The thing MSwampert does best is be paired with Kabutops. Kabutops cannot be paired with Kabutops, ergo Kabutops is not a good MSwampet substitute.

Name: Scizor

Replaces: Mega Beedrill

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off
- Superpower

This Sczior set mimics almost exactly what mega beedrill aims to do. Mega bee acts as a hard hitter who can gain momentum thanks to STAB adaptability u-turn, revenge kill thanks to great speed and attack, kill fairies with STAB adaptability poison moves, knock off opposing pokemon's items, mainly shed shells so magnezone can trap them, and kill heatran/excadrill using drill run. Scizor is able to fire off STAB u-turns of its own, enabling it to gain momentum and even outdamaging mega beedrills' :o, kill fairies with STAB technician bullet punch, use a hard hitting knock off to remove any item (including shed shell) just like beedrill can, and kill tran/drill plus a few others like bisharp thanks to a nuclear superpower. Scizor itself revenge kills successfully with the aforementioned priority bullet punch and it's high damage output. Overall, scizor and mega bee perform very similar roles and are two interchangeable pokemon.
No. Not exactly. You're missing one very, very important factor that stops them from being completely interchangeable and one of the only reasons to use Mega Beedrill -- it's absolutely insane speed tier. 145 Speed outpaces the entire unboosted metagame aside from Mega Sceptile, Aero and Zam. That's incredible. It allows Beedrill to quickly come in, slam with a U-turn, and get out before the opponent even knew it was there, but hey, suddenly there's a big chunk missing from their HP bar. That's the crucial difference and you really need to highlight this.
On the other hand, Scizor uses it's U-turn differently -- it is hard hitting, yes, but it takes a hit in the process to allow something frailer to get a free switch.

While I agree that Scizor and Mega Bee aren't that comparable, there are things that Scizor has over Mega Bee. Don't forget that Mega Bee is very weak to priority moves like Aqua Jet, Sucker Punch, and even Scizor's Bullet Punch. Also, Mega Bee's weak to rocks, while Scizor isn't.

Despite those two factors, Scizor and Mega Bee really don't do the same thing. At all. Banded Scizor's main job is to revenge kill with Bullet Punch, with a banded U-Turn being a side bonus (and MAYBE pursuit trap the Latis if you choose to run that), while Mega Beedrill main job is to take out chunks from their opponent with multiple U-Turns.

Seismitoad fills a different than M-Swampert (special sweeper vs. physical sweeper) and is heavily outclassed by Kingdra in that role anyways.

A better comparison to M-Swampert would be Kabutops, which I'll do a writeup for in a sec.
M Swampert compared to Seismitoed is fine. Both are rain sweepers that can beat the shit out of Thundurus / Manectric. They have the same typing, comparable power, and very close movepools. Seismitoed even gets Knock Off to lure in Lati@s and I guess Celebi.

Kabutops is a good teammate for M Swampert, not a replacement.

Name: Tornadus-Therian
Replaces: Pidgeot-Mega
Moveset:
Tornadus-Therian @ Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 76 Atk / 216 SpA / 216 Spe
Naive Nature
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave
- U-turn
- Superpower
Explanation: Mega Pidgeot can be one of the harder Megas to fit onto a team; despite hitting extremely hard and being extremely fast it's difficult to justify using up the Mega Slot for it unless the team is specifically tailored around it. This is where Tornadus-Therian comes in. Sporting the exact same speed tier, the ability to pivot out and of course having a STAB Hurricane under it's wing, Tornadus-Therian can do a decent job of replacing Mega Pidgeot as a specially offensive flying type should your team require it. It of course does not directly outclass Mega Pidgeot; as there is one very big feature Pidgeot has Tornadus doesn't - No Guard. While seemingly gimmicky at first, No Guard is what makes Hurricane truly spammable in the same manner as Talonflame's Brave Bird. Keep this in mind because Tornadus-Therian, while having just as powerful Hurricanes, cannot fire them off safely and it's always a risk due to the 70 Accuracy.

Why not have Heat Wave on that set if you're comparing it to Mega Pidgeot? Just saying.
Taunt honestly isn't that great on Tornadus-T imo, having more coverage is usually better.
