Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
This Kabutops basically solos this team with minimal support; checking everything in rain and easily OHKOing Celesteela after SD, while immediately forcing Charizard-Y out with Accelerock.
This Psychic core does a solid job of beating the team through its 2 wincons supported by screens Deoxys-Speed. Deoxys-Speed very easily outspeeds the entire team while at the same time Taunting to make sure they can't be Defogged away. Once rocks and screens are up, Victini can set up safely against over half the team, and can pretty much win on its own if screens stay up:
+1 252 SpA Victini Fire Blast vs. 248 HP / 112 SpD Celesteela: 398-470 (100.2 - 118.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 252 SpA Victini Stored Power (120 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Thundurus: 294-346 (98.3 - 115.7%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO
+1 252 SpA Victini Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Landorus-Therian: 270-318 (84.6 - 99.6%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 SpA Victini Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Aerodactyl: 312-368 (103.6 - 122.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 252 SpA Victini Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Charizard-Mega-Y: 216-256 (72.7 - 86.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 SpA Victini Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mantine: 368-436 (98.3 - 116.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
The only thing that can try to revenge it is banded Aero, and it can't really do that:
252 Atk Choice Band Aerodactyl Accelerock vs. +1 0 HP / 4 Def Victini: 114-134 (33.4 - 39.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO(and this is assuming Reflect isn't up lol)
Of course, there are some other Pokemon that Victini is unable to set up on, such as Aerodactyl locked into Head Smash or Landorus-T locked into Earthquake. Luckily both of these Pokemon are setup bait for Mega Latias behind a Reflect. With BoltBeam coverage, and enough Speed to outpace Mega Charizard Y, nothing can really take a big hit from this:
+1 0 SpA Latias-Mega Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Aerodactyl: 328-386 (108.9 - 128.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 0 SpA Latias-Mega Thunderbolt vs. 248 HP / 112 SpD Celesteela: 230-272 (57.9 - 68.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery(even if it can get off a Toxic, nothing on the team can stall out enough turns)
+1 0 SpA Latias-Mega Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Charizard-Mega-Y: 230-272 (77.4 - 91.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
+1 0 SpA Latias-Mega Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mantine: 388-460 (103.7 - 122.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 0 SpA Latias-Mega Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Landorus-Therian: 620-732 (194.3 - 229.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+1 0 SpA Latias-Mega Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Thundurus: 310-366 (103.6 - 122.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
And here's some moves literally bouncing off of it under screens:
252 SpA Thundurus Oblivion Wing vs. +1 252 HP / 0 SpD Latias-Mega through Light Screen: 30-36 (8.2 - 9.8%) -- possibly the worst move ever(if Taunted you can just click CM more times
252 Atk Choice Band Aerodactyl Head Smash vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Latias-Mega through Reflect: 126-149 (34.6 - 40.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 Atk Landorus-Therian Dragon Ascent vs. 252 HP / 80 Def Latias-Mega through Reflect: 84-100 (23 - 27.4%) -- 70.4% chance to 4HKO(just another mon that I can spam CM against)
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Blue Flare vs. +1 252 HP / 0 SpD Latias-Mega in Sun through Light Screen: 43-51 (11.8 - 14%) -- possible 8HKO
This Normal core does a solid job of beating the team. Starting with Bunnelby, it can set up Spikes to wear down the team and break Tirtouga's Sturdy, while at the same time being able to OHKO Tentacool before it can Rapid Spin them away. With Huge Power boosted Returns, it can threaten to KO a large majority of the team, and can Quick Attack to pick off some faster threats:
228 Atk Huge Power Bunnelby Earthquake vs. 36 HP / 156 Def Eviolite Tentacool: 22-26 (104.7 - 123.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
228 Atk Huge Power Bunnelby Return vs. 52 HP / 20 Def Eviolite Dewpider: 16-19 (76.1 - 90.4%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after 1 layer of Spikes
228 Atk Huge Power Bunnelby Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tirtouga: 24-30 (114.2 - 142.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
228 Atk Huge Power Bunnelby Return vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Shellder: 12-15 (63.1 - 78.9%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after 3 layers of Spikes( if it tries to Shell Smash it gets picked off by Quick Attack since it isn't carrying Ice Shard)
228 Atk Huge Power Bunnelby Quick Attack vs. 0 HP / 36 Def Carvanha: 13-16 (61.9 - 76.1%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after 3 layers of Spikes
228 Atk Huge Power Bunnelby Return vs. 0 HP / 52 Def Chinchou: 25-31 (104.1 - 129.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
As for Helioptile, its Electric STAB, Water immunity, and access to Agility make it an especially dangerous threat to the team. Even Chinchou fails to do very much against it, and can proceed to get worn down by Hidden Power Grass:
192+ SpA Helioptile Thunderbolt vs. 52 HP / 180 SpD Eviolite Dewpider: 14-18 (66.6 - 85.7%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after 3 layers of Spikes
192+ SpA Helioptile Thunderbolt vs. 36 HP / 196+ SpD Eviolite Tentacool: 12-14 (57.1 - 66.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after 3 layers of Spikes
192+ SpA Helioptile Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 76 SpD Tirtouga: 26-32 (123.8 - 152.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
192+ SpA Helioptile Hidden Power Grass vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Chinchou: 12-16 (50 - 66.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after 3 layers of Spikes
192+ SpA Helioptile Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 76 SpD Eviolite Shellder: 20-26 (105.2 - 136.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
192+ SpA Helioptile Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 36 SpD Carvanha: 32-42 (152.3 - 200%) -- guaranteed OHKO
And here are some calcs of it taking damage and setting up:
196+ Atk Dewpider Leech Life vs. 0 HP / 92 Def Eviolite Helioptile: 7-10 (35 - 50%) -- 0.4% chance to 2HKO
228 SpA Chinchou Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 12 SpD Eviolite Helioptile: 6-8 (30 - 40%) -- 91.4% chance to 3HKO
0 SpA Tentacool Sludge Bomb vs. 0 HP / 12 SpD Eviolite Helioptile: 7-9 (35 - 45%) -- guaranteed 3HKO(you may not want to set up in front of this thing and potentially risk a poison)
And finally, Zigzagoon is also a potent sweeper that takes advantage of Bunnelby's Spikes. After a Belly Drum and some layers of Spikes, it's capable of tearing through the entire team:
+6 196+ Atk Zigzagoon Extreme Speed vs. 36 HP / 156 Def Eviolite Tentacool: 25-30 (119 - 142.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 196+ Atk Zigzagoon Extreme Speed vs. 52 HP / 20 Def Eviolite Dewpider: 25-30 (119 - 142.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 196+ Atk Zigzagoon Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Shellder: 18-22 (94.7 - 115.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after 1 layer of Spikes
+6 196+ Atk Zigzagoon Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 36 Def Carvanha: 48-57 (228.5 - 271.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 196+ Atk Zigzagoon Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 52 Def Chinchou: 40-48 (166.6 - 200%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+6 196+ Atk Zigzagoon Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tirtouga: 13-16 (61.9 - 76.1%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after 3 layers of Spikes(just in case you're within range of Aqua Jet by some instance)
And here are some calcs of Zigzagoon taking damage and setting up:
236 Atk Shellder Icicle Spear (5 hits) vs. 52 HP / 28 Def Zigzagoon: 15-20 (71.4 - 95.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO(The speed investment on Zigzagoon lets me set up Belly Drum and reach full health before taking an Icicle Spear)
228 SpA Chinchou Scald vs. 52 HP / 28 SpD Zigzagoon: 12-15 (57.1 - 71.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO(this is the best damage Chinchou can do to Zigzagoon, and it's still risking Helioptile switching in safely)
0 SpA Tentacool Sludge Bomb vs. 52 HP / 28 SpD Zigzagoon: 10-13 (47.6 - 61.9%) -- 93.8% chance to 2HKO(it'll still have to risk a speed tie and get off the poison)
Anorith @ Eviolite

Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock

Stockpile Lileep can solo Water it's own if the Water team isn't aggressive about setting up Shellder and Tirtouga. Lileep can set up stockpile against virtually anything and beat the team if the Water player isn't careful. Earthquake can be used over Earth Power to hit Tentacool and Grimer-A harder but w/o hax Earth Power wins anyways.
Keep in mind Eviolite = +1 Stockpile w/o Eviolite
vs. Offensive mons
196+ Atk Life Orb Carvanha Crunch vs. 228 HP / 140 Def Eviolite Lileep: 9-13 (34.6 - 50%) -- 0.4% chance to 2HKO
232 SpA Chinchou Ice Beam vs. 228 HP / 140+ SpD Eviolite Lileep: 10-12 (38.4 - 46.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
236 Atk Shellder Icicle Spear (5 hits) vs. +1 228 HP / 140 Def Eviolite Lileep: 10-20 (38.4 - 76.9%) -- approx. 12.1% chance to 2HKO
0 SpA Lileep Giga Drain vs. 36 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Shellder: 14-20 (70 - 100%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock (KOs a -1 shellder too)
0 SpA Lileep Giga Drain vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Chinchou: 18-24 (75 - 100%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
0 SpA Lileep Giga Drain vs. 0 HP / 36 SpD Carvanha: 24-30 (126.3 - 157.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Vs. Dewpider
196+ Atk Dewpider Leech Life vs. 228 HP / 140 Def Eviolite Lileep: 12-14 (46.1 - 53.8%) -- 12.1% chance to 2HKO
0 SpA Lileep Giga Drain vs. 52 HP / 180 SpD Eviolite Dewpider: 6-7 (28.5 - 33.3%) -- 0% chance to 3HKO
Vs. Tentacool
0 SpA Lileep Earth Power vs. 36 HP / 196+ SpD Eviolite Tentacool: 6-8 (28.5 - 38%) -- 1.1% chance to 3HKO
0 Atk Lileep Earthquake vs. 36 HP / 156 Def Eviolite Tentacool: 10-12 (47.6 - 57.1%) -- 12.1% chance to 2HKO
0 SpA Tentacool Sludge Bomb vs. 228 HP / 140+ SpD Eviolite Lileep: 4-6 (15.3 - 23%) -- possible 5HKO
I included Anorith in the core for winning the hazard war and shutting down Scald-less Tentacool, leading easily against Dewpider, and Knocking off Tirtouga berry juice. But honestly, Lileep is doing all the heavy lifting.
