Taunt is necessary on Azelf to prevent foes such as Froslass and Cobalion from setting up entry hazards and foes such as Gligar and Rotom-H from clearing your team's dual screens or entry hazards with Defog. It also prevents certain Pokemon such as Mega Altaria and Celebi from setting up on Azelf while it sets up dual screens. U-turn allows Azelf to generate momentum for its teammates in order to bring them in and let them set up under the protection of the dual screens while gaining small chip damage. However, due to Azelf's Speed, the newly brought-in Pokemon will usually have to take a hit or status move first. Explosion is an option over U-turn that allows Azelf to deal some final damage and guarantee a safe entry for a setup sweeper, but this prevents it from setting up dual screens again later in the match.

Set Details
========

Maximum Defense investment allows Azelf to avoid the 2HKO from Mega Aerodactyl's Stone Edge and Choice Band Scizor's Bullet Punch if it uses Reflect after the first attack, while 216 Speed EVs with a Jolly nature let Azelf to outspeed all Pokemon up to and including Latias, allowing Azelf to set up dual screens before being attacked. Maximum HP and Speed investment can be run instead to avoid the 2HKO from Mega Manectric's Thunderbolt if Azelf uses Light Screen after the first attack and to outspeed Tornadus. Tornadus, however, has access to Prankster Defog to remove dual screens before being Taunted, and Mega Aerodactyl and Scizor are much more common than Mega Manectric, making this the inferior choice.

Usage Tips
========

Azelf's main objective during a match is to set up dual screens in order to support setup sweepers on its team. Azelf should aim to lead versus Pokemon that can't do much damage to it such as Froslass, which azelf can outspeed and Taunt to prevent it from setting up entry hazards. Azelf should, however, be careful of using Taunt on more offensive entry hazard setters such as Nihilego, Terrakion, and Rhyperior that can heavily damage it if predicted correctly. You should either focus on setting up dual screens in these scenarios or lead with a different Pokemon and set up dual screens with Azelf later when it is safer to do so. Against teams featuring Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Hydreigon and Krookodile, it is unwise to lead with Azelf, as they can outspeed it and either KO it with their Dark-type STAB moves or Pursuit trap it to prevent it from setting up dual screens again later in the match. In these situations, Azelf should instead come in later when it can set up dual screens more reliably, such as against a Hydreigon Choice-locked into Draco Meteor. Azelf should try to preserve its health when possible in order to potentially set up dual screens again later in the match, such as by taking advantage of Choice-locked Pokemon such as Terrakion and Krookodile locked into an ineffective move. After setting dual screens, Azelf should use U-turn to pivot out into an appropriate setup sweeper. This enables Azelf to generate momentum and ease prediction in the case of the foe switching out while maximizing the number of usable turns of dual screens. Due to its Speed, however, Azelf will likely be moving first, and therefore the incoming Pokemon may have to take chip damage or potentially receive a status ailment such as a burn from Scald or Will-O-Wisp. If running Explosion, Azelf should use it to bring in a setup sweeper safely after setting up dual screens; the sweeper will not have to worry about status or chip damage like it would with U-turn. If Azelf still has high HP, or if the opposing Pokemon has no moves that could induce status such as Scald and Toxic, then directly switching is advisable over using Explosion in order to allow Azelf to set up dual screens again later in the game. Azelf should aim to use Taunt against Defog users such as Gligar and Empoleon to prevent them from potentially clearing your team's dual screens. Azelf should watch out for Knock Off users, including more passive Pokemon such as Empoleon and Tentacruel that it might otherwise try to set up dual screens on, as losing Light Clay will severely limit the number of turns that the dual screens last for.

Team Options
========

Dual screens Azelf fits on hyper offense teams that can use the dual screens support to set up and break down opposing teams more easily. Krookodile pairs excellently with Azelf, as it is able to set Stealth Rock and stop opposing entry hazard setters and Defoggers with Taunt. It can also offer Knock Off support against Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Hydreigon, allowing Azelf to set up dual screens on them more reliably. Scizor and Latias both greatly appreciate the dual screens support Azelf provides, allowing them to set up with Swords Dance and Calm Mind more easily, preventing Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Krookodile from revenge killing Latias as easily, and making Scizor less susceptible to Hidden Power Fire from opposing Pokemon. The free setup opportunity that dual screens provides these Pokemon allows them to be dangerous wallbreakers that the rest of the team can clean up after. Latias in particular offers the team a reliable check to bulky Water-types such as Suicune and Tentacruel, as it does not care as much about swapping in on a Scald and helps to check threatening setup sweepers such as Celebi, Infernape, and Lucario by virtue of its Speed tier and defensive typing. Other setup sweepers such as Feraligatr appreciate the dual screens support Azelf provides, as it allows them to set up more easily and potentially multiple times. Swords Dance Lucario and Terrakion can both pair nicely with Azelf, as Justified allows them to take advantage of Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Hydreigon and Krookodile locked into Dark-type moves, giving them an opportunity to immediately break the opposing team, or to set up as the foe is forced out. Terrakion in particular appreciates the ability to survive Choice Band Scizor's Bullet Punch, even after a Defense drop from Close Combat. Frail setup sweepers such as Venomoth and Linoone can also take advantage of the ability to find easier boost and become harder to revenge kill via priority moves such as Scizor's Bullet Punch.

  • Taunt is necessary on Azelf to prevent enemies Provide examples of some of these hazard setters setting up hazards or clearing your Dual Screens or hazards with defog, as azelf does not have magic bounce like Xatu. I wouldn't make a reference to Xatu here. Very out of place and is something that fits in an overview. It also allows Azelf to prevent certain pokemon Give examples here too setting up on it while it sets up screens.
  • U-turn allows Azelf to ease prediction compared to directly swapping Probs just simplify this wording by saying it can generate momentum with U-turn for its partners to come in and start setting up under the protection of dual screens, due to potential doubles, while gaining small chip damage. Due to Azelf's speed however, this is unlikely to guarantee a free swap for the new pokemon most of the time. You mention the downsides of U-turn in usage tips so I would just expand on it a bit more there than mention it here.
  • Explosion allows Azelf to deal some final damage and guarantee a safe entry for a set up sweeper, but prevents it from setting screens again. I don't think this should be mentioned here at all, Explosion isn't an ideal option over U-turn so maybe an edit can be made in the oo about this instead. Leave this to QC to decide.

  • Maximum investment in Speed allows Azelf to set up Dual Screens before being attacked in as many situations as possible, outspeeding pokemon such as Latias and Gengar, and Speed tying with Starmie. The whole speed tie part isn't really needed. Just stick to the threats it can outpace and set screens against.
  • Maximum investment in HP allows Azelf to more reliably set up Screens Rather broad imo, maybe just state 'max HP gives it the additional bulk needed...' then follow onto the setup screens multiple times part, and gives it a better chance of setting up multiple of them through a match.
Usage Tips
========

  • Azelf's main objective during a match is to set up Reflect and/or Light Screen, in order to support setup sweepers in it's team.
  • Due to potential enemy leads such as Mega Aerodactyl and Scarf Hydreigon and Krookodile, Azelf often should not lead, and instead come in later when it can more reliably set up Screens, as these pokemon can outspeed Azelf and either kill it with their dark coverage or pursuit trap it. The sentence is rather choppy so maybe begin with 'Azelf should not always lead' then lead into the threats that stop it and why they do so, then say what it wants to do i.e. "and instead should come in later when it can more reliably set up Screens".

  • Other pokemon such as Stealth Rock Krookodile serve as a better lead in a lot of scenarios, being able to set up Stealth Rock on these common leads against Azelf, and potentially allowing Azelf to use Hydreigon locking itself into Draco Meteor as an opportunity to set up Dual Screens.
  • Azelf should however aim to lead against teams with fast hazard setter leads "Just say lead vs Pokemon like" as Froslass is the only lead it can do this against and won't follow on into the next point such as Froslass, due to being able to outspeed and taunt them to prevent their hazards. It should be careful taunting hazard setters such as Krookodile that can KO it if predicted however, and it would be wiser to set up Screens in such a scenario instead. Krookodile isn't a very good example here as Azelf does not want to lose its Light Clay as it will reduce the number of screen turns. I would just use different examples it would attempt to setup screens on like Swampert and Nihilego etc.

  • After setting Dual Screens, Azelf should use U-Turn to pivot out into an appropriate setup sweeper Mention this is to also generate momentum and maximize the number of screen turns as effectively as possible. Due to it's speed however, Azelf will likely be moving first. Explain why this could be a downside i.e the incoming Pokemon might have to take chip damage or status.

  • Azelf's main niche as a Dual Screens setter over Xatu is it's speed allowing it to set up Screen's before being attacked by a lot of pokemon. Referring to Xatu seems kind of abrupt, I wouldn't mention Xatu at all tbh, let QC decide this. Due to not having Magic Bounce however, Azelf should aim to use Taunt against Defoggers Defog users (Examples) to prevent them potentially clearing Screens and Hazards. Just focus on the removal of its screens. I think you have expressed enough it can stop hazards being removed from its partners. Azelf focuses more on keeping its screens up immediately than anything else if wanting to take adv of Taunt.

  • Azelf should watch out for Knock Off from more passive pokemon such as Empoleon and Tentacruel that it might otherwise try to set up Dual Screens on, as losing Light Clay will severely limit the number of turns that the Dual Screens last for. Not just passive ones that Azelf doesn't want to set screens up against. Mons like Bisharp, Krook etc. it doesn't want to setup against and should be brought up here. Also mention why reducing the screens is bad because its partners have fewer opportunities to set up as easily.

  • I would probably look to rearrange some of this section to express the Pokemon Azelf can set up screens against first then mention it can't do so against Krook, Aero etc. So just swap the fourth and second/third point around. Then make it flow accordingly by changing some sentence structures, as you usually want to express the positives first. If QC is fine with it being structured this way then it can stay as is.

  • Make a point about trying to preserve Azelf's health if possible so that it can potentially come in again later to set up a screen/s again. This can be slotted into one of your points or just a new one altogether.

Also mention the free opportunity to set up makes them potent wallbreakers for partners in the back to clean up.
  • Set up sweepers such as Feraligatr and Linoone appreciate the Dual Screens support Azelf provides, as it allows them to set up easier, and in Feraligatr's case gives it a greater chance of being able to use Dragon Dance twice, in order to make it harder to revenge kill. Just say it can potentially set up multiple times.

The Dual Screens offer them easier set up opportunities, and in Terrakion's case allows it to survive a Choice Band Scizor's Bullet Punch, even after one Close Combat. I assume you are referring to it being debuffed after a CC in which case make that clearer.
  • Nicher options Don't say nicher, just say Venomoth is a decent partner such as Venomoth can also take advantage of Dual Screens support due to it's poor bulk, allowing it to take common priority moves such as Bullet Punch from Scizor more easily, and find opportunities to set up 2 multiple Quiver Dances in order to better break through pokemon such as Cobalion and Doublade that are 4x-resistant to Bug. fluff
  • Porygon2 can take advantage of Dual Screens in order to find more opportunities to omniboost with Z-Conversion, while also preventing pokemon such as Scarf Krookodile from revenge killing it. I honestly have no clue whether Porygon2 is even good on screens. I have yet to see a good p2 screens team so I would just remove this unless qc thinks it is fine.

AM checking Azelf again seeing as the last got dropped. Add what you agree with or leave it to qc to check what they agree with and implement then. Good job on this.

Just a note when referring to hazards it should be 'entry hazards', pointing this out as you bring it up a decent amount.

gp lad here just to note that generally it just needs to be specified once per paragraph, not every time :] (assuming I'm not misinterpreting your comment here)

Usage Tips
* I wouldn't say Swampert can heavily damage Azelf unless it's banded, in which case it isn't an opposing hazard setter anymore. I'd change this example to something like Terrakion or Rhyperior.
* "Azelf should try to preserve it's health where possible in order to potentially set up Dual Screens again later in the match." - I would elaborate here as to how Azelf can achieve this. Taking advantage of Choice-locked foes like Terrakion and Krookodile to set up screens early-game is a decent strategy for allowing it to keep some health for later on if it wishes to set screens again.
* In your line on potentially bringing teammates in on status attacks, be sure to mention possible burns from Scald.
* Mowtom isn't really too common or good anymore so I'd use a different example of a defogger. Empoleon seems like a solid option to me.

Team Options
* I would mention in your line on Krookodile that it can also provide Knock Off support against Choice Scarf users like Hydreigon and opposing Krookodile, which makes it easier for Azelf to reliably set screens against them.

Nice work, solid read :) 1/3 after this is implemented

//Yeah, that's the new set. It heavily improves the matchup against Mega Aerodactyl and CB Scizor, as now Azelf avoids the 2HKO from Mega Aerodactyl's Stone Edge and CB Scizor's Bullet Punch with Reflect up after the first attack. With just max HP, both had a good chance to 2HKO it. The only thing it misses out on is Mega Manectric if it opts to go for Thunderbolt twice over Volt Switch, but even then, not only does Azelf still have a chance to avoid the 2HKO from Mega Manectric's Thunderbolt if it gets two low rolls, but Scizor and Mega Aerodactyl are obviously much more common than Mega Manectric. As for the Speed, it allows Azelf to outspeed Latias. The only Pokemon this speed misses out on are Tornadus, Starmie, and Mega Houndoom. The former is irrelevant, and even then, it still has Prankster Defog. The latter two kinda suck, but again, the extra bulk worths it.

  • Taunt is necessary on Azelf to prevent enemies such as Froslass and Cobalion setting up entry hazards or enemies such as Gligar and Rotom-Heat clearing your Dual Screens or hazards with defog. It also allows Azelf to prevent certain pokemon such as Altaria-Mega and Celebi setting up on it while it sets up screens.
  • U-turn allows Azelf to generate momentum for it's teammates in order to bring them in and lelt them set up under the protection of the Dual Screens, while gaining small chip damage.
  • //Add Explosion and add on both points the pros and cons of using that move over the other one.
Set Details
========

  • Maximum investment in Speed allows Azelf to set up Dual Screens before being attacked in as many situations as possible, outspeeding pokemon such as Latias and Gengar.
  • Maximum HP investment gives it the additional bulk needed to set up screens multiple times throughout a match more reliably.
  • //Just rewrite it according to the explanation on the new EV spread I provided.
  • //Just max HP/max Speed should still be mentioned but you should explain why the current spread is more efficient.
Usage Tips
========

  • Azelf's main objective during a match is to set up Reflect and/or Light Screen, in order to support setup sweepers in it's team.
  • Azelf should aim to lead vs pokemon such as Froslass, due to being able to outspeed and taunt them to prevent them setting up Entry Hazards. It should however be careful of taunting hazard setters such as Nihilego, Terrakion and Rhyperior that can heavily damage it if predicted, and should focus on setting up Dual Screens in these scenarios instead.
  • Against teams featuring pokemon such as Mega Aerodactyl and Scarf Hydreigon and Krookodile however, it is unwise to lead with Azelf as they can outspeed it and either KO it with their Dark coverage, or Pursuit trap it to prevent it setting up screens again later in the match. In these scenarios, Azelf should instead come in later when it can set up Dual Screens more reliably. //Mega Aerodactyl's Pursuit isn't a 2HKO with a Reflect up, but Stone Edge is... however, if the QC team agrees on using the Misa godmade spread, Mega Aerodactyl isn't an issue!
  • Other pokemon such as Stealth Rock Krookodile serve as a better lead in these scenarios, being able to set up Stealth Rock on these common leads against Azelf, and potentially allowing Azelf to use Hydreigon locking itself into Draco Meteor as an opportunity to set up Dual Screens.
  • Azelf should try to preserve it's health where possible in order to potentially set up Dual Screens again later in the match, such as by taking advantage of Choice-locked pokemon such as Terrakion and Krookodile to set up screens safely.
  • After setting Dual Screens, Azelf should use U-Turn to pivot out into an appropriate setup sweeper. This enables Azelf to generate momentum, and ease prediction in the case of the enemy swapping, while maximising the number of usable turns of Dual Screens. Due to it's speed however, Azelf will likely be moving first, and therefore the incoming pokemon may have to take chip damage or potentially recieve a status such as a burn from Scald or Will-O-Wisp.
  • //Mention Explosion, and again, compare it with U-turn.
  • Azelf's main niche as a Dual Screens setter over Xatu is it's speed allowing it to set up Screen's before being attacked by a lot of pokemon. Due to not having Magic Bounce however, Azelf should aim to use Taunt against Defog users such as Gligar and Empoleon to prevent them potentially clearing Screens.
  • Azelf should watch out for Knock Off from more passive pokemon such as Empoleon and Tentacruel that it might otherwise try to set up Dual Screens on, as losing Light Clay will severely limit the number of turns that the Dual Screens last for. Azelf should also not attempt avoid is probably the better term here because it technically can set screens up vs non-Choice Scarf Krookodile and Bisharp if it really has to, although I agree it's not recommended in most cases. to set up on more offensive Knock Off users such as Krookodile and Bisharp, as without Light Clay, Azelf's teammates will have fewer opportunities to set up and be easier to revenge kill.
Team Options
========
  • Krookodile pairs excellently with Azelf, as it is able to set Stealth Rock while being able to stop opposing hazard setters and defoggers with Taunt. It can also offer Knock Off support against pokemon such as Choice Scarf Hydreigon, allowing Azelf to set up Dual Screens on it more reliably.
  • Scizor and Latias both greatly appreciate the Dual Screens support Azelf provides, allowing them to more easily set up with Swords Dance and Calm Mind respectively, preventing pokemon such as Scarf Krookodile from revenge killing Latias as easily, and making Scizor less suspectible to Hidden Power Fire on enemy pokemon. The free set up opportunity that Dual Screens provides these pokemon allows them to be dangerous wallbreakers that the rest of the team can clean up after. //Explain Latias's defensive utility in providing the team with a reliable Water-type check, as well as a check to Infernape, Celebi, and Lucario.
  • Set up sweepers such as Feraligatr and Linoone //See later appreciate the Dual Screens support Azelf provides, as it allows them to set up easier, and in Feraligatr's case allows it to potentially set up multiple times.
  • Swords Dance Lucario and Terrakion can both pair nicely with Azelf, as Justified allows them to take advantage of pokemon such as Scarf Hydreigon and Krookodile locking themselves into Dark type moves against Azelf, giving them an opportunity to immediately break, or a free set up opportunity as the enemy is forced out. The Dual Screens provided by Azelf offer them easier set up opportunities, and in Terrakion's case allows it to survive a Choice Band Scizor's Bullet Punch, even after a Defence drop from Close Combat.
  • Venomoth can also take advantage of Dual Screens support due to it's poor bulk, allowing it to take common priority moves such as Bullet Punch from Scizor more easily, and find opportunities to set up multiple Quiver Dances in order to better break through pokemon such as Cobalion and Doublade. //This line seems super biased towards a Pokemon that isn't even high on the viability rankings. You can dedicate this last point to frail sweepers like Venomoth and Linoone and then mention Latias over Linoone in the line with Feraligatr again.

I hope that this won't be such a mess to implement but even if it is, I am here to help. Regardless, I trust you to handle it.

Taunt is necessary on Azelf to prevent enemies such as Froslass and Cobalion setting up entry hazards or enemies such as Gligar and Rotom-Heat clearing your Dual Screens or hazards with defog, while also preventing certain pokemon such as Altaria-Mega and Celebi setting up on it while it sets up screens. U-turn allows Azelf to generate momentum for it's teammates in order to bring them in and let them set up under the protection of the Dual Screens, while gaining small chip damage, however due to Azelf's speed, the newly brought in pokemon will usually have to take a hit or status move first. Explosion is an option over U-turn that allows Azelf to deal some final damage and guarantee a safe entry for a set up sweeper, but prevents it from setting screens again later in the match.

Set Details

252 Defence EVs allow Azelf to avoid the 2HKO from Mega Aerodactyl's Stone Edge and Choice Band Scizor's Bullet Punch if it uses Reflect after the first attack while 216 Speed EVs with a Jolly nature allow Azelf to outpeed all pokemon up to and including Latias, allowing Azelf to set up Dual Screens before being attacked in as many situations as possible. (this isn't really super clear because "as many situations as possible" is more correct with max speed." you can say something how you can light screen before latias attacks to be able to set up both more reliably if you want to explain why speed is relevant) Maximum HP and Speed Investment can be run instead to guarantee surviving two Thunderbolts from Mega Manectric if Azelf uses Light Screen after the first one, and to outspeed Tornadus while speed tieing with Starmie and Mega Houndoom. Tornadus however has access to Prankster Defog to remove Dual Screens before being taunted, and Mega Aerodactyl and Scizor are much more common than Mega Manectric, making this the inferior choice. - speed ties are kinda unreliable to mention especially the mega doom one because in a game situation you wouldn't wanna just click light screen vs a mon that could just ohko if it gets lucky.

Usage Tips
========

Azelf's main objective during a match is to set up Reflect and/or Light Screen, in order to support setup sweepers in it's team. Azelf should aim to lead vs pokemon (be more descriptive here and say something like "pokemon that can't do much damage to azelf" or similar to contrast with the offensive setters you're saying don't taunt next) such as Froslass, due to being able to outspeed and taunt them to prevent them setting up Entry Hazards. It should however be careful of taunting (more offensive) hazard setters such as Nihilego, Terrakion and Rhyperior that can heavily damage it if predicted, and should focus on setting up Dual Screens in these scenarios instead. (do you still want to lead vs these pokemon as opposed to leading sash krook and getting your own rocks to not waste turns?) Against teams featuring pokemon such as Scarf Hydreigon and Krookodile however, it is unwise to lead with Azelf as they can outspeed it and either KO it with their Dark coverage, or Pursuit trap it to prevent it setting up screens again later in the match. In these scenarios, Azelf should instead come in later when it can set up Dual Screens more reliably. Other pokemon such as Stealth Rock Krookodile serve as a better lead in these scenarios, being able to set up Stealth Rock on these common leads against Azelf, and potentially allowing Azelf to use Hydreigon locking itself into Draco Meteor as an opportunity to set up Dual Screens. (this isn't strictly a usage tip for azelf and more the game in general. saying that not leading with it and waiting for opportunities such as choice locked hydra is a good point to have though so jsut edit krook specifics) Azelf should try to preserve it's health where possible in order to potentially set up Dual Screens again later in the match, such as by taking advantage of Choice-locked pokemon such as Terrakion and Krookodile to set up screens safely. After setting Dual Screens, Azelf should use U-Turn to pivot out into an appropriate setup sweeper. If running Explosion, Azelf should use it to bring in a setup sweeper safely after setting up Dual Screens, without worrying about status or chip damage like it would with U-Turn. If Azelf still has high HP, or if the enemy pokemon has no moves that could induce status such as Scald or Toxic, then directly swapping is advisable over using Explosion in order to allow Azelf to set up Dual Screens again later in the game. Azelf's main niche as a Dual Screens setter over Xatu is it's speed allowing it to set up Screen's before being attacked by a lot of pokemon. Due to not having Magic Bounce however, Azelf should aim to use Taunt against Defog users such as Gligar and Empoleon to prevent them potentially clearing Screens. (underlined part doesn't explain how to use azelf and only the part about taunting defoggers is. the comparisons fit better in an overview that's being written by hilo rn) Azelf should watch out for Knock Off from more passive pokemon such as Empoleon and Tentacruel that it might otherwise try to set up Dual Screens on, as losing Light Clay will severely limit the number of turns that the Dual Screens last for. Azelf should also avoid setting up on more offensive Knock Off users such as Krookodile and Bisharp, as without Light Clay, Azelf's teammates will have fewer opportunities to set up and be easier to revenge kill.

Team Options
========

- what types of teams does azelf fit on?
Krookodile pairs excellently with Azelf, as it is able to set Stealth Rock while being able to stop opposing hazard setters and defoggers with Taunt. It can also offer Knock Off support against pokemon such as Choice Scarf Hydreigon, allowing Azelf to set up Dual Screens on it more reliably. Scizor and Latias both greatly appreciate the Dual Screens support Azelf provides, allowing them to more easily set up with Swords Dance and Calm Mind respectively, preventing pokemon such as Scarf Krookodile from revenge killing Latias as easily, and making Scizor less suspectible to Hidden Power Fire on enemy pokemon. The free set up opportunity that Dual Screens provides these pokemon allows them to be dangerous wallbreakers that the rest of the team can clean up after. Latias in particular offers the team a reliable Water-type check (mention some examples of bulky waters it makes the matchup easier vs), that does not care as much about swapping in on a Scald, and helps to check threatening set up sweepers such as Celebi, Infernape and Lucario by virtue of it's Speed tier and Typing that allows it to resist Celebi's STABs and Infernape and Lucario's priority in Vacuum Wave. Set up sweepers such as Feraligatr and Latias appreciate the Dual Screens support Azelf provides, as it allows them to set up easier and allows them to potentially set up multiple times. Swords Dance Lucario and Terrakion can both pair nicely with Azelf, as Justified allows them to take advantage of pokemon such as Scarf Hydreigon and Krookodile locking themselves into Dark type moves against Azelf, giving them an opportunity to immediately break, or a free set up opportunity as the enemy is forced out. The Dual Screens provided by Azelf offer them easier set up opportunities, and in Terrakion's case allows it to survive a Choice Band Scizor's Bullet Punch, even after a Defence drop from Close Combat. Frail set up sweepers such as Venomoth and Linoone can also take advantage of the Dual Screens support Azelf provides, allowing them to find easier opportunities to either set up multiple Quiver Dances or use Belly Drum respectively, and making them harder to revenge kill via priority moves such as Scizor's Bullet Punch.
- in this section you have 3 separate points for latias. one for setup sweepers like scizor/latias, one for it as a water resist/bulky water check, and one for sweeters like feraligatr/latias. it's very good on these types of teams but just mention it once and group together why it's useful. you could group feraligatr with scizor over latias in the first point to avoid repetition and then say how latias is especially good on these types of teams because it can set up well on screens and be less susceptible to trapping as well as being able to deal with waters such and x and y.

It Azelf should, however, be careful of using Taunting on more offensive entry hazard setters such as Nihilego, Terrakion, and Rhyperior that can heavily damage it if predicted, and predicted correctly. You should either focus on setting up dual screens in these scenarios instead or lead with a different Pokemon and set up dual screens with Azelf later when it is safer to do so. Against teams featuring Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Hydreigon and Krookodile, however, it is unwise to lead with Azelf, as they can outspeed it and either KO it with their Dark-type STAB moves coverage or Pursuit trap it to prevent it from setting up dual screens again (Again? Does it have a chance to do so the first time? If so, then leave this in.) later in the match. In these scenarios situations (repetition), Azelf should instead come in later when it can set up dual screens more reliably, such as against a Hydreigon Choice-locked into Draco Meteor. Azelf should try to preserve its health where when possible in order to potentially set up dual screens again later in the match, such as by taking advantage of against Choice-locked Pokemon item users such as Terrakion and Krookodile to set up dual screens safely locked into an ineffective move (wordiness; phrasing). After setting dual screens, Azelf should use U-turn to pivot out into an appropriate setup sweeper. This enables Azelf to generate momentum and ease prediction in the case of the foe swapping switching out while maximizing the number of usable turns of dual screens. Due to its Speed, however, Azelf will likely be moving first, and therefore the incoming Pokemon may have to take chip damage or potentially receive a status ailment such as a burn from Scald or Will-O-Wisp. If Azelf still has high HP, or if the opposing Pokemon has no moves that could induce status such as Scald or and Toxic, then directly swapping switching (You also use split infinitives often; it's not incorrect, but I'd be wary of it.) is advisable over using Explosion in order to allow Azelf to set up dual screens again later in the game. Scizor and Latias both greatly appreciate the dual screens support Azelf provides, allowing them to more easily set up with Swords Dance and Calm Mind respectively more easily, (subjective change; this particular split infinitive sounded awkward) preventing Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Krookodile from revenge killing Latias as easily, (AC) and making Scizor less susceptible to Hidden Power Fire from opposing Pokemon. The free set(remove space)up opportunity that dual screens provides these Pokemon allows them to be dangerous wallbreakers that the rest of the team can clean up after. I noticed that you mentioned many different setup sweepers and repeated Azelf's role alongside them multiple times. Given how similar they are as teammates, you don't need to repeat that every time.

I'm tempted to ask for a 3rd check, but I will consult with my bosses before making that decision. EDIT: No 3rd check necessary; this is good to go!
