If your code is PAL, I have a Moltres code for trade.
Not without a Powersave or unupdated 3DS for QR Code cloning. Honestly, deleting the updates doesn't affect your game at all. You can just redownload them after you clone.

What is the PAL region in the Pokemon Games? What does PAL stand for? I searched and found:

PAL is Europe (and usually Australia/NZ too), NTSC is North American.
The rest use other stuff.
So in Pokemon, PAL is any country that uses PAL (most of Europe [excluding France and Russia], Australia)?
For Pokémon I'm fairly sure it's the entirety of Europe + Australia.
Hi everyone, I sred this 28/31/31/31/31/31 Modest Jirachi, and I was wondering what set I can use with it. CM Jirachi is still a thing? I was also thinking that, maybe, I could use the mixed set because it has 31 in Atk despite the nature. Iron head is such a good move on it... So, I would really appreciate any advice/comment. I found a spitback female on my bank. Put something in the GTS with the message BlackoutSLM and let me know what it is. No need to breed me something. It's ok.

I don't think anyone on Smogon has SR'd a Zapdos like that. Albus has one that's similar but not with the spread you want. I also doubt many people would trade a SR'd hp ice Zapdos for a single Mew code.
