To get it you have to have 3 of your Pokemon become frozen in battle and still win.

Platinum seems like a good place for it, due to how rare the chance of getting a freeze is.

Hey, just a few ideas for other achievements, not sure about cool names, but:

1. Win a battle using only your pokemons weaker attack stat (i.e. Special Gyarados, Physical Raikou)
2. Win a battle using only 'mons below 450/500 BST
3. Win a battle using only 'mons with x4 weaknesses
4. Win a battle using two 'mons from the same evolution line
5. Win a battle using three 'mons from the same evolution line
   
6. Featherweights: win a battle using only 'mons that weigh less than 10 Kg
7. Heavyweights: win a battle using only 'mons that weigh more than 200 Kg

I also have some achievement suggestions:

Hit + Run: KO all pokemon using U-Turn or Volt Switch.
Scaredy cat: Win a battle using only the moves U-Turn, Volt Switch, Parting Shot and Baton Pass (you could add explosion, self-destruct, healing wish and memento to this if you like).

hit and run and scaredy cat are kinda the same thing, I'll just combine them.
