If you don't necessarily need Larvitar and Pichu to be flawless, then I'm fine with Cleffa and Machop being imperfect. Will they still be 5IVs? I don't really care about the IVs on Machop and Cleffa as I can always IV breed myself, just want to know so I can match accordingly with my pokemon.
