are the mechanics of DW abilities known yet? like if you have a DW shroomish will it evolve into a tech Breloom (ie is technician compatible with spore). the PGL site is supposed to be out today right?
 
So here is my question to you guys, where do you see Shibirudon (the Electric Eeel Pokemon with Levitate) ending up? With a base stat of 515 and no actual weaknesses, I personally think this guy could have a decent time in OU, but in the end, it all depends on move set I guess eh? His speed isn't exactly the greatest but his attack and SP Att seem to make him a viable pokemon maybe?

Thoughts?
 
I heard somewhere that the system of EVs and IVs had possibly changed although recent info has made me think this is untrue. Does anyone know for sure if they've changed or not?

I have to ask a couple of things regarding certain Pokémon.

Firstly, I've seen a lot of hype regarding speed boost Blaziken, however will that one ability be able to push it into OU? With all the speedy Pokémon running around thanks to things like weather abilities and a lot of priority because of all these fast Pokémon, will Blaziken be able to keep up and secure a spot in OU?

Secondly, what tier will the starters end up in judging by stats? And also, would any of the starters be able to fill in a particular niche in the standard metagame or not?

Lastly, what will be done with suspects of the previous generation like Lati@s, Salamence, Garchomp, Deoxys S etc.? Will they be allowed in standard play to start off with or not?
1. At least Speed Boost makes him not outclassed by infernape in OU metagame so he gets at least a new chance and i see him working greatly on the new sun based teams.

2. for me all the starters look meh stat wise and i dont know about their moves all seem kinda outclassed by other things.

3. yes everything will be retested afaik even things like rayquaza, mewtwo, kyogre etc.
 
does ryvalry get improved this gen or why is everyone overhyping this gimmicky trait on the ono dragon(damn i cant remember these japanese names^^)
As far as I know, it has the same effect as in Gen 4. I haven't even seen anyone discussing Rivalry since everyone is talking about it having Mold Breaker and gigantic Atk.
 
Can someone give me some current OU pokes that are outclassed/nerfed in B/W? I know Rotom got nerfed bad since it doesn't have its Ghost typing in its alt forms.

Is it true you "earn" items to use in battle? If so, how do you earn them and what items are available?

@Xincognito: I know get even doubles in power if your opponet just killed one of your pokes last turn. A gimmicky revenge killer move.

Low Kick/"Ankle Sweep" = lowers opponent's Speed
Get Even = Increases in power when used the turn after an ally faints.

Now that Ninetales and Politoed get Drought and Drizzle, do you believe that this will increase the use of weather teams greatly, slightly, or not at all, and why?

Yea, the weather teams will increase slightly in my opinion. I'm pretty sure it will increase greatly in the UU tier.

Are TMs reusable? (Cheer Up looks ridiculously broken..)
Where is Washibon/Wooguru found? If it's found on a really late route, then where is swana/its prevo found and which HMs can it learn?
Lastly, what is the sound move that my tadpolemon learned? It has no name and is one of the earlier moves; 60 Normal Special (I'm just asking for the name out of curiosity)
