females are 12.5%. wouldn't say that it's 100% worth it unless Frillish had an imbalanced gender ratio.

If you don't like this certain tynamo, i do have a 2 that are quirky, one with IVs in everything except special attack; the other one has IVs in everything except attack. Both of these are female.

I do have an adamant pawniard with IVs in everything except special attack. It has the ability defiant and the egg moves sucker punch, pursuit, and revenge.
