OK, I got that timid 4th gen Latias too (on premier ball) with Defog. So Latias and Celebi for shiny HP fire Treecko?
I'm sorry but do you think it's possible to change it to a dif mon instead? Hope you haven't started, but I'd prefer shiny timid HP Ice Galvantula (non-HA) on Luxury ball. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Actually I think I'll go with HP ice Shiny Pidgey instead. I'll still trade you for the Snivy clone, if you want something else from me. I would like to NN the Pidgey though.

Edit: Sorry, you asked for IVs. its level 50 and un EV'd so calculator still has them at a range. HP 30-31, Attack 6-7, Defense 30-31, Sp. Attack 30-31, Sp Def 10-13, Speed 28-29.
