My team

SALAMENCE jolly choice band
252 spe/ 252 att / 4 def
dragon claw
brick break
earthquake
flamethrower

I use him as my opener as i like intimidate on an opener and because he is so unpredictable.
I choose jolly nature to have the jump on other salamence and similar speed openers.

METAGROSS adamant leftovers
252 att/ 252 hp/ 4 def
meteor mash
earthquake
explosion
thunderpunch

He works well with salamence, covering all salamences weaknesses. I use thunderpunch is for skarmory and gyarados
He hits really hard and is reliable
Hopefully he can finish something off then explode, probably best case scenario
He resists alot that the rest of my team doesnt and is my only dragon and rock type resister so i try to keep him alive, hence the leftovers

GENGAR timid choice specs
252 spe/ 252 spa/ 4 hp
focus blast
thunderbolt
hidden power ice
shadow ball

Gengar can switch in on alot of pokemon and then they have no idea what to expect. If i predict right this guy hits really hard, but prediction with these choice items is key.

WEAVILE jolly expert belt
252 spe/ 252 att/ 4hp
brick break
pursuit
ice shard
night slash

this guy cant switch into much, but he cleans up late game. I usually bring him into play after one of my pokemon faints so he doesnt take damage.
Weavile really hurts commonly used pokemon
I like ice shard over ice punch so i can hit runaway garchomp or dragon danced dragon sweepers. Priority moves come in handy

ELECTIVIRE adamant life orb
252 spe/ 252 att/ 4 hp
thunderpunch
cross chop
earthquake
ice punch

I like that this guy can switch into thunderwave and get a speed boost. My team has no resistance to electric attacks bar this guy

GYARADOS adamant leftovers
200 hp/ 28 att/ 180 def/ 100 spe
taunt
dragon dance
waterfall
stone edge

This guys just here to lure the opponent into using an electric attack for electivire to switch in on. He helps out with my teams defensive frailties.

This whole team really is offensively orientated but resists alot of types
grass x4
water x2
fire x2
ice x2
psychic x1 +1 immunity
dragon x1
ghost x1
steel x3
rock x1
ground x3 immunities
dark x2
electric x1
fighting x2
poison x1 +1 immunity

So there is nothing i cant handle. Every pokemon is this team can potentially beat blissey 1 on 1 making it a dead pokemon on the opponents team. I hate blissey. Only weavile fails to beat skarmory
Stealth rock could be a problem, but my team packs such a punch that most games dont last too long. Once ive seen their team once i can hopefully predict my moves right and limit switching

Weaknesses
grass x0
water xo
fire x2
ice x1
psychic x1
dragon x1
ghost x1
steel x1
rock x3
ground x2
dark x1
electric x1
fighting x1
poison x0

Having 3 pokemon weak to rock attacks on my team is kinda bad i guess, but i just have to keep metagross around. All of my pokemon have a move that is super effective vs a rock type so if i play intelligently this wont be a problem
My team doesnt induce status, it tries to hit hard. Sometimes with choice itemed pokemon i just randomly choose a move if i expect the opponent to switch, i dont neccessarily use the move that would be super effective.
If i predict well with this team i think it can beat any OU team on its day
