if you mean the messed up one, that one was timid, so no. If you mean another trade a while back, then no I don't recall trading for a jap mew (though I DO remember trading for a shiny deo, back before I could get my own)

Well pokecheck just went down again, so I couldn't view the link. Since we already traded the mons we were supposed to, I guess I shouldn't push this too much (though I have to say, whatever you messed up in cloning that mew screwed up so much it looks like a 8 year old hacked it :/)

Nah, that's cool; I don't need the unmessed-up copy. As long as it was really a mistake, things are fine. Sorry for getting worked up over a mistake, but it's BECAUSE I put so much effort into my pokemon that I get a little jumpy :P

Okay, I'll be frank with you; it's not the wifi problems that bug me at the momemnt, it's the fact that in our first attempt at trading, the mew had both latin-english AND japanese characters in its name, which shouldn't be possible in any sense of the word. Even if it was nicknamed by the OT, the english characters would have been in the japanese style, which the mew's name obviously wasn't.

Until you can explain to me why this happened, I think I will want to put the final trade of our three on hold for the moment, because this is too close to hacking for my tastes.

I know it sounds harsh, but I worked far, FAR too hard on the mons I'm trading you to simply give them away for a hack :(

I'll be ready to head online as soon as I get the three mons you requested cloned. If possible, could we do the trades on gen4? I'd have to pokeshift them otherwise, and while that isn't any trouble for me to do it would take more time :/
