each Pokemon nature, there is a liked and disliked flavour. Start with one mon, give it a berry that matches its liked flavour. This will be the only held item that mon can use until is is consumed, stolen or knocked off. The next mon must have a nature with a liked flavour that is the same as the previous' disliked flavour. E.g. first mon is adamant, which likes spicy and dislikes dry. The next pokemon must have a nature that likes dry, e.g. rash. Rash dislike bitter so the next Pokemon must have a nature that likes bitter.
Spicy = Cheri = Lonely, Brave, Adamant, Lonely
Dry = Chesto = Modest, Mild, Quiet, Rash
Sweet = Pecha = Timid, Hasty, Jolly, Naive
Bitter = Rawst = Calm, Gentle, Sassy, Careful
Sour = Aspear = Bold, Relaxed, Impish, Lax
Natures with no preference (hardy, docile etc) are allowed to use any berry (Cheri, Lum, Persim, Sitrus, Salac, etc).
This is an add on challenge to make any fronteir battle or game play more challenging.
Battle Fronteir
Achieve longest streak possible with the above team building conditions. You can change items by using trick, thief etc. Every seven battles, once you've received your battle points for the round, you are allowed to equip a new item to any pokemon that has lost its berry, but only if you have either stolen it or knocked it off an opponent. Pokemon can be subbed in and out, as long as they fit in with the above teambuilding requirements and must start with their berry until it is consumed. Moves may also be changed every seven rounds.
During game play
For a Nuzlocke adaptation of this challenge, the above rules apply, but when your pokemon consumes its berry, the mon is not allowed to be taken to the pokemon centre or have any items used on it.
If your pokemon loses its berry, it can only be healed if does anything listed below before fainting or running out of pp:
Steals any held item from an opponent which is used until used/knocked off again;
Knocks off an opponents held item. You can then give the item you knocked off to any pokemon in your team;
Receives an item through trick, either from opponent or ally in either singles or doubles;

Make use of type immunities (fire, earth, poison, steal) and abilities (insomnia, limber, immunity, water veil, magma armor, sticky hold)
Catch pokemon with desired natures using pokeblocks in the safari zone
