Here are the winners, I'll edit this post and the post on page 1 to show the actual winners when I have more time. For now, here's the new slate!

Parents: Pidgeot / Chatot
Shared egg group: Flying
Offspring name: Pidgetot
New type: Normal / Flying
New base stats: 89 / 82 / 70 / 91 / 66 / 106
New ability and desc: Keen Feet (Keen Eye + Tangled Feet) - Doubles Evasion whenever a stat is lowered (doesn't activate with self-inflicted drops).
Notable moves: Boomburst, Hurricane, Chatter, Nasty Plot, Heatwave, U-turn, Roost, Taunt
Role identification: Don't Intimidate this one! Pidgetot gets a free Minimize with Keen Feet on any Intimidate, Defog (net gain of +1), or other stat-lowering move or ability. The evasion boost helps it grab a Nasty Plot or even setup a Substitute first. Chatter exacerbates its trolly behavior even further. Its coverage is still limited to STAB+Heatwave, however.

Parents: Pidgeot / Chatot
Shared egg group: *Mega
Offspring name: Mega Pidgetot
New type: Normal / Flying
New base stats: 89 / 82 / 75 / 156 / 76 / 126
New ability and desc: No Guard
Notable moves: Sing, Boomburst, Hurricane, Chatter, Nasty Plot, Heatwave, U-turn, Roost, Taunt
Role identification: STABmons Pidgeot returns! And this baby has some real power now! Sing+Nasty Plot+Boomburst/Hurricane=GG. Even Chatter is gonna hurt at +2, adding insult to injury. And don't forget about Taunt, which also makes it an absurd stallbreaker with Chatter and Nasty Plot and even Sing on top of it. Bring Soundproof. Bring Own Tempo. Seriously, bring something!

DNA Donors: Volcanion / Gorebyss
Offspring Name: Gorecanion
New type: Fire/Water
New base stats: 67/97/112/140/90/75 (BST 581, +18 SpA, +8 SpD +14 Spe)
New ability and desc: Swift Absorb - When hit by a Water moves, Speed is doubled. Water immunity.
Notable Moves: Shell Smash, Steam Eruption, Overheat, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Explosion, Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Psychic, Shadow Ball
Role identification: Shell Smash Steam Eruption of a 140 Special Attack. This alone speaks measures about the awesome power of this Pokemon. It also has Fire Blast to act as its secondary STAB and to beat Grass-Types, and Ice Beam to beat Dragons, who resist your STAB moves. These will likely be your four moves, although it does have other options, meaning that you will need team-mates to eliminate any and all Water-Type opponents before Gorecanion can attempt to sweep. It also has Explosion for +2 Explosion fun times, if that's how you want to roll. Definitely a powerful and dangerous Pokemon, which thanks to good 67/112/90 bulk can reliably Shell Smash, and one that needs to be watched out for.

DNA Donors: Scizor / Klang
Offspring name: Klazor
New type: Bug / Steel
New base stats: 75 / 105 / 100 / 82 / 85 / 61 ( +10 HP / +3 Def / +20 SpA / +3 SpDef / +4 Spe ) [508 BST]
New ability and desc: Math Surge (Swarm + Minus / Plus) [Increases Special Attack to 1.5x at 1/3 max HP or less]
Notable moves: Shift Gear, Gear Grind, Roost, U-Turn, Wild Charge, Superpower, Defog, Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch
Role Identification: By itself, Klazor is a decent enough Shift Gear abuser that can go mixed thanks to its ability. It doesn't hit hard and it's not that bulk, but its good typing and access to Shift Gear makes base Klazor a possiblity. Of course, the main reason why you're going to use this (and the main reason why I used Klang over Klinklang) is...

~~~
DNA Donors: Mega Scizor / Klang
Offspring name: Mega Klazor
New type: Bug / Steel
New base stats: 75 / 125 / 140 / 92 / 105 / 71 [608 BST]
New ability and desc: Technician [Strengthens moves of 60 base power or less to 1.5x their power.]
Notable moves: Shift Gear, Gear Grind, Roost, U-Turn, Wild Charge, Superpower, Defog, Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Bug Buzz, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch
Role Identification: ...Mega Klazor! This monster might not look powerful at first - it only has a base 125 attack, afterall. However, a close look reveals a very powerful Technician Gear Grind, which reaches a monsterous 150 BP with no drawback and can break subs! Yes, this is the reason why I chose Klang over Klinklang - with Klinklang this monster would be broken. As it stands, it's just powerful. It's very similar to Mega Scizor in STABmons, except for one main factor - it is much weaker. To put it into perspective - this thing is weaker than normal Scizor, which can hold an item to further boost its power. This I feel balances it out. It can also run a bulky defog set like normal Mega Scizor can, although normal Mega Scizor is probably better unless you plan on using Volt Switch for some reason.
DNA Donors: Pidgeot + Starmie
Offspring name: Pidgemie
New type: Water / Normal
New base stats: 84/77/80/95/80/122
New ability and desc: Natural Eye - Pidgemie avoids status moves if they're not 100% accurate.
Notable moves: Agility lol, Heat Wave, Hydro Pump, Blizzard, Thunder, Hurricane, Tailwind, U-turn, Roost, Rapid Spin, Recover, Dazzling Gleam, Light Screen, Grass Knot, Power Gem, Psyshock, Reflect, Scald, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Work Up
Role identification: Move over Pidgetot, there's a new bad boy in turn. Real talk, Pidgetot has a different niche with Sing and Nasty Plot, while Pidgemie is restricted to the weaker Work Up and the uneccessary Agility. However, with 122 speed - while it misses out on outspeeding Mega Alakazam, Mega Aerodactyl and Mega Archedactyl, it outspeeds most other threats, including the dreaded Magmozam. Both pre and post mega. Its abilities lets it evade a good number of status while still leaving it vulnerable to Spore and Thunder-Wave. Its mega, however...
[MEGA]
DNA Donors:
Pidgeot + Starmie
Offspring name: Pidgemie
New type: Water / Normal
New base stats: 84/77/85/160/90/142
New ability and desc: No Guard
Notable moves: Agility lol, Heat Wave, Hydro Pump, Blizzard, Thunder, Hurricane, Tailwind, U-turn, Roost, Rapid Spin, Recover, Dazzling Gleam, Light Screen, Grass Knot, Power Gem, Psyshock, Reflect, Scald, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Work Up
Role identification: Absolutely wrecks face. Pidgemie has the honours of running one of very few AoA sets that can carry 4 moves with 110+ BP. It can basically forego Normal Stab (what would it cover anyway) and run any combination of Hydro Pump + Blizzard/Thunder/Hurricane/Heat Wave and maybe even boost it with Work Up. Again, at 142 speed it outspeeds Mega Magmozam, one of the strongest pokemon in this meta, and nabs a definitive KO.
DNA Donors: Porygon-Z / Chandelure
Offspring name: Porylure
New type: Normal/Ghost
New base stats: 82 / 67 / 82 / 148 / 82 / 105 (+10 HP, +2 Def, +8 SpA, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Flame Essence (Adaptability + Flash Fire): Fire-type Moves are counted as STAB.
Notable moves: Tri Attack, Taunt, Uproar, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Trick, Fire Blast, Energy Ball, Ice Beam, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Agility, Discharge, Nasty Plot
Role identification: Scarf Sweeper, Substitute Set-Up Sweeper or Bulky Attacker. 82 all round in defense means it can easily survive non-SE hits, though it needs to be wary of Knock Off. Still, very powerful special attacker that isn't mega. :]
With Pidgetot's unworthy speed, but high special attack (especially it's mega), this move surely gives Pidgetot a slight edge.
It's Megaqwer's Time!
Learned By: Pidgetot
Name: Faulty Voice(Air slash+Chatter)
New type: Flying
Classification: Special
Base Power: 110
Accuracy: 70%
Power Points: 5 (max 10)
Effect: 100% chance to confuse the target
Target:Single
Pidgetot has average SPA, with this move.It can trouble so many things. A 100% chance to confuse a target is always handly.While the accuracy is a bit less (just to balance the mon) but whenever it hits, i swear STAB 110 Bp moves hurts.
Learned By: Gorecanion
Name: Water rush (Flame charge+Water Fall)
New type: Water
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 15 (Max 18)
Effect: Raises speed by 1 on consecutive use.10% chance to flinch.
Target:Single
With this move, Gorecanion will be able to gain speed and outspeed many threats sucessfully.The 10% flinch chance always comes handy and the Base power is quite enough to threaten mons.
Learned By: Klazor
Name: BreakPoint (Flash Cannon + Bug buzz)
New type: Steel
Classification: Special
Base Power: 105
Accuracy: 85%
Power Points: 10 (max 12)
Effect: Bypasses Substitute.30% to lower targer's Special defense by 1.
Target:Single
An excellent move scizor now has access to.105 bp plus STAB hits hard on foes even if the sub is up.The Additional effect on the move cause SPD drop, wihhc helps it break through pokemons quick and a bit easily.
Learned By: Pidgemie
Name: Tsunami strike (Hurricane+Hydro pump)
New type: Water
Classification: Special
Base Power: 110
Accuracy: 70%
Power Points: 8 (max 16)
Effect: 30% chance to confuse the target.Can't miss if this pokemon is stauted
Target:Single
A nice water type move hitting hard with 110 BP, and a wonder 30% to confuse the target to cripple them off.It's most likely a bit more powerful alternative for hurricane.
Learned by: Klazor
Name: EverlaSting (Bug Bite + Gear Grind)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 45
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: Hits 2 times in one turn.
Target: One Pokemon
Essentially a Bug-type Gear Grind.
Learned by: Pidgemie
Name: Ruffling Feathers (Work Up + Cosmic Power)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: --
Accuracy: --
Power Points: 30 [MAX: 48]
Effect: Raises the user's Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, and Sp. Def by 1.
Target: Self
Honestly feel like this may be a broken move, but I like this idea of a fast yet frail-ish Pokemon being able to boost its bulk and attack, so I figured what would it hurt?
Learned by: Porylure-Z
Name: Stoke (Recover + Flamethrower)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15 [MAX: 24]
Effect: User recovers 50% of the damage dealt.
Target: One Pokemon
Basically allows Porylure-Z to abuse its ability + have good recovery.
Learned By: Klazor
Name: Shredding Scythe (Autotomize + Fury Cutter)
New Type: Bug
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 50
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 20 (max 32)
Effect: Every time used, user's Speed is increased by one stage and they lose 1/8th of their Weight
Target: 1
With Technician, this move reaches 75 BP, and while Bug Bite deals more damage, this move has a way better side-effect, especially combined with Shift Gear.
Learned By: Gorecanion
Name: Infernal Scald (Overheat + Scald)
New Type: Water
Classification: Special
Base Power: 120
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5 (Max 8)
Effect: 100% chance to Burn. Lowers user's Special Attack stat by 3 stages.
Target: 1
A last resort move to really screw over the foe once at your last leg, or if feeling gutsy and under a Shell Smash, a powerful Water move that lowers your Special Attack stat by a single stage.
Learned By: Pidgetot
Name: Hyperwind (Hyper Voice + Whirlwind)
New Type: Flying
Classification: Special
Base Power: 75
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 10 (Max 16)
Effect: 30% chance to cause the foe to be switched out, ala Dragon Tail. Regular priority. Sound-based move.
Target: 1 opponent
Finding a foe too pesky for their own good? Shoo 'em away with this move with its solid chance to switch them out, not to mention with solid damage to boot, which will probably really hurt after a Nasty Plot.
Learned By: Pidgemie
Name: Salty Snipe (Brine + Quick Attack)
New Type: Water
Classification: Special
Base Power: 35
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 30 (Max 48)
Effect: +1 Priority. Deals double damage if the foe has less than half of their HP.
Target: 1
While this move deals a bit less than your average priority move, most of the circumstances where you'll use it (revenge killing and the like) will be when its power will be doubled, making it a very effective move, even with the silly name.
It took so much effort to not name this one Psycho Steamer.
Learned By: Gorecanion
Name: Psycho Steam (Psychic + Steam Eruption)
New Type: Psychic
Classification: Special
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 5 (8 Max)
Effect: The user focuses so hard on a target that their target heats up to an insane degree (see what I did there?), causing heat to burst out of them and have a 30% chance to leave them with a burn.
Target: 1 adjacent opponent.
Purpose: At the cost of PP, Gorecanion now has a better psychic move than Psychic.
Gorecanion is a fire/water type. Volcanion is a fire/water type and gorebyss is a water type. None of these is a psychic type, thus this move is invalid.
Learned By: Pidgetot
Name: Storm Burst (Hurricane + Boomburst)
New Type: Flying
Classification: Special
Base Power: 160
Accuracy: 70%
Power Points: 10
Effect: 10% chance of confusing the opponent. Never misses in rain.
Target: Anyone but the user
Extra note: Combines the high power of Boomburst with the low accuracy and effects of Hurricane. Provides a strong, but risky move for Pidgetot to utilize
Learned By: Gorecanion
Name: Pyro Tail (Flamethrower + Aqua Tail)
New Type: Fire
Classification: Physical
Base Power: 90
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15
Effect: 10% Chance to burn
Target: Any Pokémon adjacent to the user
Desc: A strong Physical Fire move without recoil that can take advantage of Gorecanion's decent 97 Attack to possibly surprise a special wall.
Learned By: Klazor
Name: Gear Gust (Gear Grind + Silver Wind)
New Type: Steel
Classification: Special
Base Power: 50
Accuracy: 85%
Power Points: 5
Effect: Hits 2 times. Each hit has a 10% Chance to raise all stats by 1 stage
Target: Anyone adjacent to the user
Desc: A strong multi-hitting move that has a small chance to raise all of Klazor's stats by one, held down by iffy accuracy and low PP
Learned By: Pidgemie
Name: Cosmic Wind (Cosmic Power + Tailwind)
New Type: Psychic
Classification: Status
Base Power: -
Accuracy: -
Power Points: 20
Effect: Raises Defense, Special Defense, and Speed by 1
Target: Self
Desc: Gives Pidgmie a great setup move. I decided not to give the full effect of Tailwind since it would've been a bit OP
Learned By: Polylure-Z
Name: Confusing Melody (Confuse Ray + Round)
New Type: Normal
Classification: Special
Base Power: 60
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 15
Effect: Has a 50% chance to confuse the opponent. If another Pokémon uses Confusing Melody, the power and chance of confusion is doubled.
Target: Anyone adjacent to the user
Desc: A weak move that can confuse the opponent, similar to Chatot's Chatter, that can force switches or cause the opponent to weaken themselves for Polylure-Z to finish them off. In doubles battles, a really fun (but probably not viable) strategy could be Polylure-Z and a Smeargle/Pokémon with Mimic or Me First using to move to demolish an opposing Pokémon and guarantee a confusion.
