twave.how do i beat new breed
Basically it is like Tangrowth except lacks Regenerator, on top of that it does have access to a much better SpD stat allowing it to effectively tank without the cost of an item as well as having a Poison STAB which means it would do better in a match-up against a grass-type like Amoonguss and even Tangrowth. As well it has usable speed for a sun sweeper and unlike Victrebell who is the main candidate it can set-up sun itself. What makes Venusaur A+?
Diancie's best set generally looks like this:What is diance's best set? Also, would a Rock Polish set be viable?
Depends on if you're using Uxie as a Stealth Rocker and Memento user. If you're going to use Memento, you would want to have a set-up sweeper to go in afterwards, as the opponent would usually switch out, thus giving you a free turn to boost. What's a good pokémon to partner Uxie with in the current meta?
Regarding fat Uxie variants, Fighting-types make for p. good partners as they can pressure Dark-types. Uxie also needs some cleric support, so mola, aromatisse and togetic (the latter two resist dark yay (but the last one hates knock off woo)) are p. great too. What's a good pokémon to partner Uxie with in the current meta?
Pretty much, Lightning Rod is also a bit more useful than Volt Absorb to since getting recovery on a super frail mon barely does anythingWhy is Manectric A- and Jolteon B ? Because of Overheat ?
Actually yes, imo overheat/flamethrower on manectric plays a big role on the difference between jolteon and manectric. because its able to get a fire move, it has something against threats that walls jolteon such as mega steelix, bronzong, and escavalier, grass types like venusaur, amoongus, and the great mega abomasnow, you can even make mega glalie run for its money. Why is Manectric A- and Jolteon B ? It would make weather teams a dominant, spam-able, and overpowered role in the lower tiers. Why is drizzle and drought banned in everything uu and under? I think this would make for some cool teams. If it is however, too dominant, it can simply be banned. I've never understood this
Has this been tested? It would seem to make sense, as threats such as houndoom, venasaur and kingdra would be very strong. But with the nerfs to weather, we saw ou weather teams fall significantly, to the point of being unviable. Completely banning out weather makes sense given the dominance in bw. But if it hasn't been tested this seems to be a pretty poor excuse of a banIt would make weather teams a dominant, spam-able, and overpowered role in the lower tiers.
Both abilities were legal when UU was first started in XY but quickly proved to be too powerful. Drizzle was banned in UU beta while Drought was banned in the first or second official stage of XY UU iirc. Since UU banned the abilities, it, by extension, means that the abilities are banned in every tier below UU.Has this been tested? Well, there are a few things. The reasons you mentioned are notable, but in XY, special sharpedo wasn't really well known. Now that it's sharpedos best set is common, it's a lot more threatening. Why are both Mega-Abomasnow and Sharpedo still considered manageable in XY, but in ORAS after their departure to UU and coming back to RU again after several months they are considered potentially broken? Is it because RU's former defensive pokemon like Cresselia and Doublade are no longer here, or are there other reasons? Thanks!
The thing is that Special Sharpedo is opted for in the ORAS metagame due to Mega Steelix's presence (for reference Life Orb boosted Adamant Shark's waterfall does around 57% at most against Max HP Megalix while Hydro Pump has a chance to OHKO). Honestly without Mega Steelix around, the best answers to the Physical set left would be Tangrowth and Poliwrath, and even those get bopped by a specific coverage move (Tangrowth gets heavily dented by Poison Jab and Poliwrath by Zen Headbutt).Well, there are a few things.
