Other Hail Team

This thread is part rate my team part help me come up with a good hail weather based team(since hail seems to be a hard weather to build around). I do plan on having some non ice type pokemon in here for coverage as well so feel free to suggest non ice types that would work well.

I won't list EV spreads as I'm still working with them, feel free to suggest spreads you think will work.
