Zamazenta @ Leftovers
Ability: Dauntless Shield
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 96 HP / 176 Def / 236 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Defense
- Body Press
- Heavy Slam / Crunch
- Substitute

The Warrior Pokemon is the hero of National Dex! Zamazenta uses the combination of Iron Defense and Body Press to become a threatening and sturdy setup sweeper, setting up on physical attackers like Ogerpon-W, Mega Lopunny, and Mega Scizor. Heavy Slam hits Fairy-types like Tapu Lele and Iron Valiant. Crunch dents Pokemon like Galarian Slowking and Tera Ghost Ferrothorn. Substitute allows Zamazenta to scout for switches and set up in the face of passive Pokemon like Gliscor, Ferrothorn, and Garganacl. Tera Steel gives Zamazenta a resistance to moves like Galarian Slowking's Sludge Bomb and Future Sight as well as Fairy- and Flying-type attacks from foes like Iron Valiant, Tapu Lele, and Zapdos. The given EV spread allows Zamazenta to OHKO Raging Bolt at +4 and 2HKO Zapdos at +6 while outspeeding Mega Lopunny. Teammates like Darkrai and Ogerpon-W that break through Zamazenta's checks like Galarian Slowking and Toxapex make for good partners. Other good teammates include Pursuit users like Weavile, as they can trap the aforementioned Galarian Slowking, removing a potential roadblock to Zamazenta.

Zamazenta @ Leftovers
Ability: Dauntless Shield
Tera Type: Steel / Ghost Good type into Galarian Slowking and just shoehorns it, also beats opposing Zamazenta which can be nice
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe 96 HP / 176 Def / 236 Spe OHKOs Raging Bolt after 2 Iron Defenses and can 2HKO Zapdos at +6
Jolly Nature

The Warrior Pokemon is the hero of National Dex, using the combination of Iron Defense and Body Press to become a threatening setup sweeper that is difficult to take down. Zamazenta is incredible at setting up on physical attackers like Ogerpon-W, Mega Lopunny, and Mega Scizor thanks to Iron Defense, while with Body Press making lets Zamazenta become stronger as it boosts its bulk. Heavy Slam hits Fairy-types like Tapu Lele, and Iron Valiant, and Mega Diancie No one is going to try and beat Zamazenta with Diancie. Crunch is an alternative option to hit Pokemon like Galarian Slowking and Tera Ghost Ferrothorn. Psychic- and Ghost-types such as Galarian Slowking. Substitute allows Zamazenta to scout for switches and set up in the face of passive Pokemon like Gliscor, Ferrothorn, and Garganacl that rely on moves such as Toxic, Leech Seed, and Salt Cure Find a way to add "respectively" here to threaten Zamazenta. Tera Steel is used to gain a resistance to moves that are commonly used to threaten Zamazenta like Galarian Slowking's Sludge Bomb and Future Sight and Fairy- and Flying-type attacks type coverage from foes like Iron Valiant, Tapu Lele, and Tapu Koko Zapdos. Tera Steel also boosts Heavy Slam's damage, letting it OHKO Tapu Lele and Iron Valiant. Tera Ghost is another alternative to use opposing Zamazenta as set up fodder and continue to exploit Galarian Slowking. Iron Defense Zamazenta fits best on offensive teams that give it opportunities to set up and threaten to sweep. Teammates like Iron Valiant Darkrai and Urshifu-R Ogerpon-W that can wear down shared checks like Galarian Slowking and Zapdos together Not a big fan of examples like this being in stuff because often the Pokemon will do just as fine of a job against the two offensive Pokemon mentioned break through Zamazenta's checks like Galarian Slowking and Toxapex make for good partners. Other good teammates include Pursuit users like Weavile and Mega Tyranitar Little anti-synergistic no? as they can trap the aforementioned Galarian Slowking, removing a potential check roadblock to Zamazenta.

(i would explain what the speed do too, feel free to change it if it's meant for something else) Iron Defense Zamazenta fits best on offensive teams that give it opportunities to set up and threaten to sweep. (pretty generic that i think removing this is fine, can double check with ND QC though) Teammates like Darkrai and Ogerpon-W that break through Zamazenta's checks like Galarian Slowking and Toxapex make for good partners.
