VGC Double Duck

Hi, I'm building a Double Duck Team and this is what I'm currently using:

Pelipper @ Focus Sash
Ability: Drizzle
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Hurricane
- Tailwind
- Protect

Rain setter and Tailwind user, currently my only form of speed control. Focus Sash to be sure he can at least get Tailwind up.

Golduck @ Waterium Z
Ability: Swift Swim
Level: 50
EVs: 140 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA / 28 SpD / 84 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam/Encore
- Protect

My Rain abuser. Scald is the STAB of choice, Hydro Pump is there mostly to use it as a Z-move. Ice Beam for coverage, Encore could be used in its place against Fake Out users or Setup sweepers. EV'd to outspeed Adamant Scarf Garchomp under rain, with the rest of the EVs invested in bulk.

Tapu Koko @ Life Orb
Ability: Electric Surge
Level: 50
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunder
- Discharge
- Dazzling Gleam
- Protect

Standard Life Orb Koko moveset except for Thunder, which gets the accuracy boost under rain.

Marowak-Alola @ Thick Club
Ability: Lightning Rod
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 132 Atk / 4 Def / 68 SpD / 52 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Shadow Bone
- Bonemerang
- Protect

Good Pokémon against the Trick Room matchup, can tank a Modest Tapu Lele's Psychic and KO it back. It also outspeeds 4 Spe Alolan Muk. He can protect Pelipper and Golduck from being fried thanks to Lightning Rod.

Kartana @ Assault Vest
Ability: Beast Boost
Level: 50
EVs: 116 HP / 4 Atk / 4 Def / 132 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Smart Strike
- Sacred Sword
- Night Slash

Ray Rizzo's spread for bulky Kartana. Would have run Focus Sash but it was already taken by Pelipper. OHKOes Gastrodon, which is a huge threat for the rest of my team. I'm really happy with this Pokemon's spread and don't really want to change it unless there are some other very good options.

Krookodile @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Taunt
- Protect

My counter to Trick Room setters. OHKOes Oranguru with Black Hole Eclipse. Also useful for Intimidate. He can tank a Timid Life Orb Tapu Koko's Dazzling Gleam.


Now, this team seems pretty good to me. However, I fell I almost always lose to Fake Out + Trick Room. I might try to swap Krook for a Porygon2 to help with the Trick Room matchup, or I might add a Tapu Lele someway so I can avoid getting faked out. What do you think about that? Do you have any other advice?
