Though we already have Syclant ...
However I think the Good Pokémon with Bad Typing concept will bring more type diversity. We do have too many Steel and Fighting types in OU. Maybe this CAP will have the side effect to make an underused type like Normal, Ice or Posion more attractive.

For example, if CAP3 would get the Grass/Posion type, it will lower the usage of Fighting Pokémon like Terrakion and Conkeldurr significantly.
