Will-O-Wisp can completely shut down physical attackers like Zacian-C and Necrozma-DM, whereas Thunder Wave helps with speed control, neutralizing Pokemon like Koraidon and opposing Arceus formes. Tera Fairy lets Arceus-Water soak up powerful Dragon-type moves from the likes of Koraidon and Miraidon. 56 Speed EVs allows Arceus-Water to outspeed Adamant Kyurem-B and Rayquaza, allowing it to shut down these threats with a status condition. Arceus-Water is weak to Toxic Spikes from Gliscor or Eternatus, so it greatly appreciates a Toxic Spikes absorber like Eternatus. Arceus-Water needs to be particularly wary of threats like Miraidon, as it can come in on anything that isn’t Dragon Tail, and Kyogre, which can accrue boosts with Calm Mind and threaten it with Thunder. Teammates like Ting-Lu and Clodsire are strong pairings with Arceus-Water, as they can check these problematic Pokemon. Ho-Oh also pairs well with Arceus-Water, as they can share the responsibility of checking Necrozma-DM, Zacian-C, and Koraidon.

Arceus-Water pairs fantastically with other walls to help solidify it against terrifying wallbreakers, like Koraidon and Zekrom this sentence means nothing, specify what the main threats are (mainly kyogre and miraidon). Arceus-Water is very susceptible to hazard chip, and as such heavily appreciates hazard removal from Giratina-O while this is true about every arc form bc of lack of boots, most forms of removal suck in this tier so don't include this sentence. instead u could focus on the impact of tspikes from etern/glisc and say that having an absorber is nice. Arceus-Water needs to be particularly wary of threats like Miraidon and Zekrom as both are unafraid of Thunder Wave and can force Arceus-Water out, giving them free setup; so Ting-Lu and Landorus-T are particularly good teammates. specify miraidon and ogre in separate sentences (how mirai pivots in free on anything bar dtail, and ogre also does the same and can cm on it / threaten it w a thunder). zekrom is ok as a mention, but its niche, and i would much rather see a mention of kyogre.
