Defensive Buzzwole is a strong check to Big Chungus. It potentially gets OHKOed by Mega Kick if it has set up Swords Dance, but otherwise it can take a hit just fine and potentially OHKO with Drain Punch, gaining some health back in the process.

It can come in on earthquake and quick attack and threaten it with giga drain every time, it can synthesis to recover the hp lost from quick attacks and earthquakes.

While it's unable to come on Mega Kick, Rotom-Wash can easily come on 2/4 moves (and freely on the last one) and revenge kill Diggersby. Hydro Pump isnt the safest option ever but it's reasonably accurate, + if Diggersby isnt boosted it has to hit a Mega Kick to be able to kill you, which is less likely. Poor streaks of luck can happen but Washtom is overall a decent check to big bad bunny
uninvested hydro has 93% chance to ohko, you can bump the spa with 44 evs to ensure the ohko on that and on Gyarados

Description:
I would say that it is very difficult to find a Pokemon that completely walls Diggersby in the UU tier, leaving teams to be vulnerable to a late-game sweep if unprepared. Hence, I believe that defensive Kommo-O is a potential counter to Diggersby as it is able to outspeed Diggersby or live a +2 Quick Attack to retaliate with Body Press. With a 200 speed investment, Kommo-O sits comfortably at 256 speed, which is able to outspeed unscarfed Adamant Diggersby's max speed of 255. Kommo-O does possess significant defensive bulk that enables it to use Body Press to threaten offensive normal/rock/steel types. Toxic is used for other Pokemon, but if Kommo-O is able to set up an Iron Defense before Diggersby enters the field then it would have no problems tanking any hits from Diggersby. Leftovers increases Kommo-O's longevity, which is preferred, but a Rocky Helmet set is also appropriate to punish Diggersby for making contact. However, if the Diggersby is Jolly nature, unboosted Kommo-O will have difficulty tanking a speedy +2 Mega Kick.

DESCRIPTION:
Tapu Bulu provides a solid switch in that can't be KO'd from full while also threatening Diggersby and debuffing Earthquake. You can recover HP via Horn Leech which OHKO's Diggersby or use Synthesis on the predicted switch out to maintain HP. Honestly, outside of Horn Leech, the rest of the set can be anything. A more offensive set could be Horn Leech, Close Combat, Swords Dance, Substitute which can still heal with Horn Leech but also set up to threaten breaking incoming walls.

Big Dada is a check to Diggersby, as it can outspeed and OHKO it but doesn't like taking a mega kick. This set works especially well for beating it since boots allows it to ignore the webs Diggersby is constantly on.

Unfortunately only east gastrodon is capable of this feat as the west forme is so ugly that it will end up being crit every time it is hit.
