Floon i agree should move up, That balloon is the cutest ever~ I can see that the flavor text is a little alarming, it supposed drags kids away to the underworld. That's not a cute thing. However lets not let that ruin it's cute factor since it cant lift most kids by just themselves. They get slung around instead. The other main reason is that it's one of the only mons allowed in DP's Amity Park and the exclusive status it has there shows just how cute it really is. At least in my opinion. JUST IN CASE YOU WERENT SWAYED, take a gander below at all the cute you're not ready to handle.

Completely agree with balloon being S-rank. Now, you guys put Pancham below Scraggy. What is wrong with you people?

Just look at this. First at all, Pancham is a PANDA with a Puffy tail and adorable tufts of furr <3333. These facts alone should be enough to give it S-rank. Don't you feel like giving it hugs hundreds and hundreds of times? That leaf he carries just makes he look cutter. And he tries to glare opposing Pokemon but he just can't look intimidating because Pancham is stupidly cute, so Pancham trying to be rough makes he look even cutter again. It tries and tries, but it just can't look scary. Omg, no way this cute panda is anywhere under S+, just gonna post more photos.
