This thread will contain all administrative decisions regarding Monotype OM Premier League I ranging from important tour changes to the dreaded activity decisions and draft results. It will also be used to collect replays for the duration of the tournament.

Because this tournament is partially being used to help develop some of these Monotype OMs, I expect there will be tiering decisions made throughout the tournament. For that reason, it is important to "Watch" this thread if you are participating.

Re: Auction budget and manager pricing

The budget for MOMPL I will be 85k and managers may purchase themselves for 10k each, should they choose. They should let the hosts know at least 24 hours prior to the auction, once scheduled, of their intention.

Re: Draft date & time (and signups)

The draft will take place place on Saturday July 15th at 12:30pm GMT-4. Because the draft was pushed back a week from when it was originally planned due to scheduling conflicts, player signups will remain open for an extra week, meaning they will close on Sunday July 9th at 11:59pm GMT-4.

Re: Tiering information for tour start

As Monotype provides a different environment than some base tiers/OMs themselves, modified banlists will be used and potentially updated for the duration of the tournament. The modified starting banlists are listed here for AAA, STABmons, and LC.

• AAA: Base AAA banlist will be used with the addition of Same Type Clause and banning Booster Energy, Bright Powder, Damp Rock, Focus Band, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Quick Claw, Smooth Rock.
• STABmons: Base STABmons banlist will be used with the addition of Same Type Clause and Terastal Clause and banning Last Respects, Booster Energy, Bright Powder, Damp Rock, Focus Band, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Quick Claw.
• LC: Base LC banlist will be used with the addition of Same Type Clause and Terastal Clause and banning Bright Powder, Damp Rock, Focus Band, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Quick Claw. Diglett, Flittle, and Growlithe-Hisui will be unbanned.

Re: Tiering information for tour start revisited

STABmons and LC have had updated tiering actions since the previous post and thus will be updated prior to the start of the tournament. The new changes will be bolded below and apply for the first week. AAA has not had tiering action since the previous post.

• STABmons: Base STABmons banlist will be used with the addition of Same Type Clause and Terastal Clause and banning Iron Hands, Palafin, Last Respects, Booster Energy, Bright Powder, Damp Rock, Focus Band, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Quick Claw. Basculegion, Basculegion-F, and Houndstone will be unbanned.
• LC: Base LC banlist will be used with the addition of Same Type Clause and Terastal Clause and banning Bright Powder, Damp Rock, Focus Band, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Quick Claw. Diglett, Flittle, Gastly, Growlithe-Hisui, and Sticky Web will be unbanned.

Further tiering actions for any of the metagames will be posted as they occur and apply to the following week for games.

Re: Spectrier in National Dex Monotype

Spectrier was recently banned in National Dex Monotype and as such will be illegal for use starting in Week 2, even if main or Smog Tours have not been updated to reflect this.

Re: Lilligant-Hisui & Walking Wake

Lilligant-Hisui & Walking Wake were banned from base STABmons. They will remain legal in MOMPL for at least the remainder of Week Two. The custom challenge code in Week Two's thread has been updated to reflect this. Please use the new code even if the hotpatch has not gone live yet for your challenges.

The Centiskorchers have decided to sell roxie back due to never joining their team's Discord. As mentioned here, circumstances surrounding their inactivity will result in no infraction.
