• the best spread move synergy ever
• mach punch destroys top threats (tyranitar, weavile, abomasnow)
• faster spore than amoonguss / parasect
• toxic orb give breloom an immunity to spore / will-o-wisp / discharge
• breloom likes pokemon that can handle tornadus, thundurus, and zapdos as partners (ironically enough, thundurus and zapdos make good partners)
• snatch is an option over protect if you really hate wide / quick guard

you could also go for sub / focus punch / seed bomb / spore for singles as another option, depending on how you want to use breloom.

Sub/Spore with Jolly is the standard for singles I'm pretty sure, because you want to abuse Spore as much as possible due to the lack of Sleep Clause. Breloom's a pretty nasty mon x_x.
