Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Aaaaaaaand here we go! Yosti the Gosthy makes the first move by bringing out his baritone and... hits hitself with it?! Manon looks concerned about that weird move though, sensing an incoming danger. So she uses her psychic powers to smash the Haunter's face into the ground, damaging him in a weak spot! Daniel and David come back to their senses and begin to play a lullaby with their musical instrument, making Manon fall asleep. Even the loud calls of her trainer can't wake her up. But suddenly, their music becomes faster, stranger, and more threatening! We can even see a dark aura, forming above her head, as she begins to wiggle with an expression of pain on her face!
And that's it for this first round my dear public! Apparently, Yosti the Ghosty suffered more damage than Manon, but the latter is asleep and victim of something that seems to be a curse.

Action 2:
Yosti the Ghosty uses Dreams Eater! (-12 EN)

Manon's Lead Guard activates!
Manon is hurt by the curse! (-5 HP)
Yosti the Ghosty begins the round by putting his baritone down, then his eyes glow and Manon is suddenly sent flying into a wall! The shock still didn't wake her up! And it looks like the cursed nightmare she's having damages her as much as the impressive Psychic the Haunter displayed. Feeling that the Roselia is going to wake up soon, the Dan-Dav duo go over her head and begin to suck up energy from her, healing thelselves in the process! However, this attack awakes Manon! The Haunter flies back to take his baritone, but the Roselia uses this moment to intensify the sunlight, which creates a green glow around her! Unaware of this change, Yosti the Ghosty tries to put Manon back to sleep with his musical instrument, without any results. Manon strikes back with an Extrasensory, making the Haunter taste the ground again! Now both Pokémon wait for their trainer to order them. The Roselia still seems in a bad spot now as she took massive damage this turn. Daniel and David's speed and Manon's Curse may be her undoing!

IF Taunt A1 THEN use (Shadow Ball + Shadow Ball), cooling down A2 and using Extrasensory A3 IF you are not able to use Extrasensory A3 THEN replace it with Shadow Ball instead
Probably the last round and I probably messed up somewhere since I ordered in a hurry, in which case ggs to Granny Pie.
Nawwww fam.
This ain't the last round.
Set 'im up, Yosty!
Aaaauugh! I wanted to finish him! Destiny Bond would've ended this guy! Yes indeed, Daniel. But who faints first in a Destiny Bond? Uhhhhhhhhhhh... Hm. We need to just set him up for failure next round. We can do that.
Feeling that it won't finish its opponent this round, Yosti the Ghotsy's eyes glow and a psychic chain forms around her head: her Extrasensory is now Disabled! Manon uses this opportunity to use the sun's power to recover. Right after this, she throws at Daniel and David a ball full of spectral energy! However, the clever Haunter clearly saw that coming as he erected a shield to protect itself! Manon begins to prepare another Shadow Ball, but Yosti the Ghosty channels dark energy around her: it's a Torment attack! It succesfuly makes the Roselia fail her move.
Thanks to her recovery move, Manon and the Da-Da duo are now on the same level of health, but the former is cursed, disabled and tormented! However, the Haunter's Energy is beginning to run low!

Nice work, you two. No Extrasensories or Shadow Balls coming our way!
Wow. That worked better than I thought it would. Told you.
Haunter:
Psychic --> Shadow Ball --> Psychic
[TWO SUBS]IF Roselia is to use Sleep Powder, OR Roselia is to use Grass Whistle, AND you are to move before Roselia, THEN use Taunt that action, and restart queue.
Now that the Haunter spent a whole round setting Manon up, it decides to be aggresive! Its eyes glow once again, but this time Manon is sent flying against a wall! The Roselia reacts by launching a little seed at Daniel and David. It seems like they didn't think it would be dangerous for them to let this seed touch their body (holy shit that's an awful sentence), so they ignored it. Big mistake: it's a Leech Seed! Vines immediatly emerge from the seed and wrap its victim! Yosti the Ghosty retaliates with a Shadow Ball, succesfuly blasting on his foe! Feeling that she will fall, Manon focuses on the seed and empowers it to absorb a little of her opponent's health, barely saving herself from the knock out. Then, she tries to throw at Yosti some powder, but the latter suddenly laughs at her! That unexpected action interrupts Manon, and she decides not to use Sleep Powder, angry at her opponent making fun of her.
This is it, ladies and gentlemen. Enter the last round of the NFE match-up! Both of the Pokémon are extremely endangered. The Haunter's next move will tire it out, but the Roselia will be knock out by the next attack!!!
Yosti the Ghosty uses Shadow Ball ! (-more than 1EN)
Damage: more than 6
Manon is KO!
Yosti the Ghosty is KO from EN exhaustion !
AAAAAAND IT'S A DRAW!!! Yosti the Ghosty finishes Manon off with a Shadow Ball, but faints right after her, both of them smiling when they black out! Nobody loses this battle!
The Arena will be cleaned now, the battle will resume soon with some FE Pokémon! Stay where you are, we will be right back, ladies and gentlemen!
"The voice of reason is small, but very persistent."
GP first met Aurum when she was still a little Cupra. His mom was stomping around the house and screaming about a "GIANT MONSTER COCKROACH". GP saved Aurum from the blind fury of his mom's stomping slippers, and they've been friends ever since. Aurum's mild nature really evens out GP's jolliness and energy, and she remains to this day the voice on his head saying "Y'know, this probably isn't a great idea." Even though Aurum is a huge support, and the voice of reason for many of her friends, she was fairly self-concious, with a deep-seated disgust for her own appearance, probably coming from the whole "monster cockroach" incident. She hid it well, but had often disguised herself as other, prettier Pokemon, and had always wanted to evolve, hoping that she might blossom into a Pokemon worthy of other's admiration.
Now in her final stage, a newfound confidence is beginning to rise in her, and she is much more proud of her own beauty, so much so that she is a little loathe to hide it behind an Illusion.
Types: Bug/Psychic Bug: STAB; Adds an additional guaranteed attack on all multi-hit moves (does not include two hit moves) with a total hit cap of five (5). Psychic: STAB; can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks. Abilities:
Weak Armor (Toggle) By default the Pokemon loosens its worn defensive armor so that it will break off when an opponent uses a contact attack, reducing the Pokemon's Defense by one (1) stage for each hit and increasing their Speed by two (2) stages for each hit. When toggled, no effect. No Guard (Passive) This Pokemon has an immense confidence from perfecting each of its attacks, giving them all perfect accuracy as well as ignoring the effects of Double Team, evasive moves, Dodge, Sky Drop, and evasive damaging moves. As a result, it feels it can weather every strike, and will not dodge an attack even if ordered to. Only when an OHKO move is issued by the opponent does the Pokemon sense return, and the Pokemon acts normally. Additionally, even with their extra skill, the power and exhaustion involved in using OHKO moves prevents them from being benefited by No Guard; they will have their normal accuracy. Illusion (H) (Passive) (Unlocked) Whenever you send this Pokemon out, it can feign the appearance of another member on your squad. If this Pokemon is damaged by a direct attack, the Illusion will cease at the end of the round. Direct damage is any attack that does damage to the Pokemon's HP. Attacks that are evaded, blocked via Protect, or damage a Substitute are not considered direct damage. It will retain the typing and moveset of the Pokemon with Illusion. [Usage Note: PM the ref if you are sending out a Pokemon with Illusion with the info on said Pokemon and one of your squad members in a Switch=KO battle. You must use that squad member later in the battle though.] Nature: Quiet (+1 Special Attack, -15% speed, -10% evasion) Stats: HP: 110 Atk: 5 Def: 3 [-] SpA: 6 [+] SpD: 2 Spe: 81 Size Class: 4

Kévin's the textbook example of a shonen protagonist: a bit slow on the uptake, but extremely loyal. There's not much that can faze him and he remains placid in all circumstances, yet he still has a strong sense of responsibility towards the team, as he knows he has great potential. Everyone likes him, but the reason can vary -for example, Manon can order him around since he doesn't care much. His eternal calmness is probably for the best though, as whoever angers him will quickly learn that he has enormous reserves of fire to throw around...

We are back for the final showdown! The strongest Pokémon will now fight! We got an Aurumoth on one side, and a Camerupt on the other side! That looks like a good match up for TMan87, however, Aurumoth is a very cunning Pokémon!
Enough speeches, let the final dual BEGIIIIIIN!!!
