Ok so I played back in Gen III and than stopped playing for a long time and skipped straight to Gen VI ORAS. Anyways I really like swampert and water type pokemon in general so I decided to make a rain team. I am not sure on everything because a lot has changed in these many years so I could use your guys help. Anyways this is what I had in mind. (I have no clue when it comes to EV's so that is the biggest part.)
Crobat (I kind of want to start off with him to set up etc. Also have him have infiltrator incase of pesky substitutes and reflects etc.)
Nature:Adamant
Ability:Infiltrator
Item: Damp Rock?

Rain Dance
Swampert (mega evolve and have him be a physical sweeper?)

Kingdra (Special sweeper with swift swim? Has regular damage from grass and electricity so i think it would be useful)

Manetric (Abuse thunder. Also some coverage against grass because its high sp. A can let it use signal and flame thrower effectively, also high speed. that is my thought process at least)

Thunder (100% accuracy in rain)

Signal Beam (Incase any pesky psychic types?)
