Is it ok for men to shave their legs?

I have never understood why the emasculation of men who shave their legs still persists even today. Let them do what they want with their body. They're not hurting themselves and they're not hurting you.
Also I agree with Water Bomb, there should be a poll option for "I don't do it but I don't see an issue."

Shaved my legs a month back for science, things I learned:

- Shaving lower legs=good! Feels neat, grows back easily, low impact
- Shaving upper legs=bad! Jesus fucking christ the ingrown hairs. Takes ages to come back properly and is a right pain in the ass.

most male swimmers, including myself, only shave their legs for more important meets like state competitions. it's too much hassle to do it all the time for minor events like practice or a dual meet.
