For Grass AND water; mcFlareon and his submissions of...

Basic:
Name: Seedwarf (Seed + Dwarf)
Type: Grass
Ability: Overgrow/Skill Link
Stats: 50/50/65/50/65/70
Movepool:
1- Tackle
1- Growl
6- Absorb
12- Barrage
18- Leech Seed
24- Bullet Seed
31- Mega Drain
37- Rototiller
42- Grassy Terrain
48- Seed Bomb
54- Giga Drain
Flavour / Description: A small, human-shaped critter with a soil cone-hat with a sprout on the top, cute dot eyes and roundish body. It likes to collect seeds and scatters them around gardens, leaving little surprises outside lucky homes. It has a small pebble necklace as foreshadowing for its evolution. Pretty balanced in stats although it doesn't get good moves until later. Main niche is abusing Skill Link Bullet Seed in LC. In the meantime, since it learns the fairly pwoerful move a bit later, Skill Link Barrage will have to do.
Method Of Evolution: Evolve at level 18

Stage 1:
Name: Mosstrole (Moss + Stroll/Troll)
Type: Grass/Rock
Stats: 60 / 75 / 90 / 70 / 70 / 75
Movepool:
1- Tackle
1- Growl
6- Absorb
12- Barrage
18- Leech Seed
18- Rock Throw
25- Bullet Seed
29- Mega Drain
32- Smack Down
36- Rototiller
42- Rock Blast
48- Grassy Terrain
55- Seed Bomb
61- Giga Drain
Flavour / Description: Finally the potential of its Skill Link ability has been reached- it can now use Rock Blast as a secondary STAB with Bullet Seed. It's skin has hardened to rock and it now has a dish-like stone hat on it's head which is surrounded by moss and a lichen on top. It also has a moss moustache with rocky, moss-covered limbs. Despite the now stony-skin, like a pot, it's body is quite lightweight and hollow, the actual stones are smooth as it likes to roll around in gardens- so speed is actually fairly good for a Rock type. Basically like a living moss-covered pot in the shape of a troll (Disney's Frozen version).
Method Of Evolution: Evolve at Level 32.

Stage 2:
Name: Gardenome (Guard/Garden+Gnome)
Type: Grass/Rock
Ability: Overgrow/Skill Link
Stats: 70 / 110 / 115 / 80 / 80 / 95

1- Wood Hammer
1- Tackle
1- Growl
6- Absorb
12- Barrage
18- Leech Seed
24- Bullet Seed
31- Mega Drain
32- Smack Down
38- Rototiller
45- Rock Blast
50- Grassy Terrain
57- Seed Bomb
65- Giga Drain
Flavour / Description: It has mossy stone farmer's hat with a four leaf clover on top. In addition to the moustache it also has a green, mossy beard and there's a growth of moss around it's shoulders making it look like it has a green cape. It's shaped like a stone garden gnome and has moss growth arounds its wrists and green thumbs (hah). The actual stone body is smooth like pebbles and also light-weight, making it fairly fast for a Rock type. Believed to be good luck around harvests, crops seem to flourish when this Pokemon is around to guard a farm from pests.

Method Of Evolution: Evolve at level 15

Stage 1:
Name: Dewtox (Dew + Newt + Toxin)
Type: Water/Poison

Stage 2:
Name: Toxilotl
Type: Water/Poison

Movepool:
1- Hydro Pump

1- Muddy Water
1- Tackle
1- Growl
6- Bubble
10- Acid
15- Bubblebeam
22- Soak
27- Acid Spray
32- Water Pulse
37- Acid Armor
42- Venom Drench
47- Toxic
52- Muddy Water
57- Aqua Tail

Fast, specially-focused bulky attacker that can hit hard with Sludge Wave/Hydro Pump and poison bulky waters.

I just have to ask something, We should say egg groups too, right? Because if we do not, we could choose an egg move which eventually no one in the egg group learns and boom, a wasted egg move :p

Edit
Note: This is still in WIP, Expect it to be totally changed
Flarunny

No more WIPs (I think)
Flarunny's egg moves consist of a lot of status moves that could be taken advantage of with Prankster. Some are just for flavor (like Curse). Bunic gets belly drum, which works very well with it and makes Bunic used a lot differently than its movepool would suggest.
FLARUNNY
Event / Egg Moves:
Field Egg Group
[Egg] Wish
[Egg] Will-o-Wisp
[Egg] Miracle Eye
[Egg] Taunt
[Egg] Hypnosis
[Egg] Confuse Ray
[Egg] Curse
[Egg] Nasty Plot
[Egg] Flare Blitz
Height: 0.5m/1'8"
Weight: 8 kg/17.6 lbs
Pokedex Entry: If the orb on Flarunny's chest gets cold, Flarunny becomes sick. Because of this, Flarunny are very protective of their orbs.
Pokémon Cry: Kinda like a rabbit, but with a little bit of ambience from the orb.
MAGUNNY
Event / Egg Moves:
Field Egg Group
Same as above
Height: 1.3m/4'3"
Weight: 20 kg/44 lbs
Pokedex Entry: As Magunny begin to grow, their orb becomes warmer compared to the rest of their body. Groups of Magunny begin to fight using the orb, rather than protecting the orb.
Pokémon Cry: The ambience is louder, but the rabbit squeak is still very evident and overpowers the orb.
BUNIC
Event / Egg Moves:
Field Egg Group
Same as above and...
[Event] Belly Drum
Height: 1.6m/5'2"
Weight: 35 kg/77.2 lbs
Pokedex Entry: Some say that the orb on Bunic's chest contains Bunic's mind, and the orb's power is Bunic's imagination leaking into the real world.
Pokémon Cry: The orb's ambient sound and the rabbit cry have fused together for a echoing bunny sound.

Seedwarf's egg moves are all about making it better, with flavor in some of the moves. Some like worry seed are just for flavor. Gardenome gets shell smash which can turn it into a grass/rock cloyster without a titanic defense. Gardenome is arguably better with shell smash as well.
SEEDWARF
Event / Egg Moves:

Grass, Amorphous Egg Group
[Egg] Icicle Spear
[Egg] Worry Seed
[Egg] Power Whip
[Egg] Head Smash
[Egg] Rock Polish
[Egg] Stealth Rock
[Egg] Explosion
[Egg] Bone Rush
[Egg] Bullet Punch
Height: 0.6m/1'11"
Weight: 17 kg/37 lbs
Pokedex Entry: Seedwarf likes to collect seeds and grow small gardens with them. Seedwarf are very territorial of these gardens, and will fight for them.
Pokémon Cry: Kinda like pebbles
MOSSTROLE
Event / Egg Moves:

Grass, Amorphous Egg Group
Same as above
Height: 1.2m/3'11"
Weight: 21 kg/46.3 lbs
Pokedex Entry: Mosstrole are much friendlier than Seedwarf, but also clumsier. Because of their short memory, they often leave seeds in their body, which grow into small grasses.
Pokémon Cry: Kinda like bigger pebbles
GARDENOME
Event / Egg Moves:

Grass, Amorphous Egg Group
Same as above and...
[Event] Shell Smash
Height: 1.9m/6'2"
Weight: 45 kg/99 lbs
Pokedex Entry: Gardenome are gentle, contrary to their size. Because they accidentally planted seeds inside themselves as Mosstrole, they are said to be living gardens.
Pokémon Cry: Like a boulder hitting a wall

Newtle has some stranger moves that come from its slight resemblance to monsters. Some it won't use such as DDance or Water sport, but some are for flavor. Tail glow turns what could be seen as a mediocre pokemon into a death machine, being able to hit harder than OU manaphy and easily cream it 1v1.
NEWTLE
Event / Egg Moves:

Water 1, Monster Egg Group
[Egg] Water Sport
[Egg] Gunk shot
[Egg] Parting Shot
[Egg] Volt Switch
[Egg] Dragon Dance

Height: 0.7m/2'2"
Weight: 10 kg/22 lbs
Pokedex Entry: Newtle are said to swim in sewer water. Colonies of Newtle live in the sewers, claiming a certain pipe for each Newtle.
Pokémon Cry: Like a croak and a chirp combined.
DEWTOX
Event / Egg Moves:

Water 1, Monster Egg Group
Same as above
Height: 1.4m/4'7"
Weight: 30 kg/66 lbs
Pokedex Entry: Dewtox live nearby sewage pipes, and are said to prefer the toxic waste that can pour out of them. During the night, they are said to croak loudly in order to tell other Dewtox if there is waste to feed on.
Pokémon Cry: Like a deeper croak and a deeper chirp combined.
TOXILOTL
Event / Egg Moves:

Water 1, Monster Egg Group
Same as above and...
[Event] Tail Glow
Height: 2.1m/6'10"
Weight: 70 kg/154 lbs
Pokedex Entry: Toxilotl help people across murky waters by carrying them on its back. Because Toxilotl are adept swimmers, they can carry a large amount of weight very rapidly.
Pokémon Cry: A huge croak with enough energy to become a roar.

The line is based on weather vanes and roosters.

Name: Fowne
Type: Flying
Ability: Cloud Nine/Early Bird/Quick Feet
Stats: 35/35/45/60/30/50 (BST 255)
Movepool:
(1) Gust
(5) Growl
(9) Round
(12) Defog
(15) Air Cutter
(18) Tailwind
(22) Detect
(26) Uproar
(30) Twister
(34) Air Slash
(39) Rain Dance
(44) Whirlwind
(49) Hurricane
Flavour / Description: The name comes from Fowl + (Weather) Vane.
A small, dark-gray-colored chick with an arrowhead-like beak and a fletching-like tail, though much shorter than that of Fletchling's. Even without wings, their weight are light enough to be carried by wind, and as such they often have to grip the ground with their claws in order to prevent being blown away. A pure Flying-type as it's based on a weather vane which is closely related to wind, It gets quite a lot of wind-based moves in its learnset. The stat spread is a special attacker one, with a slight focus in Def as weather vanes are made from metals and should be decently tough physical-wise.
Method Of Evolution: Level 17

Name: Fanarel
Type: Flying
Ability: Cloud Nine/Early Bird/Quick Feet
Stats: 50/50/65/80/45/65 (BST 355)
Movepool:
(1) Gust
(5) Growl
(9) Round
(12) Defog
(15) Air Cutter
(19) Tailwind
(24) Detect
(29) Uproar
(34) Twister
(39) Air Slash
(45) Rain Dance
(51) Whirlwind
(57) Hurricane
Flavour / Description: The name comes from Fana (flag in Old English) + Cockerel.
The arrowhead beak grows bigger and sharper, forming a horn on its head, and on the tip of its wings forms patterns that look somewhat like a mix of E and W. Its tail grows longer than before, while still keeping the same width. No longer as light as before, they can now control their movements in the wind adeptly, floating around without wasting much effort. On the stats' front, its Def grows alongside its SpA, which is starting to be decently high. The other stats are still somewhat regular.
Method Of Evolution: Level 30

Name: Vanester
Type: Flying
Ability: Cloud Nine/Early Bird/Quick Feet
Stats: 70/70/90/105/65/85 (BST 485)
Movepool:
(1) Ominous Wind
(1) Icy Wind
(1) Heat Wave
(1) Gust
(1) Growl
(1) Round
(1) Defog
(5) Growl
(9) Round
(12) Defog
(15) Air Cutter
(19) Tailwind
(24) Detect
(29) Uproar
(30) Razor Wind
(35) Twister
(41) Air Slash
(48) Rain Dance
(55) Whirlwind
(62) Hurricane
Flavour / Description: The name comes from (Weather) Vane + Rooster.
Now with a N-shaped comb on its head, and its tail at a lenght even longer of its own body, the Pokemon's claws form a X-shape on each side, letting it grab onto fences and handles much easier. Now able to manoeuvre freely in the sky with or without wind, they are used by people to check the direction of the wind. I slapped the wind-based lot in the relearner section of the learnset, while for the stats it now has a nice Def and usable SpA, though the Speed and especially SpD are kinda weak.

The whole line is based on cotton mouse and, well, cotton.

Name: Rodotton
Type: Normal/Grass
Ability: Overcoat/Water Absorb/Oblivious
Stats: 50/35/40/30/55/25 (BST 235)
Movepool:
(1) Tackle
(1) Growl
(4) Bide
(8) Headbutt
(11) Cotton Guard
(15) Bullet Seed
(19) Stockpile
(19) Spit Up
(19) Swallow
(23) Leech Seed
(27) Body Slam
(32) Cotton Spore
(37) Endure
(43) Slack Off
(49) Seed Bomb
(52) Last Resort
Flavour / Description: The name comes from Rodent + Cotton.
With the stem of a cotton plant and cotton on its head in the shape of a shower cap, Rodotton lives among cotton plants, having a diet that mainly consist of seeds. While the cotton on their head protects then from high falls, it only covers a relatively small area; that said, it still helps Rodotton landing should they be able to escape other avian Pokemon's grasp.
235 is about the right BST for the basic stage of an early-route rodent. Going straight for a dual-typing, Rodotton focuses on the defensive side, with Overcoat (which is... actually not that useful on a Grass-type) and Water Absorb (because cotton can soak up water). Its Atk and SpA aren't that far away because it's not like cotton mouses are really threatening anyways. The moves are somewhat self-explanatory, so I won't get into it much.
Method Of Evolution: Level 20

Name: Peromtton
Type: Normal/Grass
Ability: Overcoat/Water Absorb/Fur Coat
Stats: 85/65/80/55/95/40 (BST 430)
Movepool:
(1) Tackle
(1) Growl
(1) Bide
(1) Headbutt
(4) Bide
(8) Headbutt
(11) Cotton Guard
(15) Bullet Seed
(19) Stockpile
(19) Spit Up
(19) Swallow
(24) Leech Seed
(29) Body Slam
(35) Cotton Spore
(41) Endure
(48) Slack Off
(55) Seed Bomb
(59) Last Resort
Flavour / Description: The name comes from Peromyscus + Cotton.
As the cotton coat grows and covers its entire body, Peromtton is now much better at surviving; With its coat being regenerable, it can easily allow predactors to rip off the cotton coat, as Peromtton escapes in the meantime. The cotton also helps absorbing hits for it, making it rather hard to wear it down.
Still somewhat the same as its prevo, Peromtton gains Fur Coat in replacement of Oblivious which is kind of a filler ability. It still has nearly zero offensive presence, but I guess it's actually pretty good as a defensive mon?

Also, just asking, do we have to make them three-stage families? Asking because most rodents and cats are two-staged, as is Swellow, Pelipper and Noctowl.

I am personally ok with you doing 2 stages only if it fits the flavor of the submission.
I am doing this unilaterally so if OM room wants to shoot me in the foot, I am sorry ;~;

P.S. I may submit this round, so stay tuned :o
