Hey!Im interested in Piplup and Zapdos.I have a rng'd shiny 6iv timid thundurus.An 6iv modest shiny ralts via Mesuda-Method and if you dont like one of them i have a R2B Conkelldur . It is rng'd.Its adamant and can Knock off,Ice Punch,Mach Punch and Drain Punch.Dvs:31/31/31/0/31/31 ist is already trained with Evs

The idea of a shiny BP (breeding project) would be for you to breed a shiny I request to trade for the Pokemon you desire. Would you be willing to do one shiny BP for Zapdos and two shiny BPs for Piplup?
You can utilize SV hatching to ensure good IVs (I think DVs were back in Gen I-II). I'll let you look into it and if you're still willing to do them, reply here.
