Arceus-Ground makes for an excellent Calm Mind user in Ubers thanks to its great coverage in STAB Judgement + Ice Beam, power, and ease of setup. This ease of setup is due to Arceus-Ground's natural bulk, typing, and Recover, which also lets it check prominent Pokemon like unboosted Primal Groudon and Zygarde-C throughout a game. Its Speed tier is notable as well, as it lets it outrun prominent Pokemon like Primal Groudon and Necrozma-DM. However, this set struggles with Pokemon like Ho-Oh and Arceus-Water, faster Pokemon, and Toxic, which cripples this set severely. Pokemon like Mega Salamence and Ferrothorn are good partners due to their ability to handle Ho-Oh and Arceus-Water respectively. Choice Scarf Xerneas is also a good partner, as it provides a role as a cleric while helping to handle faster Pokemon.

Basic information here is pretty much the same as the analysis. Ho-Oh and P Ogre are your biggest threats from BO and SpD walls with Toxic are defensive threats. This Pokemon's best matchup is against BO teams, specifically ones that utilize Ground immunes / Arceus-Ground checks that cannot weather Beam (think Mega Mence, Zygarde-C, Arc Ground, Gira-O, etc.).

If you want to get more in-depth then consider how utilizing CM Arceus-Ground determines team structure (think hazard war, and implications of using an Arc that doesn't hazard or anti-hazard). How Arc-Ground matches up against archetypes is also important, because this set needs good Ho-Oh / Ogre pressure to make long-term gains vs. balances that use these, and status support / breakers to deal with passive CM Arc Ground checks employed on defensive teams.
