Don't run adamant on Gallade. That leaves him to get slaughtered by Gengar, the Lati's, and all the base 100 speeds running around. Run jolly instead, and replace shadow sneak, swords dance or sub will work better for you.

I would run pursuit on Bisharp over swords dance, helps trap things like gengar, the Lati twins, etc. Also black glasses>life orb

Thanks deepwalker! Superpower was originally for bisharp and ferrothorn, but with the addition of heatran you are right ferro is probably not much of a threat. I will replace superpower with aqua jet and see how that works out, thank you for the help!

This is just a team I put together on showdown, it's been doing fairly well, but I noticed it gets crippled by status easily, and many of the members are frail. So I was thinking using a blissey or chansey or something of the sorts that can wall fairly well, and provide wish/heal bell support...
