Other My first team, what should I change?

Hey guys so I have been working on my first ever team. I am sure there is something I could have done differently so please let me know what I should change. I only have Y atm, I didnt see a place for that though, Im sorry if I missed it. Thanks!

Mega Charizard Y
Tyrantrum w/ dragon tail for states
Tentacruel w/ rapid spin and maybe haze
