Make sure your EV stat is odd if you're using Life Orb, so the damage rounds down.
http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-rs/173.shtmlThere is a big mistake in the Belly Drum set in the Clefable analysis. The set uses the Belly Drum/Double-edge/Softboiled combination. As Belly Drum is a DPP egg move and the others are Emerald tutor moves, this is an illegal moveset. Please forgive me if this is the wrong thread to post this in.
Where are you getting this? I searched Serebii, Bulbapedia and Psypoke's, and none of them mentioned Growth as a move for Eevee, even for event. Maybe it's a GSC only move?http://www.smogon.com/gs/moves/growth
Growth Eevee was a NYPC Pokemon, was it not? Well, the entire Eevee line is missing from this list. Also...

Growth is missing from all of their learnsets. The Eevolutions' analyses all list Growth either as a main option (Espeon) or in other options so it's a tad unusual for Growth not to be in their learnsets. They're not overdue for an update, are they?
uhAs previously mentioned, 64 HP EVs allow Rotom-W's Substitutes to withstand any attack that Blissey is likely to use, as well as allowing Rotom-W to form three Substitutes in sand and five in normal weather. A Timid nature and 212 EVs allows Rotom-C to outspeed positive-Speed natured Mamoswine and neutral-Speed natured Lucario. Using 212 Speed EVs also allows Rotom-W to reach a bonus point. 232 Special Attack EVs allow Rotom-W to almost always 2HKO even 0 HP / 176 SpD Calm Blissey with Hidden Power Fighting or Thunderbolt after six boosts as well as having a 38% chance of 2HKOing 252 HP / 252 SpD Careful Tyranitar in Sandstorm after a single boost with Hidden Power Fighting, a definite 2HKO if Tyranitar switches into Stealth Rock.
so when is that ablility set? After migrating? or every time you reset (or that kind of stuff)? This has been answered so many times it's not even funny anymore. If a Pokémon has a new ability in DPP, there is a chance that the ability will change when you migrate that Pokémon. So if you put Softboiled on a Clefairy and migrate it to DPP from RSEFrLg, it can change.
The Ability is set when it is caught in the Third Gen. What it changes to the first time you transfer it and it evolves is what it will always change to.so when is that ablility set? After migrating? or every time you reset (or that kind of stuff)?
