[OVERVIEW]

Weezing has an amazing defensive typing that allows it to check Fighting-type Pokemon like Hitmonchan and Gurdurr while also being able to beat Ground-type Pokemon thanks to its ability Levitate. Weezing's physical bulk allows it to beat popular physical attackers like Piloswine, Archeops, and Kangaskan. Weezing is also able to disrupt and punish common pivots like Primeape and Liepard via Rocky Helmet. Weezing's diverse support movepool in Will-O-Wisp, Haze, and Taunt increases its defensive potential and provides a ton of utility to teams. Although it faces competition from Qwilfish as a Toxic Spikes user, Weezing's niche comes from its high defensive bulk and its immunity to Ground-type attacks thanks to its ability. However, Weezing's Poison typing leaves it vulnerable to common Psychic-types like Mesprit and Jynx, which can usually set up on it for free. A lack of reliable recovery also means that Weezing can get worn down quickly, especially if its Black Sludge gets Knocked Off, making it unable to do its job of hindering physical attackers and providing utility. Lastly, specially offensive Pokemon like Magmortar and Pyroar are able to come in for free on any attack from Weezing because Sludge Bomb is weak, and they force Weezing out due to its mediocre Special Defense and Speed stats.

Moves
========

Sludge Bomb is Weezing's best STAB attack that allows it to deal a decent amount of damage to Pokemon, while also having a 30% chance to poison foes. Sludge Bomb is also handy for hitting Pokemon that are immune to Will-O-Wisp, such as Magmortar and Pyroar. Will-O-Wisp is used to cripple and wear down physical attackers, like Skuntank and Hitmonchan, and is also beneficial for dealing residual damage to defensive Pokemon that are immune to Toxic Spikes like Mesprit, Ferroseed, and Eelektross. Toxic Spikes helps wear down opposing teams faster and improves Weezing's ability to support its team. Pain Split can be useful in providing passive recovery and dealing passive damage to opposing foes. Taunt prevents Weezing from being setup fodder to common setup sweepers like Carracosta and cripples entry hazards users like Ferroseed, Regirock, and Golem. Taunt also ensures that slower passive Pokemon like Audino can't heal and punishes slower Defog users like Togetic and Lurantis.

Set Details
========

Levitate makes Weezing immune to Ground-type attacks, allowing it to wall Pokemon like Golurk and Piloswine. Levitate also makes Weezing immune to Spikes; however, it prevents Weezing from absorbing Toxic Spikes. Rocky Helmet inflicts chip damage on physical attackers like Kangaskhan, Primeape, and Absol. It also annoys spinners like Hitmonchan by forcing them to take recoil. Black Sludge provides Weezing with passive recovery to further its longevity. 96 Speed EVs allow Weezing to outspeed and Taunt max speed Carracosta. Maximum HP investment increases Weezing's overall bulk, while the remaining Defense EVs with a Bold nature add to its high physical bulk.

Usage Tips
========

Due to Weezing's amazing bulk, it should pivot on physical attackers like Primeape and Gurdurr throughout the battle. Weezing should prioritize setting Toxic Spikes earlier if the opposing team does not have grounded Poison- or Flying-type Pokemon. Taunt should be used on fast setup sweepers like Carracosta to prevent being swept. It should also be used to prevent slower passive Pokemon like Audino from healing and slower Defog users like Togetic and Lurantis from Defogging. Additionally, Weezing should use Taunt to cripple entry hazard users like Ferroseed and Regirock. Keeping Weezing healthy for Pokemon like late-game Gurdurr is ideal. Weezing should take advantage of its Rocky Helmet to get chip damage on U-turn users like Primeape and Liepard.

Team Options
========

Mesprit pairs well with Weezing because it completes an entry hazard core and also synergizes well by resisting Psychic. Mesprit also provides Healing Wish support for Weezing in case Weezing needs to be healthy late-game. Weezing should be used on bulkier teams because it makes for great glue due to its bulk and support. Therefore, partners like Lanturn and Audino pair well because they are able to tank special hits for Weezing, and in return, Weezing can tank physical attacks for them. In Audino's case, it can also provide Weezing with Wish support. Finally, Dark-types like Skuntank can Pursuit trap Psychic-types like Mesprit and Alolan Raichu for Weezing.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Z-Haze can be used to give Weezing a form of reliable recovery, as well as deal with slower setup sweepers; however, other teammates usually benefit better from a Z-Move because Weezing prefers Black Sludge anyway. A bulkier set with maximum HP and Defense investment can be utilized to increase Weezing's bulk to better deal with physical attackers like Kangaskhan and Archeops; however, running Speed on Weezing is preferred to stop faster Pokemon like Carracosta from setting up with Taunt. Thunderbolt is another option that is handy for Water-types like Swanna that Defog on Weezing and is also useful for chipping Pokemon like Qwilfish and Taunt Archeops, which otherwise beat Weezing. Memento is also usable to sacrifice Weezing to provide a free setup opportunity for a teammate like Lilligant or Carracosta. Flamethrower or Fire Blast can be used to hit Steel-types like Ferroseed and Aggron; however, Taunt and Will-O-Wisp make it redundant. Finally, Weezing can run offensive sets with maximum Special Attack and Poisonium Z to lure Pokemon like Pyroar and Alolan Raichu, but it sacrifices a lot of bulk and your team's Z-Move.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Psychic-type Pokemon**: Psychic-type Pokemon like Mesprit and Jynx force Weezing out and set up on it freely with moves such as Calm Mind, Z-Lovely Kiss, and Nasty Plot. The latter can also switch in on Weezing with ease and OHKO with its Psychic-type STAB attacks.

**Powerful Special Attackers**: Powerful special attackers like Magmortar, Pyroar, and Drampa can threaten Weezing out with their respective STAB moves and switch in on Weezing because Sludge Bomb doesn't much damage.

**Taunt**: Taunt users like Aggron and Qwilfish cripple Weezing, making sure it can't use Will-O-Wisp, Pain Split, or Toxic Spikes. They can also set up their own respective entry hazards freely.

**Poison-types**: Poison-types like Qwilfish and Skuntank absorb Toxic Spikes. Qwilfish also sets up entry hazards on Weezing and wears it down with Scald, while Skuntank removes hazards and beats Weezing down with Dark Pulse, though physical sets are crippled.

  • Sludge Bomb is a STAB attack that allows Weezing to deal a decent amount of damage to Pokemon like Mesprit and Lanturn, which are usual switch-ins and has a 30 percent chance to inflict regular Poison on foes. Sludge Bomb is also handy for hitting Pokemon that are immune to Will-O-Wisp like Magmortar and Pyroar.
  • Will-O-Wisp is used to cripple and wear down physical attackers like Skuntank and Hitmonchan. Will-O-Wisp is also useful for dealing residual damage to defensive Pokemon that are immune to Toxic Spikes like Mesprit, Ferroseed and Eelektross.
  • Toxic Spikes helps wear down teams faster and makes Weezing less passive
  • Taunt prevents Weezing from being setup fodder to common setup sweepers like Carracosta. It also prevents and cripples entry hazards from users like Ferroseed, Regirock and Golem. Taunt also ensures that slower passive Pokemon like Audino can't heal, and punishes slow Defoggers like Togetic and Lurantis. u don't need to be quite so in-depth in moves
  • Since Weezing lacks reliable recovery, Pain Split can be useful in providing passive recovery and dealing passive damage to opposing threats on Max HP and Defense variants it does passive damage no matter what variant weezing is, i don't rly get why ur specifying max def here

  • Levitate allows Weezing to be immune to Ground-type attacks from Pokemon like Golurk and Golem. Levitate also makes Weezing immune to Spikes, however it prevents it from absorbing Toxic Spikes.
  • Rocky Helmet inflicts chip damage on physical attackers like Kangaskan, Primeape and Absol. Rocky Helmet also dissuades Rapid spinners like Hitmonchan from removing entry hazards unless it wants to take a lot of recoil damage and get crippled by Will-O-Wisp
  • 96 Speed EVs allows Weezing to outspeed and Taunt max speed Carracosta.
  • Maximum HP investment increases Weezing overall bulk, while the remaining Defense EVs with a Bold nature preserve its high physcical bulk
  • Black Sludge provides Weezing with passive recovery to futher its longevity

Usage Tips
========
  • Due to its amazing bulk, Weezing should pivot on physical attackers like Primeape and Gurdurr throughout the battle
  • Weezing should use Toxic Spikes on physical attackers to wear down the opposing team with consistent passive damage set them early as possible as well
  • Weezing should Taunt fast setup sweepers like Carracosta to prevent being swept. Use Taunt to prevent slower passive Pokemon like Audino from healing, and slower Deffogers like Togetic and Lurantis from deffoging. Addionally, use Taunt to cripple entry hazard users like Ferroseed and Regirock u just used this exact same point when talking about taunt in moves like cping a point from moves to UT doesn'teven make sense... just make sure this sounds like actually practical information not a list of things u might want to taunt
  • Weezing should be used on bulkier teams because it makes great glue due to its bulk and support this is a team option, not a usage tip
keeping weezing healthy for certain things late-game like gurdurr (with or without pain split), the utility of helmet in chipping stuff like ape even if they're gonna pivot right out

Team Options
========
  • Mesprit makes a good partner because it complets a entry hazard core and also synergies well because it resist Psychic
  • Lanturn makes a good partner because its able to tank special hits for Weezing,and in return, Weezing tanks physical attacks for Lanturn and is a Ground resist.
  • Pokemon like ???
  • Ghost-types like Sabelye and Palosand make good partners for Weezing because they form bulky cores and prevent foes from rapid spinning. The latter also make secondary Fighting-type checks if Weezing gets worn down early on
  • Dark-types like Skuntank can pursuit trap Psychic-types like Mesprit and Alolan Raichu for Weezing.
wishpass from dino aint bad, also more random spdef things than just lanturn

  • Thunderbolt is handy Water-types like Swanna that Defog on Weezing. Thunderbolt also chips Skuntank Qwilfish, and beats Taunt Archeops ya no it's not for defogging waters as much as specifically qwilfish and archeops
  • Memento is also usable to sacrifice Weezing to provide a free setup opportunity for a teammate like Gurdurr or Carracosta
  • Flamethrower or Fire Blast can be used to hit Steel-types like Ferroseed and Aggron, however Taunt and Will-O-Wisp are usually better because they cripple them.

**Toxic Spikes Absorbers** Toxic Spike Absorbers like Qwilfish and Skuntank can cripple Weezing with Taunt, and absorb Toxic Spikes. Qwilfish can also set up entry hazards on Weezing and wear it down with Scald, while Skuntank can remove entry hazards and beat Weezing down with Dark Pulse. just change the name of this to poison-types and talk about tspikes removal as one facet of beating it

  • Weezing has an amazing Defensive typing that allows it to pivot on Ground-type attacks thanks to its ability, levitate, and check popular threats like Hitmonchan and Gurdurr. defensive typing and ability, you are kinda implying that as a result of being a poison type it beats grounds
  • Weezing's physical bulk also allows it to tank most hits and disrupt pivots like Primeape, and Liepard with Rocky Helmet.
  • Weezing's diverse support movepool in Will-O-Wisp, Haze, Toxic Spikes, and Taunt increases its defensive potential, and provides a ton of utility to teams. i think defensive potential is the wrong word, since toxic spikes is more of a support move. i think u can remove toxic spikes and keep ur sentence as is, u mentioned it in the point below so its not neccesary to mention it here
  • Although it receives competition from Qwilfish as a Toxic Spike user, Weezing's niche comes with its high defensive bulk and its immunity to Ground-type attacks thanks to Levitate.

  • Toxic Spikes helps wear down teams faster and makes Weezing less passive i dont think tspikes makes weezing less passive, that comes from taunt and sludge bomb. so id replace passive with like better at giving team support. mention how weezing naturally beats all tspikes absorbers, so its quite reliable in terms of getting them up and them somewhat staying there.
  • Taunt prevents Weezing from being setup fodder to common setup sweepers like Carracosta. It also prevents and cripples entry hazards from users like Ferroseed, Regirock and Golem. Rocky Helmet also dissuades Rapid spinners like Hitmonchan from removing entry hazards unless it wants to take a lot of recoil damage and get crippled by Will-O-Wisp. ooo very good point, mention that if hitmonchan / any spinner wants to remove hazards it has to be above 16% otherwise the effect doesnt carry through
  • 96 Speed EVs allows Weezing to outspeed and Taunt max speed Carracosta.

Team Options

  • Lanturn makes a good partner because its able to tank special hits for Weezing,and in return, Weezing tanks physical attacks for Lanturn and is a Ground resist. • Ghost-types like Sabelye and Palosand make good partners for Weezing because they form bulky cores and prevent foes from rapid spinning. The latter also make secondary Fighting-type checks if Weezing gets worn down early on this point is meh, since u mentioned earlier how weezing is an annoying mon for spinners, but i see where u are coming from. remove it unless u get some better reasoning imo

Weezing's physical bulk allows it to tank most hits and disrupt pivots like Primeape, and Liepard via Rocky Helmet. I think you should change the emphasis on the first few sentences. Mention Weezing counters Fighting-type pokemon in specific, and add that its great typing and bulk also lets it beat other popular physical attackers like Piloswine, Kanghaskhan, Archeops. Weezing's diverse support move pool in Will-O-Wisp, Haze, and Taunt increases its defensive potential and provides a ton of utility to teams. Although Weezing receives competition from Qwilfish as a Toxic Spike user can be reworded to something like "Weezing is a good setter of Toxic Spikes. Although it faces competition from Qwilfish..." Weezing's niche comes with its high defensive bulk and its immunity to Ground-type attacks thanks to its ability. Despite these attributes, Weezing's Poison typing leaves it vulnerable to common Psychic-types like Mesprit and Jynx, which can usually setup on it for free. Lastly, Specially offensive Pokemon like Magmortar and Pyroar are able to come in for free on any attack that isn't Sludge Bomb and force Weezing out due to its mediocre Special Defense and Speed stats. I'd just say most special attackers can come in on Weezing without much trouble, since Sludge Bomb is fairly weak.

Sludge Bomb is Weezing's best STAB attack that allows it to deal a decent amount of damage to Pokemon like Mesprit and Lanturn, which are usual switch-ins you don't need to mention specific pokemon b/c this covers pretty much everything. just say it's the major way of dealing damage, while also having a 30 percent chance to potentially inflict regular Poison on foes. Sludge Bomb is also handy for hitting Pokemon that are immune to Will-O-Wisp like Magmortar and Pyroar. Will-O-Wisp is used to cripple and wear down physical attackers like Skuntank and Hitmonchan, it is also beneficial for dealing residual damage to defensive Pokemon that are immune to Toxic Spikes like Mesprit, Ferroseed, and Eelektross. Toxic Spikes helps wear down opposing teams faster and increases Weezing's team support. Taunt also ensures that slower passive Pokemon like Audino can't heal, and punishes slower Defog users like Togetic and Lurantis. Since Weezing lacks reliable recovery, Pain Split can be useful in providing passive recovery and dealing passive damage to opposing foes. Not a big deal, but the part about Pain Split should come before the part about Taunt.

Set Details

Levitate allows Weezing to become immune to Ground-type attacks, allowing it to wall Pokemon like Golurk and Golem. I'd swap Piloswine for Golem just cause it's a little more relevant. Levitate also makes Weezing immune to Spikes, however, it prevents it from absorbing Toxic Spikes. Hey you actually don't need to mention all this, since Levitate is Weezing's only ability. You can just literally say "Levitate is Weezing's only ability." Rocky Helmet inflicts chip damage on physical attackers like Kangaskan, Primeape and Absol. It also dissuades Rapid spinners that are like Hitmonchan from removing entry hazards unless they want to take a lot of recoil damage and get crippled by Will-O-Wisp. You can shorten the Rapid Spin part to just "annoys Rapid Spinners like Hitmonchan by forcing them to take recoil." Black Sludge provides Weezing with passive recovery to further its longevity. 96 Speed EVs allows Weezing to outspeed and Taunt max speed Carracosta. Maximum HP investment increases Weezing overall bulk, while the remaining Defense EVs with a Bold nature add to its high physical bulk.

Usage Tips
========

Due to Weezing's amazing bulk, it should pivot on physical attackers like Primeape and Gurdurr throughout the battle. Weezing should also set Toxic Spikes as early as possible and use them on physical attackers to wear down the opposing team fast with consistent passive damage. When to set Toxic Spikes depends largely on the opponent's team, so you can say Weezing should prioritize setting Toxic Spikes earlier if they have no grounded Poison or few flying/levitate pokemon. Weezing should use Taunt on fast setup sweepers like Carracosta to prevent being swept. Weezing should also use Taunt to prevent slower passive Pokemon like Audino from healing, and slower Defog users like Togetic and Lurantis from defogging. Additionally, Weezing should use Taunt to cripple entry hazard users like Ferroseed and Regirock. Keeping Weezing healthy for Pokemon like late-game Gurdurr is ideal, and taking advantage of the utility of Rocky Helmet chipping Pokemon like Primeape even if it is going to pivot out. last part of this can be rephrased to "should take advantage of RH to get chip damage on U-turn users."

Team Options

Mesprit pairs well with Weezing because it completes an entry hazard core and also synergies well because it resists Psychic. Mesprit also provides Healing Wish support for Weezing incase Weezing needs to be healthy in the late game. Weezing should be used on bulkier teams because it makes great glue due to its bulk and support. Additionally, Audino can make a good partner for Weezing because it is able to tank Special Attacks and provide Wish support. Finally, Dark-types like Skuntank can pursuit trap Psychic-types like Mesprit and Alolan Raichu for Weezing. The last one can mention Psychic-resists in general, not just Dark-types, but of course Skuntank still deserves the special mention for Pursuit.

mention some offensive pokemon that can take advantage of Toxic Spikes (Kangaskhan for example)

A bulkier set with Max Hp and Defense investment can be utilized to increase Weezing's bulk; however, running speed on Weezing is preferred to cripple faster Pokemon with Taunt. Just say to Taunt Carracosta, unless you can find any other examples. Mention how this spread improves Weezing's matchup with physical attackers like Kanghaskhan and Archeops. Thunderbolt is another option that is handy for Water-types like Swanna that Defog on Weezing. Thunderbolt is also useful for chipping Pokemon like Skuntank, Qwilfish, and Taunt Archeops, which otherwise beat Weezing. remove Skuntank here, does marginal damage Memento is also usable to sacrifice Weezing to provide a free setup opportunity for a teammate like Gurdurr or Carracosta. Gurdurr isn't the type of sweeper that usually needs a Memento, maybe Lilligant instead? Lastly, Flamethrower or Fire Blast can be used to hit Steel-types like Ferroseed and Aggron, however, Taunt and Will-O-Wisp makes it redundant. mention how Weezing can run offensive sets can be run with max SpA and Poisinium Z to lure stuff like Pyroar/Raichu, but it sacrifices a lot of bulk and Z-move.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Psychic-type Pokemon**: Psychic-type Pokemon like Mesprit and Jynx force Weezing out and setup on it freely with Calm Mind, or Z-Lovely Kiss Nasty Plot in Jynx's case. Say they can switch in on Weezing with relative ease and OHKO with STAB attacks.

** Powerful Special Attackers**: Powerful Special Attackers like Magmortar, Pyroar and Drampa can threaten Weezing out with their respective STAB moves and switch in on Weezing because Sludge Bomb doesn't do all that much

**Taunt**: Taunt users like Aggron and Qwilfish cripple Weezing and set up their respective entry hazards freely. Mention how Taunt prevents Weezing from using Will-o-Wisp or Pain Split/Tspikes

**Poison-types**: Poison-types like Qwilfish and Skuntank absord (typo lul) Toxic Spikes and cripple Weezing with Taunt. Remove the Taunt part, Skuntank usually doesn't run it and it's already covered in the above section Qwilfish also sets up entry hazards on Weezing and wears it down with Scald, while Skuntank removes entry hazards and beats Weezing down with Dark Pulse. Special sets do, though physical is crippled by Wisp.
3/3 good job!

[OVERVIEW]

Weezing has an amazing Defensive typing that allows it to beat Ground-type Pokemon thanks to its ability, Levitate, and check Fighting-type Pokemon like Hitmonchan and Gurdurr (i would reformat this to "Weezing has an amazing Defensive typing that allows it to check Fighting-type Pokemon like Hitmonchan and Gurdurr, while also beating Ground-type Pokemon thanks to its ability, Levitate."). Weezing's physical bulk allows it to beat popular physical attackers like Piloswine, Archeops, and Kangaskan. Weezing is also able to disrupt and punish common pivots like Primeape,(RC) and Liepard via Rocky Helmet. Weezing's diverse support move(remove space, one word)pool in Will-O-Wisp, Haze, and Taunt increases its defensive potential and provides a ton of utility to teams. Weezing is a good setter of Toxic Spikes (i would just move mention of tspikes into the previous sentence). Although it faces competition from Qwilfish, Weezing's niche comes withfrom its high defensive bulk and its immunity to Ground-type attacks thanks to its ability. Despite these attributes, Weezing's Poison typing leaves it vulnerable to common Psychic-types like Mesprit and Jynx, which can usually set(space)up on it for free. A lack of reliable recovery also means that Weezing can get worn down quickly, especially if its Black Sludge gets Knocked Off, making it unable to do its job of hindering physical attackers and providing utility. Lastly, Sspecially offensive Pokemon like Magmortar and Pyroar are able to come in for free on any attack from Weezing because Sludge Bomb is weak, and they force Weezing out due to its mediocre Special Defense and Speed stats.

Moves
========

Sludge Bomb is Weezing's best STAB attack that allows it to deal a decent amount of damage to Pokemon, while also having a 30 percent chance to potentially inflict regular Poison on foes. Sludge Bomb is also handy for hitting Pokemon that are immune to Will-O-Wisp likesuch as Magmortar and Pyroar. Will-O-Wisp is used to cripple and wear down physical attackers like Skuntank and Hitmonchan, itand is also beneficial for dealing residual damage to defensive Pokemon that are immune to Toxic Spikes like Mesprit, Ferroseed, and Eelektross. Toxic Spikes helps wear down opposing teams faster and increases Weezing's team support. Pain Split can be useful in providing passive recovery and dealing passive damage to opposing foes. Taunt prevents Weezing from being setup fodder to common setup sweepers like Carracosta and cripples entry hazards from users like Ferroseed, Regirock, and Golem. Taunt also ensures that slower passive Pokemon like Audino can't heal, and punishes slower Defog users like Togetic and Lurantis. Since Weezing lacks reliable recovery(?).

Levitate allowmakes Weezing to become immune to Ground-type attacks, allowing it to wall Pokemon like Golurk and Piloswine. Levitate also makes Weezing immune to Spikes,;(semicolon) however, it prevents it from absorbing Toxic Spikes. Rocky Helmet inflicts chip damage on physical attackers like Kangaskan, Primeape,(AC) and Absol. It also annoys Rapid Spinners like Hitmonchan by forcing them to take recoil. Black Sludge provides Weezing with passive recovery to further its longevity. 96 Speed EVs allows Weezing to outspeed and Taunt max speed Carracosta. Maximum HP investment increases Weezing's overall bulk, while the remaining Defense EVs with a Bold nature add to its high physical bulk.

Usage Tips
========

Due to Weezing's amazing bulk, it should pivot on physical attackers like Primeape and Gurdurr throughout the battle. Weezing should prioritize setting Toxic Spikes earlier if the opposing team does not have grounded Poison- or Flying-type Pokemon. WeezingTaunt should be use Tauntd on fast setup sweepers like Carracosta to prevent being swept. WeezingIt should also be use Tauntd to prevent slower passive Pokemon like Audino from healing, and slower Defog users like Togetic and Lurantis from dDefogging. (this paragraph gets a little repetitive with most of the sentences starting with "weezing should..."; i changed a bit to make it less repetitive, try to avoid this in the future)

Team Options
========

Mesprit pairs well with Weezing because it completes an entry hazard core and also synergizes well because it resists Psychic. Mesprit also provides Healing Wish support for Weezing incase Weezing needs to be healthy in the late game. Weezing should be used on bulkier teams because it makes great glue due to its bulk and support. Therefore,(AC) partners like Lanturn and Audino pair well because itsthey are able to tank special hits for Weezing, and in return, Weezing can tanks physical attacks for Lanturn and is a Ground resistthem. In Audino's case, it can also provide Weezing with Wish support and also tank special attacks. Finally, Dark-types like Skuntank can pPursuit trap Psychic-types like Mesprit and Alolan Raichu for Weezing.

Other Options
=============

Z-Haze can be used to give Weezing a form of reliable recovery, as well as deal with slower setup sweepers,;(semicolon) however,(AC) other teammates usually benefit better from a Z-move because Weezing prefers Black Sludge anyway. A bulkier set with Mmax HpP and Defense investment can be utilized to increase Weezing's bulk to better deal with physical attackers like Kangaskan and Archeops; however, running speed on Weezing is preferred to cripplestop faster Pokemon like Carracosta from setting up with Taunt. Thunderbolt is another option that is handy for Water-types like Swanna that Defog on Weezing. Thunderbolt is also useful for chipping Pokemon like Qwilfish,(RC) and Taunt Archeops, which otherwise beat Weezing. Memento is also usable to sacrifice Weezing to provide a free setup opportunity for a teammate like Lilligant (two l's) or Carracosta. Flamethrower or Fire Blast can be used to hit Steel-types like Ferroseed and Aggron,;(semicolon) however, Taunt and Will-O-Wisp makes it redundant. Finally, Weezing can run offensive sets can be run with max Special attack and Poisinium Z to lure Pokemon like Pyroar and Raichu, but sacrifices a lot of bulk and your team's Z-move.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Psychic-type Pokemon**: Psychic-type Pokemon like Mesprit and Jynx force Weezing out and set(space)up on it freely with Calm Mind, or Z-Lovely Kiss Nasty Plot in Jynx's case. The latter can also switch in on Weezing with ease and OHKO with their respectivits Psychic-type STAB attacks.

** Powerful Special Attackers**: Powerful Special Attackers like Magmortar, Pyroar,(AC) and Drampa can threaten Weezing out with their respective STAB moves and switch in on Weezing because Sludge Bomb doesn't do all that much damage.

**Taunt**: Taunt users like Aggron and Qwilfish cripple Weezing,(AC) making sure it can't use Will-O-Wisp, Pain Split,(AC) or Toxic Spikes. They can also set up their respective entry hazards freely.

**Poison-types**: Poison-types like Qwilfish and Skuntank absordb Toxic Spikes. Qwilfish also sets up entry hazards on Weezing and wears it down with Scald, while Skuntank removes entry hazards and beats Weezing down with Dark Pulse, though physical sets are crippled.

[OVERVIEW]

Weezing has an amazing defensive typing that allows it to check Fighting-type Pokemon like Hitmonchan and Gurdurr, (RC) while also being able to beating Ground-type Pokemon thanks to its ability, (RC) Levitate. Despite these attributes, Weezing's Poison typing leaves it vulnerable to common Psychic-types like Mesprit and Jynx (This is a bit confusing because you talk about Qwilfish and then begin this sentence with contrast. Maybe try to reword or reorder these sentences?), which can usually se tup set up on it for free. A lack of reliable recovery also means that Weezing can get worn down quickly, especially if its Black Sludge gets Knocked Off, making it unable to do its job of hindering physical attackers and providing utility.
