Ta-da, perfect core.

So this was originally the Venusaur FWG core of early XY but it was easily overpowered by certain ground types, now however gogoat takes up the place of Venusaur freeing your ability to run another mega and generally improving the core. It's good near perfect defensive synergy with fighting being the only thing that can hit all three for neutral damage.

Gogoat @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 160 SpD / 96 Spe
Careful Nature
- Horn Leech
- Bulk Up
- Earthquake
- Milk Drink

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Taunt

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Recover
- Haze
- Toxic

Gogoat being able to sweep teams lategame if clefable is gone is always a possibility so I added toxic on quag and heatran, both of which also handle Skarmory and ferrothorn, another thing that troubles gogoat. Talonflame is checked by Heatran as well, which is a plus.
Well no. That core was very susceptible to the OG wallbreakers of XY. Kyurem-B was so viable because it tore that core apart--something that doesn't change here. I'm not saying that core is bad, per se, but it's nothing revolutionary in our metagame. I do like using Gogoat to handle Ground threats though.

For a Stall team, I'm still really liking Leech Seed as an option. Possibly Sub/Seed/Horn Leech/EQ or Milk Drink could be pretty fun and massively annoying. The Bulk Up set works great for semi stall, but requires significant work on your special walls' parts. You'll need to be able to cover the hardest hitting special threats in order to be able to sweep late game. I'll look into what a possible team for BU Gogoat when I'm home from work.

Also, I will probably build a team around Mega Garchomp so that we can generate some good discussion around it.

The thing about Gogoat is that he is probably going to end up one of the most amazing lategame win conditions with Bulk Up type sets, because as we've seen, he's extremely hard to stop once he gets going, even against something like Banded Scizor or Talonflame, coupled with his main Physical STAB being a recovery move.

The most immediate thing that comes to mind for me in comparison is Mega Venusaur as a Bulky Thick Fat Grass Glue, or at least because Gogoat can fit into Venusaur's role for a lot of cores. The big boons for Gogoat I'd say are more reliable recovery as well as being harder to wear down thanks to Leftovers (though vulnerability to Toxic is a downside), and flexibility due to not being a Mega Mon. He also trades checking Mega Altaria, one of the biggest threats in the current Meta, for a much better match up against Psychic types like Slowbro or Metagross (assuming Goat gets a boost before as Meta comes in. Boosting potential of his own also means Gogoat's not as prone to being exploited, compared to Venusaur risking giving a turn to things like Un-Mega'd Gyarados, Scizor (if lacking HP Fire), CM Slowbro, or certain Sub/Wish passers like Jirachi.

SubSeed also could show potential, his Subs proving tricky to break with only two weaknesses (only needs 72 EVs to make 101 HP Subs, leaving some extra room for defensive investment as a mixed tank), and an overall decent movepool for his filler attack.

Swanna has potential, but I feel like it'll have to play support since Talonflame's boosting options and (slightly) better Physical movepool mean Swanna has to play Special to use both STABs. If it got Waterfall or Hurricane was a bit more accurate I'd trust something like a Specs or LO set a bit more.

Bastiodon I just feel like has issues that King's Shield isn't fixing. His extreme vulnerability to status like burns makes him easy to wear down without recovery, and King's Shield can't block that. He also just lacks any real offensive presence of his own, relying on Toxic and occasionally Metal Burst to do significant damage.

Mega Garchomp is a mon I like, but I just feel like this thing walks a fine line between being good-but-not-great as he is normally, and almost broken (remember Sand Rush Chomp?). Not to say we haven't gotten good ones out of him (Intimidate Mega Garchomp was a favorite of mine), but he's just kind of tricky. Weak Armor lets Garchomp keep working as a wallbreaker (Sand Force was a bonus more than a necessity), and Weak Armor basically means you either need a strong special attacker (because there are very few offensive mons that could 2HKO Garchomp and survive his retaliation) or have to rely on passive damage which, outside of burns, Garchomp isn't going to care about in time to save your team.

Once Garchomp gets hit Physically, which isn't the tallest order when his bulk numbers are comparable to Metagross or Altaria, most of the tier's best moves are Physical, and he's neutral to most bar Weavile and some of the DD sweepers. If you don't get him with the first shot (assuming Physical attackers), it just Snowballs hard.

Edit: Corrected on the way Mega Theorymons work. Following statement less relevant for it.

Heck, Garchomp becomes even better for Sand Teams at that point. Teams have to figure out his ability fast, because Sand Force will eat them, but a hasty attack expecting the Wallbreaker could mean dealing with a fast Mega Chomp instead of Sand Rush Drill, which at least requires the Sand to finish the game. Max-Positive Mega Garchomp outspeeds the Base 150 crowd, as well as anything below Scarf Lando-T. And god forbid you go for a Physical Kill on a SD attempt.

I want to correct the part about not knowing whether its ability is Sand Force or Weak Armor. Weak Armor would replace Sand Force entirely, so the only ability Mega Garchomp is ever going to have is Weak Armor. This means that your counterplay for MegaChomp is going to revolve around outspeeding/prioritizing and hitting it with a SE move.

Well it's been a few days, I'm bored at work, and I promised you a Garchomp core...

(I'll edit in pretty pictures and add sets in hide tags when I get to a computer...)

This core really fits the Fairy/Steel/Dragon trend nicely, and it's really built around the things that Garchomp lures in. Azumarill not only resists both of Weavile's STABs, but also its coverage in Low Kick. As such, I'm going to opt for a Choice Band on Azu because you can really punish whatever switches in with--well--anything. Mamoswine, if you encounter one, is OHKO'd by CB Aqua Jet after Stealth Rocks, so you can mitigate that weakness to a certain extent. Heatran, on the other hand, is a pretty safe switch into almost all of the specially-based threats that Garchomp will lure in: Lati@s, Mega Manectric, Mega Gardevoir (watch out for Focus Miss), Clefable...you can go with an Offensive set, but my proclivity for bulky teams leads me to think the Sp. Def set would be just fine--placing this core more in the realm of a Balance core. Garchomp can definitely use SD late game if it gets an opening to set up, but I really see him punching holes in the mid game. One of the great things about Garchomp is that he scares away Mega Metagross, so he really helps out Heatean and Azumarill.

If you want to build a team around this, you're going to want things that can draw moves that Garchomp can switch in on like Knock Off or Bullet Punch or pretty much anything neutral or resisted that activates Weak Armor. I'll try to finish off a team later on, but if anyone else wants to take a crack at it, I'd be very pleased to see what you've got.

Alright, more calcs coming up! This time, I'll show you what MegaChomp can reliably outspeed and KO after a Weak Armor boost (and a possible SD) without being KOed itself (prepare for walls of calcs).

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 136+ Def Mega Altaria: 148-175 (41.9 - 49.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
+2 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 136+ Def Mega Altaria: 297-349 (84.1 - 98.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (75% chance to OHKO after SR)
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Altaria: 184-217 (63.2 - 74.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Altaria: 366-432 (125.7 - 148.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
0 Atk Pixilate Mega Altaria Return vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 410-486 (114.8 - 136.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Pixilate Mega Altaria Return vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 374-444 (104.7 - 124.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp absolutely needs a SD under its belt to deal with M-Alt, but then again, it can still lose to DDD variants)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard X: 440-518 (122.5 - 144.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Tough Claws Mega Charizard X Dragon Claw vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 306-362 (85.7 - 101.4%) -- 50% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
(MegaChomp wins against bulkier and slower MegaZard-X variants, but can't switch into faster variants (252+ Speed) and the same applies to them against MegaChomp, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes any MegaZard-X variant)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 172 Def Clefable: 210-247 (53.2 - 62.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 SpA Clefable Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 204-242 (57.1 - 67.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(MegaChomp can't reliably switch into MG+CM Clef (and neither can it into MegaChomp) and is totally cock-blocked by Unaware variants. WA boosts doesn't change anything against all variants)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Metagross: 282-332 (93.6 - 110.2%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

252 Atk Tough Claws Mega Metagross Ice Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 420-496 (117.6 - 138.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(if MegaGross hits MegaChomp on the switch with MM and carries BP, then there's a small chance it'll KO MegaChomp on its own. That aside (and the fact that Ice Punch variants obliterate MegaChomp on the switch or in a 1 vs 1 scenario), MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes most of the time after a Weak Armor boost)

(MegaChomp loves to switch into Tornadus-T's U-turns to gain a WA boost, with which it'll outspeed and OHKO it on their next encounter)

With that said, I could really see more mons such as MegaGross or M-Pinsir using non-contact moves like Earthquake to avoid giving MegaChomp a Weak Armor boost on the switch. Anyway, I'll probably post more calcs of defensive mons to show how well can get through them, which will somewhat prove my point that WA MegaChomp may be a metagame-defining mon, maybe even too much for it.

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard X: 366-432 (101.9 - 120.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
0 Atk Tough Claws Mega Charizard X Dragon Claw vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 254-300 (71.1 - 84%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+2 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 172 Def Clefable: 418-493 (106 - 125.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Unaware Clefable: 177-208 (45 - 52.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 Atk Tough Claws Mega Metagross Meteor Mash vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 187-222 (52.3 - 62.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Tough Claws Mega Metagross Bullet Punch vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 126-148 (35.2 - 41.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 172 HP / 0 Def Azumarill: 241-285 (62.7 - 74.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 240 HP / 0 Def Azumarill: 481-567 (119.9 - 141.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Azumarill Aqua Jet vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 106-126 (29.6 - 35.2%) -- 18.1% chance to 3HKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Azumarill Aqua Jet vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 159-187 (44.5 - 52.3%) -- 19.1% chance to 2HKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Azumarill Aqua Jet vs. -2 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 211-250 (59.1 - 70%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (MegaChomp can't switch into CB Azu's Aqua Jet)
252+ Atk Huge Power Azumarill Play Rough vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 318-374 (89 - 104.7%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO (68.8% chance to OHKO after SR)
252+ Atk Huge Power Azumarill Aqua Jet vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 106-126 (29.6 - 35.2%) -- 18.1% chance to 3HKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp absolutely needs a SD under its belt to deal with Azu)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Bisharp: 398-470 (146.8 - 173.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Bisharp Sucker Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 146-173 (40.8 - 48.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Bisharp Sucker Punch vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 220-259 (61.6 - 72.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Bisharp Sucker Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 161-191 (45 - 53.5%) -- 36.3% chance to 2HKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Bisharp Sucker Punch vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 242-285 (67.7 - 79.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Bisharp Sucker Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 320-378 (89.6 - 105.8%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO (75% chance to OHKO after SR)
(MegaChomp wins with or without a WA boost, but it can't reliably switch into an Adamant Bish's SD)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Diancie: 372-438 (154.3 - 181.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
224 SpA Mega Diancie Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 372-440 (104.2 - 123.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes M-Diancie)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Excadrill: 600-708 (166.2 - 196.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Excadrill Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 212-251 (59.3 - 70.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Excadrill Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 422-499 (118.2 - 139.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(the only way Exca wins against MegaChomp is if MegaChomp switches into its SD while being in the sand, but that aside, MegaChomp always win (it even outspeeds Scarf variants after a WA boost))

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 363-427 (140.1 - 164.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Gengar Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 177-211 (49.5 - 59.1%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Gengar Icy Wind vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 328-390 (91.8 - 109.2%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO (87.5% chance to OHKO after SR)
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes Gengar)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Gyarados: 222-262 (67 - 79.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Gyarados: 370-436 (111.7 - 131.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Waterfall vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 132-156 (36.9 - 43.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Waterfall vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 198-234 (55.4 - 65.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Ice Fang vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 288-340 (80.6 - 95.2%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Ice Fang vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 428-508 (119.8 - 142.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(only Ice Fang variants can defeat MegaChomp, but MegaChomp needs a SD under its belt to OHKO M-Gyara)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Keldeo: 261-307 (80.8 - 95%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Keldeo Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 186-220 (52.1 - 61.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Keldeo Icy Wind vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 248-296 (69.4 - 82.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 280-330 (78.4 - 92.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Icy Wind vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 376-444 (105.3 - 124.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp needs a SD under its belt to better deal with Keldeo)

-1 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 56 HP / 0 Def Landorus-T: 175-207 (52.5 - 62.1%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+1 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 56 HP / 0 Def Landorus-T: 393-463 (118 - 139%) -- guaranteed OHKO
220+ Atk Landorus-T Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 169-199 (47.3 - 55.7%) -- 77.3% chance to 2HKO
220+ Atk Landorus-T Earthquake vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 253-298 (70.8 - 83.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(unless MegaChomp is at 70% HP and under upon gaining a WA boost, it'll have time to setup a SD and OHKO Lando-T (or straight up 2HKO it))

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Lopunny: 252-297 (92.9 - 109.5%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO (93.7% chance to OHKO after SR)
252 Atk Mega Lopunny High Jump Kick vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 195-229 (54.6 - 64.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Mega Lopunny Ice Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 300-356 (84 - 99.7%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but unless MegaChomp has 16% HP and under upon gaining a WA boost (KOed by Fake Out), MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes M-Lop most of the time after SR)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Latios: 576-680 (192.6 - 227.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Latios Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 444-524 (124.3 - 146.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds (unless it's Scarfed, which in that case, Latios would win) and OHKOes Latios)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 252 HP / 112 Def Mega Sableye: 180-213 (59.2 - 70%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 252 HP / 112 Def Mega Sableye: 360-424 (118.4 - 139.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
0 Atk Mega Sableye Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 169-199 (47.3 - 55.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+2 0 Atk Mega Sableye Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 336-396 (94.1 - 110.9%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO (guaranteed OHKO after SR)
(if, somehow, M-Sab isn't able to burn MegaChomp, the latter would lose against the former unless it's already at +2 when facing it)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 44+ Def Mega Scizor: 132-156 (38.4 - 45.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
+2 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 44+ Def Mega Scizor: 262-310 (76.3 - 90.3%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
16 Atk Technician Mega Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 84-99 (23.5 - 27.7%) -- 76.8% chance to 4HKO
+2 16 Atk Technician Mega Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 165-195 (46.2 - 54.6%) -- 57% chance to 2HKO
+2 16 Atk Technician Mega Scizor Bullet Punch vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 246-291 (68.9 - 81.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+4 16 Atk Technician Mega Scizor Bullet Punch vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 369-435 (103.3 - 121.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but in a 1 vs 1 situation, M-Zor can use WA against MegaChomp since 2 BP at +2 2HKOes, but if M-Zor faces MegaChomp with already a WA boost, M-Zor will need SR out of the way beforehand to reliably win against it (Turn 1: both use SD, Turn 2: MegaChomp uses Earthquake and M-Zor uses SD, Turn 3: M-Zor uses BP and OHKOes MegaChomp))

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Talonflame: 704-832 (237 - 280.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO (lol what did you expect?)
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Talonflame: 316-373 (106.3 - 125.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Sharp Beak Talonflame Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 153-180 (42.8 - 50.4%) -- 1.2% chance to 2HKO (38.7% chance to 2HKO after SR)
252 Atk Sharp Beak Talonflame Brave Bird vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 228-268 (63.8 - 75%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but in a 1 vs 1 situation with MegaChomp with already a WA boost, Talonflame would need to be pretty darn lucky and avoid Stone Edge (that is if MegaChomp uses this move) before 2HKOing with BB (revenge killer variants have a chance to OHKO it while stallbreaker/BU sets are helpless against it))

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Thundurus: 356-420 (119 - 140.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Thundurus: 321-378 (107.3 - 126.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Hidden Power Ice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 348-411 (97.4 - 115.1%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO (guaranteed OHKO after SR)
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes Thundurus)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tornadus-T: 322-380 (107.6 - 127%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tornadus-T: 288-340 (96.3 - 113.7%) -- 75% chance to OHKO (guaranteed OHKO after SR)
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Stone Edge vs. 96 HP / 0 Def Tornadus-T: 322-380 (99.6 - 117.6%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO (guaranteed OHKO after SR)
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Outrage vs. 96 HP / 0 Def Tornadus-T: 288-340 (89.1 - 105.2%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO (guaranteed OHKO after SR)
180 SpA Life Orb Tornadus-T Hurricane vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 207-243 (57.9 - 68%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(MegaChomp loves to switch into Tornadus-T's U-turns to gain a WA boost, with which it'll outspeed and OHKO it on their next encounter)

This is an excellent post and I think it really showcases what Garchomp is capable of. I do have two concerns, however. First, I don't know if I would put Outrage on the set because you really can't afford to lock yourself in this metagame. You're begging for Fairy types to RK you at that point. I'd also have included Dragon Claw calcs because it won't sink your momentum after getting a KO (if you're boosted, that is). The second issue I have is your reference to defensive mons not being able to handle this, thus making it too much for the metagame. Mega Garchomp has ALWAYS been a massive thorn in defensive teams' sides. It is inherently good against them, as it just has too much power. I think that offensive and balanced teams would be able to RK it well enough to justify its presence in the metagame. Full Stall would definitely take a hit, and I cri evritiem about that.

You're absolutely right about Outrage, I just didn't think about it when I started typing my post. Here are the modified calcs (from Outrage to Dragon Claw/Earthquake):
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard X: 366-432 (101.9 - 120.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
0 Atk Tough Claws Mega Charizard X Dragon Claw vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 254-300 (71.1 - 84%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Tough Claws Mega Charizard X Dragon Claw vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 306-362 (85.7 - 101.4%) -- 50% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
(MegaChomp wins against bulkier and slower MegaZard-X variants, but can't switch into faster variants (252+ Speed) and the same applies to them against MegaChomp, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes any MegaZard-X variant) (unchanged situation)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Dragon Claw vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gengar: 243-286 (93.8 - 110.4%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO (guaranteed OHKO after SR)
252 SpA Life Orb Gengar Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 177-211 (49.5 - 59.1%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Gengar Icy Wind vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 328-390 (91.8 - 109.2%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO (87.5% chance to OHKO after SR)
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes Gengar) (now, both mons need SR to OHKO the other)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Gyarados: 186-219 (56.1 - 66.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Gyarados: 370-436 (111.7 - 131.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Waterfall vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 132-156 (36.9 - 43.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Waterfall vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 198-234 (55.4 - 65.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Ice Fang vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 288-340 (80.6 - 95.2%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Ice Fang vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 428-508 (119.8 - 142.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(Ice Fang variants can easily defeat MegaChomp, Waterfall can 2HKO and MegaChomp needs a SD under its belt to OHKO M-Gyara) (unchanged situation)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Keldeo: 217-256 (67.1 - 79.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Keldeo Scald vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 136-162 (38 - 45.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Keldeo Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 186-220 (52.1 - 61.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Keldeo Icy Wind vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 248-296 (69.4 - 82.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 280-330 (78.4 - 92.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Icy Wind vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 376-444 (105.3 - 124.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(Specs and Scarf variants both beat MegaChomp (the former can OHKO it while the latter outspeeds it even after a WA boost), even the SubCM variant can beat if it burns MegaChomp with Scald, and MegaChomp needs a SD under its belt to OHKO Keldeo) (now, MegaChomp can't OHKO Keldeo, which makes it harder for it to deal with our belover water unicorn)

-1 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Dragon Claw vs. 56 HP / 0 Def Landorus-T: 117-138 (35.1 - 41.4%) -- 75.2% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
+1 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Dragon Claw vs. 56 HP / 0 Def Landorus-T: 262-309 (78.6 - 92.7%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
220+ Atk Landorus-T Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 169-199 (47.3 - 55.7%) -- 77.3% chance to 2HKO
220+ Atk Landorus-T Earthquake vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 253-298 (70.8 - 83.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(unless MegaChomp is at 70% HP and under upon gaining a WA boost, it'll have time to setup a SD and, with a bit of luck, OHKO Lando-T (a lot easier after some prior damage)) (now, even after a SD, MegaChomp can't reliably OHKO (without it, it can't even reliably 3HKO) Lando-T, while it can easily 2HKO MegaChomp (I didn't even taken SD of its own and RP into account))

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Lopunny: 210-247 (77.4 - 91.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Mega Lopunny High Jump Kick vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 195-229 (54.6 - 64.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Mega Lopunny Ice Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 300-356 (84 - 99.7%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but unless MegaChomp has 16% HP and under upon gaining a WA boost (KOed by Fake Out/Quick Attack), MegaChomp outspeeds and, unfortunately, only 2HKOes M-Lop while it can OHKO MegaChomp with the right circumstances) (now, MegaChomp can't OHKO M-Lop while being OHKOed by it)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Dragon Claw vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Latios: 386-456 (128.2 - 151.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Latios Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 444-524 (124.3 - 146.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds (unless it's Scarfed, which in that case, Latios would win) and OHKOes Latios) (unchanged situation)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 112 Def Mega Sableye: 151-178 (49.6 - 58.5%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO
+2 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 112 Def Mega Sableye: 300-354 (98.6 - 116.4%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO (guaranteed OHKO after SR)
0 Atk Mega Sableye Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 169-199 (47.3 - 55.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+2 0 Atk Mega Sableye Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 336-396 (94.1 - 110.9%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO (guaranteed OHKO after SR)
(MegaChomp doesn't like being burned, but if it's already at +2 when facing M-Sab, then there's a good chance that MegaChomp will win) (apart from less reliable OHKOs and 2HKOs, this situation is unchanged)

Forget the Outrage calcs for Talonflame, Thundurus and Tornadus-T. They were just here in case you didn't like the missing chance of Stone Edge.
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Alakazam: 282-333 (112.3 - 132.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Mega Alakazam Psychic vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 193-228 (54 - 63.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes MegaZam (MegaZam Tracing WA is ass too))

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Charizard Y: 656-772 (220.8 - 259.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO (clearly a high roll, duh)
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp in Sun: 164-193 (45.9 - 54%) -- 50% chance to 2HKO (96.1% chance to 2HKO after SR)
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes MegaZard-Y)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 24 Def Mega Gardevoir: 274-324 (98.9 - 116.9%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO (guaranteed OHKO after SR)
232 SpA Pixilate Mega Gardevoir Hyper Voice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 474-558 (132.7 - 156.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other (this is especially the case for MegaChomp as most M-Gardes are Timid, and thus, faster), but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and M-Garde and will OHKO it most of the times (and always if SR are up))

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Dragon Claw vs. 72 HP / 0 Def Latias: 350-414 (109.7 - 129.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
184 SpA Life Orb Latias Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 484-572 (135.5 - 160.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes Latias)

-1 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Manectric: 320-378 (113.8 - 134.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Mega Manectric Hidden Power Ice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 284-336 (79.5 - 94.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (6.3% chance to OHKO after SR)
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds and OHKOes MegaMan)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Starmie: 229-271 (87.4 - 103.4%) -- 25% chance to OHKO (93.8% chance to OHKO after SR)
252 SpA Life Orb Starmie Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 204-242 (57.1 - 67.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Starmie Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 447-530 (125.2 - 148.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(both mons can't reliably switch into each other, but after a WA boost, MegaChomp outspeeds Starmie and can OHKO it (especially after SR and LO recoil))

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Tyranitar: 368-434 (107.9 - 127.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Tyranitar: 270-320 (66.9 - 79.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 100 HP / 0 Def Tyranitar: 372-438 (101.6 - 119.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Tyranitar Crunch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 118-141 (33 - 39.4%) -- 99.9% chance to 3HKO
0 SpA Tyranitar Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 260-308 (72.8 - 86.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Tyranitar Crunch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 195-231 (54.6 - 64.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
(T-tar can't reliably switch into MegaChomp and MegaChomp can only reliably switch into Scarf variants. WA boosts won't chance much as it outspeeds the Scarf variants, which are already easy to deal with (unless it carries Ice Punch))

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 232 HP / 0 Def Mega Venusaur: 168-198 (46.7 - 55.1%) -- 66.4% chance to 2HKO (guaranteed 2HKO after SR)
+2 252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Mega Venusaur: 252-297 (69.2 - 81.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Mega Venusaur Giga Drain vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 135-160 (37.8 - 44.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 SpA Mega Venusaur Giga Drain vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Garchomp: 102-120 (28.5 - 33.6%) -- 0.2% chance to 3HKO
(M-Venu can't switch into MegaChomp and is easy to setup on, but MegaChomp has to be wary of a possible Sleep Powder against defensive variants)

252 Atk Mega Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Weavile: 282-333 (100.3 - 118.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Mega Garchomp Dragon Claw vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Weavile: 226-267 (80.4 - 95%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Icicle Crash vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 608-717 (170.3 - 200.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 117-138 (32.7 - 38.6%) -- 98.8% chance to 3HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Low Kick (80 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 95-113 (26.6 - 31.6%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Ice Shard vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 286-343 (80.1 - 96%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (6.3% chance to OHKO after SR)
252 Atk Life Orb Weavile Ice Shard vs. -1 0 HP / 4 Def Mega Garchomp: 426-504 (119.3 - 141.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
(both mons can't switch into each other's damaging moves (in MegaChomp's case, it can't switch into any of Weavile's moves whatsoever since a damaging move (and a Def drop) followed by Ice Shard or simply Ice Shard at +2 KOes MegaChomp) and after a WA boost, Weavile still OHKOes it with a priority Ice Shard. Also, in a 1 vs 1 scenario, Weavile stills KOes with a strong Icicle Crash)

As for your second point, I just wanted to finish off with a decent sentence about MegaChomp being OP and all, but I now realized I screwed up doing so. You're also right in saying that offensive and balanced builds will have ways to revenge kill it, but when I look at these calcs, it seems it would take more than one mon to bring it down after a WA boost (and this is only from S to A+ rank). I may be completely wrong about this, I don't know. What I can say is that MegaChomp will be a major threat to prepare for (with Ice Beams and HP Ice everywhere).

So I ran some calcs with specs Swanna in Rain, and I just wanna throw it out there that the only pokemon from S to A- that can take two hits from either of its STABs are SpD Rotom-W and Mega Latias.
In fact the only other OU viable things I can think of that can take two hits from either STAB are Chansey/Blissey, AV Slowking, SpD Empoleon, SpD Mega Ampharos, AV Goodra, and SpD Jellicent (is that even a thing?).
That is an extremely short list of pokemon, meaning Swanna can easily tear apart pretty much any arch-type, especially when you consider that 4 of those pokemon mentioned lack recovery.

Like I get that there will still be things that beat it 1v1 or revenge it etc, but this pokemon would be pretty darn epic for Rain teams. It has a similar thing to Kingdra going for it, in that it is both a crazy Wall Breaker and an extremely "fast" cleaner.

And ofc it also functions outside of Rain, but where is the fun in that?

Just gotta say that I think Swanna's still getting my vote, if only because swanna's so much lower ranked than mega chomp.
Weak armor is a big improvement, for mega chomp, but it can still function reasonably well in OU without it. The same cannot be said for swanna, which otherwise has nothing to differentiate it from the plethora of other water and flying types. I think it's going to be an excellent utility mon and special attacker.
