Sorry I forgot to answer your question in my previous post! The Swampert was bred in Gen 4, so you wouldn't be able to use it in Rated Battles on Battle Spot, but it would be allowed for Free Battles (and most online competitions).

Have a question: Do you distribute Dittos to G6 games?
Also, your Lugia has a spread of 136 in SpDef, is it deliberate? Because the Smogon dex recommends 136 Speed to reach a benchmark, and a +Def nature with more investment into SpDef than Def looks weird.

The EV spread is deliberate, but it was done so long ago, so I couldn't tell you anymore exactly what it was for other than mixed bulk. I haven't used Lugia in Ubers since Gen 7 has been out, I know the meta is pretty different, and the current analysis suggests 160 in Def and 96 in Spe, so maybe I'd make it differently nowadays, I'd have to test it before though. Feel free to use some Grepa Berries on it if you want to change it up! :P

Re: the Lugia, I asked because in more than one occasion I've mixed up Sp.Def. and Speed, to the point I write them as SDF and SW in my notes (the W implies it goes faster). Even then, I still mix them up occasionally.
