Silvally-Electric functions as a solid mixed wallbreaker thanks to its great coverage breaking down common Fire / Water / Grass cores. Multi-Attack is Silvally strongest STAB move with no drawbacks, hitting specially bulky Pokemon such as Articuno and Clefairy harder than Thunderbolt. Surf targets Ground-types like Rhydon, Piloswine, and Alolan Dugtrio, and Ice Beam provides coverage against Altaria, Tangela, and Thwackey. Flamethrower can be used to hit Shedinja, Klinklang, and the aforementioned Grass-types, at the cost of not being able to hit Altaria as hard. Work Up allows Silvally-Electric to boost pass walls such as Clefairy, Miltank, and Alcremie depending on their sets.

Silvally-Electric fits best on balance teams that can use its wallbreaking prowess to break down opposing cores on balance builds. Stunfisk can be problematic for Silvally-Electric, as Ice Beam and Surf only 4HKO it. Skuntank and Choice Scarf Rotom can help wear down Stunfisk as well as cripple it with Corrosive Gas and Trick, respectively. Thwackey can also pressure Stunfisk and also pivot in Silvally-Electric safety. In return, Silvally-Electric threatens out Pokemon that wall Thwackey such as Tangela and Altaria. Switch-ins to Ground-types Rhydon, Piloswine, and Alolan Dugtrio are needed, so teammates like Tangela, Poliwrath, and Miltank fit well to help cover them.

Silvally-Electric has no other viable options.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Ground-types**: Stunfisk is the best of the Ground-types to counter Silvally-Electric, being 4HKOed by Silvally-Electric's coverage moves. Rhydon and Piloswine also work well to check Silvally-Electric, however both need to be vary of switching into Surf. Alolan Dugtrio outspeeds Silvally-Electric and OHKOes with Earthquake, but also cannot switch into Surf.

**Bulky Foes**: Miltank can comfortably tank any of Silvally-Electric's attacks and can chip it down with Seismic Toss or stall it out with Toxic. Alcremie can also survive Silvally-Electric's attacks relatively easily and can boost up alongside Silvally-Electric's Work up with Acid Armor and Calm Mind.

**Faster Threats**: Choice Scarf Sawk and Rotom can outspeed and revenge kill Silvally-Electric. Naturally faster Pokemon such as Froslass and Rapidash can also revenge kill once its chipped down into range.

Silvally-Electric functions as a solid mixed wallbreaker thanks to its great BoltBeam coverage paired with Surf breaking down common Fire / Water / Grass cores. Multi-Attack is Silvally Strongest STAB move with no drawbacks, hitting specially bulky Pokemon such as Articuno and Clefairy harder than Thunderbolt. Surf targets Ground-types Rhydon, Piloswine, and Alolan Dugtrio with Ice Beam hitting Altaria, Tangela, and Thwackey. Flamethrower can be used to hit Klinklang as well as targeting the aforementioned Grass-types. A Naive Nature is used to not lower Silvally-Electric mixed wallbreaking potential while keeping maximum Speed. (This last sentence might be a bit too obvious/imo would be better to say/include why Naive over Hasty if anything)

Silvally-Electric fits best on balance teams, using its wallbreaking prowess to break down opposing cores on balance builds. Stunfisk can be problematic for Silvally-Electric due to its high Special Defense making Ice Beam / Surf a 4HKO. Skuntank and Choice Scarf Rotom can help wear down Stunfisk with their attacks as well as crippling it with Corrosive Gas and Trick respectively. Thwackey can also pressure Stunfisk and appreciates Silvally-Electric's ability to threaten out Pokemon that wall Thwackey such as Tangela and Altaria. (I guess you could either mention that Thwackey also helps because it can pivot ElecVally in or that it and other pivots such as... help to bring ElecVally in) Switch-ins to Ground-types Rhydon, Piloswine, and Alolan Dugtrio are needed so teammates like Tangela, Poliwrath, and Miltank fit well to help cover them.

**Ground-types**: Stunfisk is the best of the Ground-types to counter Silvally-Electric, being 4HKOed. Rhydon and Piloswine also work well to check Silvally-Electric, however both need to be vary of switching into Surf and it 2HKOes Rhydon, and it has a chance on Piloswine too with Stealth Rock damage. Alolan Dugtrio outspeeds Silvally-Electric and OHKOes with Earthquake, similarly to its aforementioned friends it cannot switch into Surf.

Silvally-Electric functions as a solid (idk if it is solid, maybe use something that means more mid, but im not good enough at english to find a word like that so keep it this way if you don't find anything yourself) mixed wallbreaker thanks to its great BoltBeam coverage paired with Surf breaking down common Fire / Water / Grass cores. Flamethrower can be used to hit Klinklang as well as targeting the aforementioned Grass-types hitting shedinja is the main reason, because silvally-electric has a great matchup into stall. A Naive Nature is used over Hasty due to most forms of priority being physical attacks such as Fake Out, Sucker Punch, and Grassy Glide. fluff
