UU Indeedee-F (2/2)

:ss/Indeedee-F:

[OVERVIEW]
Indeedee-F has a niche as a Psychic Terrain setter that is capable of enabling powerful threats like Necrozma, Polteageist, and Meteor Beam Nihilego. Its Healing Wish lets it replenish the health of weakened teammates to give them a second shot at sweeping, making Indeedee-F superior to Indeedee-M. Furthermore, Expanding Force gives Indeedee-F a decent offensive presence by threatening common Pokemon like Amoonguss and Buzzwole, and its defensive typing even allows it to switch into Ghost-type attacks from Aegislash. However, Indeedee-F is frail and slow, causing it to be outsped and KOed by common offensive threats like Krookodile, Zarude, and Salamence. Indeedee-F's Special Attack is also underwhelming at times, and it struggles to break through defensive staples like Celesteela, Rhyperior, and Assault Vest Tangrowth. Psychic Terrain is a niche playstyle in UU, limiting Indeedee-F's viability compared to other offensive Psychic-types like Starmie and Azelf.

[SET COMMENTS]

Expanding Force KOes threats like Kommo-o, Amoonguss, and Buzzwole in Psychic Terrain. Dazzling Gleam handles Dark-types like Krookodile and Zarude, which attempt to switch into Expanding Force. Mystical Fire is Indeedee-F's best option for hurting Steel-types like Aegislash and Jirachi as well as Assault Vest Tangrowth. It also helps lower the Special Attack of switch-ins like Galarian Moltres and Assault Vest Reuniclus, allowing its teammates to more easily set up on them. Indeedee-F can utilize Healing Wish late-game to fully heal a teammate, giving them a second chance to sweep. It also allows Indeedee-F to preserve momentum by letting a sweeper in with a free switch. Terrain Extender maximizes Psychic Terrain turns, giving teammates like Polteageist and Necrozma an easier time sweeping.

Indeedee-F fits best on offense teams centered around the support it offers with Psychic Terrain. Sweepers like Polteageist, Scolipede, Dragon Dance Necrozma, and Meteor Beam Nihilego appreciate Psychic Terrain boosting their attacks or nullifying priority moves, allowing them to sweep through teams more easily. For example, Polteageist can OHKO Assault Vest Tangrowth with Stored Power in Psychic Terrain after Weak Armor has been activated, while Meteor Beam Nihilego no longer has to fear priority from Azumarill when Psychic Terrain is up. All of these Pokemon also like Healing Wish support. Krookodile provides entry hazard support to wear down Pokemon like Celesteela and cripples Chansey and Assault Vest Tangrowth with Knock Off. Choice Scarf Krookodile is a massive threat to Psychic Terrain teams, so Pokemon like Zarude and Kommo-o are great teammates to handle it. The aforementioned Zarude and Registeel can utilize a Psychic Seed sweeper set with Indeedee-F's support to sweep teams. Zarude especially likes Amoonguss and Buzzwole being threatened by Indeedee-F. Hatterene discourages entry hazards from being set against the team and wears down Umbreon.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Indeedee-F can run Future Sight to support its team, but it is hard to fit over other moves. Indeedee-F can also utilize a Choice Specs or Choice Scarf set to act as a decent wallbreaker or priority-immune revenge killer, but Indeedee-M outclasses it due to having better Special Attack and speed. However, Indeedee-M itself is outclassed by more dangerous Psychic-types like Necrozma and Azelf.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Dark-types**: Krookodile and Zarude outspeed and OHKO Indeedee-F, although they don’t like to switch into Dazzling Gleam. Umbreon walls Indeedee-F and takes advantage of it by passing Wish to a teammate. Galarian Moltres can either KO Indeedee-F or use it as setup fodder with Nasty Plot.

**Specially Defensive Walls**: Chansey, Assault Vest Tangrowth, and Assault Vest Reuniclus can take Indeedee-F's attacks and hinder it with status or item removal. Celesteela is also able to come in and force it out, although it dislikes switching into Mystical Fire repeatedly.

**Faster Threats**: Pokemon like Lycanroc-D, Keldeo, and Salamence outspeed and OHKO Indeedee-F. Salamence can also remove Indeedee-F's Psychic Terrain with Defog, allowing it to take advantage of Indeedee-F switching out to come in and set up Psychic Terrain again.

-Psychic Terrain is also a niche playstyle in UU, causing it to only fit on these teams. It faces competition from other offensive Psychic-types like Necrozma and Azelf outside of this role. Necrozma isn't wildly common outside of HO'y styles either so i'd maybe consider mentioning Starmie. If you wanted to talk the HW route then there's obviously rachi as a more splashable mention for even offense teams too, though it doesn't rly act as a psychic-type offensively in this tier.

Paragraph 1
-Expanding Force is a strong move in Psychic Terrain, being able to KO threats like Kommo-o, Amoonguss, and Buzzwole.
-Dazzling Gleam is able to handle Dark-types like Krookodile and Zarude who attempt to pivot into Expanding Force. Hyper Voice is an alternate that can hit Psychic-resistant foes like Necrozma and Starmie, though Indeedee-F doesn't want to stay in against them regardless.
-Mystical Fire is Indeedee-F's best option of hurting Steel-types like Aegislash and Jirachi. It also helps damage Assault Vest Tangrowth and can lower the special attack of threats pivoting in like Assault Vest Reuniclus or Galarian Moltres, allowing its teammates to set up easier on them.
-Indeedee-F can utilize Healing Wish as a last ditch move in the late-game to fully heal a teammate, giving them a second chance to sweep an enemy team.
-Terrain Extender allows Indeedee-F to maximize the support of Psychic Terrain, helping teammates like Polteageist and Necrozma sweep easier.

Paragraph 2
-Teammates like Dragon Dance Necrozma, Polteagiest, and Meteor Beam Nihilego all appreciate Psychic Terrain boosting their attacks or nullifying priority moves. These Pokemon can set up on Pokemon Indeedee-F lets in like Assault Vest Reuniclus and Tangrowth and sweep through enemy teams. im not sure with the way this is being worded unless its clear that indeedee is dying first or HW'ing, since none o them exactly want to switch in. mbeam nihi is just not going to set up on av reuni at all and needs av tang to take chip while it still being marginally risky either. you could use this space to talk about the power increase from psyterrain maybe too, mentioining that polteageist can OHKO av tang with a stored power under terrain if weak armor was proccd.
-Krookodile can provide entry hazard support to wear down threats like Celesteela for Indeedee-F to power through easier. It can also cripple Chansey and Tangrowth with Knock Off.
Would throw in mentions of krook checks here, putting emphasis on how threatening scarf krook is to terrain teams. can't really mention bu zarude with seed since its an OO but zarude is still a nice mention with its momentum giving chances to stuff like nihi against shit like mence. similarly can bring up amoong as a check to stuff like zarude too alongside krook.
-Hatterene can discourage entry hazards from being set up against the team and can help wear down Pokemon like Umbreon for Indeedee-F.

-Indeedee-F can utilize a Choice Specs set to act as a dangerous wallbreaker, but this set faces competition from her counterpart Indeedee-M who has better speed and offenses. However, Indeedee-M itself is outclassed by more dangerous Psychic-types like Necrozma.
-Indeedee-F can also use a Choice Scarf to act as a revenge killer to threats like Zygarde-10% and Lycanroc-D while being immune to their priority, but this set struggles to bypass relevant special walls like Assault Vest Tangrowth and Chansey without the use of Trick.

**Specially Defensive Walls**: Chansey and Assault Vest Reuniclus can take Indeedee-F's attacks and hinder it back with status or item removal. Though they do not appreciate switching into Mystical Fire repeatedly, Celesteela and Assault Vest Tangrowth can come in and force Indeedee-F out.

Hyper Voice is an alternative that can hit Psychic-resistant foes like Necrozma and Starmie, though Indeedee-F doesn't want to stay in against them regardless. this is basically the exact reason i think it's not worth it lol Mystical Fire is Indeedee-F's best option of hurting Steel-types like Aegislash and Jirachi. It also helps damage Assault Vest Tangrowth and can lower the special attack of threats pivoting in like Assault Vest Reuniclus or Galarian Moltres, allowing its teammates to set up easier on them. Indeedee-F can utilize Healing Wish as a last ditch move in the late-game to fully heal a teammate, giving them a second chance to sweep an enemy team. Note that HWish also lets indeedee preserve momentum and get a sweeper in for free. Terrain Extender allows Indeedee-F to maximize the support of Psychic Terrain, helping teammates like Polteageist and Necrozma sweep easier.

Teammates like Dragon Dance Necrozma, Polteagiest, and Meteor Beam Nihilego all appreciate Psychic Terrain boosting their attacks or nullifying priority moves, allowing them to sweep through teams. For example, Polteageist can OHKO Assault Vest Tangrowth with Stored Power in Psychic Terrain if Weak Armor has been activated. All of these Pokemon also like Healing Wish support from Indeedee-F, letting them get patched up and ready to sweep again. Choice Scarf Krookodile is a massive threat to Psychic Terrain teams, so Pokemon like Zarude and Keldeo are great teammates to handle it. Hatterene can discourage entry hazards from being set up against the team and can help wear down Pokemon like Umbreon for Indeedee-F. Would add a sentence about PSeed users (you can take your pick, but things like BU Zarude, Registeel come to mind). Otherwise, team options look good).

Truthfully I think you can condense every sentence before this to say "Indeedee can run a Specs or Scarf set but these sets are better performed by Indeedee-M due to its higher spa and spe." You should also mention other move options here -- notably, Future Sight.
