I've heard breeding RNG'ing is easier on HG/SS. I only breed on Platinum, because I don't know how to abuse for wild Pokemon, lol,

I love doing RNG abuse, and I'm getting pretty good at it. I can hit my delay on about 5-7 tries, and the fastest I've ever done is the Altaria in my thread which only took three tries, lol,
But what spread to I use? Any hidden power? :o
