Pending Have an easy way to access sample teams

Now that teams are hosted server-side, I think that having the sample teams be easily available within Showdown would be a good way to help newer players.

Sample teams can already be accessed through format commands such as /tier and /om (which link to Smogon resources/discussion), and designated staff of a given tier room have the ability to add server side sample teams with /sampleteams (if they so wish). Perhaps there could be some implementation of these that brings them up on ladder without the user needing to already know the commands exist...? Regardless, the means to navigate to this info through PS already exists

a huge number of people who would benefit from sample teams do not know about those commands. they're probably not even in any chatrooms, not on smogon, and and don't know that sample teams even exist. having the sample teams accessible in the teambuilder somewhere would be huge (but makes it more important to ensure there's a good variety of samples and they're all up to date or the ladder will be flooded with people using the same bad teams)
