The PID frame should be over 650. I would set it to 650-800. But, that's just what I found to be the easiest. However, the one that I finally caught had a PID frame of 882. I just wouldn't recommend that. It sucked advancing the PID by ~250 frames (plus I was stupid and only had one Chatot with me) every time I attempted to RNG it.
I set my min/max IV frame to 1-100. You can advance the IVRNG reliably in the house. You just need to either count all of your steps or use Max Repels. They allow you to walk 250 steps and then alert you that the repel has expired. So, if you add 6 steps to that, you just advanced the IV frame by 2x the number of Pokemon in your party. I'm sure you already know this, but just thought I'd add it.
