  • Hey, I'm gonna make V2 of our trade thread. I need more space for new pokemon.
    Alright, I should be able to trade any time today, but if you have a certain time in particular that would be better since I'll be taking care of some reading the whole day. I'll definitely be on around 9 PM CST.
    well... dont really feel like learning DPPt RNG and i caught everything in HG and almost everything in SS but dont feel like callibrating in SS
    thanks... and i doubt i will do catching, at least for awhile, because i prefer egg moves over matching/mismatching pokeballs.

    I'm having major trouble finding spread and a seed that will help me hit the 11 Encounter slot number to get me to find a wild chansey.

    I believe so. I haven't truly tested this out since I RNG'ed her on an emulator. (Just to make my life easier) I put my date the one RNG reporter gave me, so I went looking for her the same day.
    I suggest you find the spot Feebas is at. Once done, change the clock back 23 hours and it should be the same day, but have Feebas on the same spot. (Yeah, this makes me think that x date will have the same spots if you were to set your DS date back)

    I've been workin' on a Want's list. I can't think of anything off hand, but I'll let you know if I think of anything. Also I wouldn't be sure but as long as you go for low frames then it's possible.

    4 hours straight. I was up till 2am when I found one. RNG'ed from there, which took 10 minutes.
    I'm central as well, but I know that my time is correct because my phone and computer automatically adjust their times. I wonder why your time is off. If it matters, my setting was "DST corrections always on" at first, but the time never changed so I switched the setting to "Automatically detect DST settings," saved the settings, and now it's fine.
    uhhhmmm.... i've only ever done it once... I'm not exactly sure what to do, but you basically just find the spread thing you want... catch the pokemon you want, and like set the time and stuff like normal RNG... i dont really remember how to do it.
    Maybe you should choose the other option (DST corrections always on) and then save your settings. Also make sure your timezone is correct.
    No problem, I found the difference in time annoying. Quick Links > Edit Options > Date and Time Options > Automatically detect DST settings
    I'm having the same problem and I thought the setting was set to change automatically with day lights savings time, but I guess not. It's supposed to be in your user control panel.
    Edit: I just found out that you're supposed to select the "Automatically detect DST settings" option under the "Date and Time Options" section. Now my time is back to normal.

    Also will the ability+nature be set with a spread I find?

    Yeah. Like how do you get spreads? So I have to sync DS time to computer time, and then when it hits 0 seconds, I hit start? (Using flashcart) Then collect my egg and see if at least 2-3 IVs are flawless?

    I wish I can RNG through an emulator (since it's easy on 4th gen), though I've heard some can.
    Yeah it is lol, I remember I got a job at 16 and the money was great but I didn't have time for games anymore XP Summer job sounds good though
