(LGPE OU) Bulky Mew

Mew is without a doubt one of the best Pokemon in LGPE OU. Just fresh out of a suspect test, it has shown clear dominance over the meta since the beginning. While it can stallbreaker and Nasty Plot sets, its best set is a bulky set. It is able to wall the majority of the meta and only occasionally loses to some Pokemon like Mega Gyarados and Alolan Muk one-on-one, although usually only with a Defense drop from Crunch. Having access to Will-O-Wisp allows Mew to beat nearly all physical attackers and cripple some of the more powerful attackers of the tier like Melmetal and Mega Aerodactyl. Mew even has access to U-turn, allowing it to easily gain momentum and get some minor chip damage on threatening Pokemon , like Mega Gyarados and Zapdos, which can carry Toxic. While LGPE lacks items, including Leftovers, Mew still manages to stay healthy with its high bulk, access to Roost, and a Bold nature, which increases its longevity. Mew uses 23 Speed IVs to have a slow U-turn while also still being able to outspeed Pokemon such as Gyarados. Lastly, Mew runs Psychic so it isn't completely passive and useless offensively. Flamethrower is an option over Psychic if you wish to hit Melmetal for more damage.

It is able to wall the majority of the meta and only occasionally loses some 1v1s to some Pokemon like Mega Gyarados and Alolan Muk one-on-one, although usually only with a Defense drop from Crunch. Having access to Will-O-Wisp allows it Mew to beat nearly all physical attackers, (RC) and generally cripples cripple some of the more powerful attackers of the tier like Melmetal and Mega Aerodactyl. It Mew even has access to momentum in U-turn, allowing Mew it to easily gain momentum and to get some minor chip damage on threatening Pokemon Mew doesn't necessarily want to be in on, like the aforementioned Mega Gyarados and Zapdos, which can carry Toxic. While LGPE lacks items, (AC) including Leftovers, meaning no healing items like Leftovers, (RC) Mew still manages to stay healthy with its high bulk, (AC) access to Roost, and a Bold nature, (period -> comma) However, this is assisted with access to Roost, alongside a Bold nature, both of which increases Mew's its longevity. To note, it Mew uses 23 Speed IVs to have a slow U-turn, (RC) while also still being able to outspeed Pokemon such as Gyarados. Lastly, it Mew runs Psychic just to give it a powerful STAB move (implied) so it isn't completely passive and useless offensively. Flamethrower is an option over Psychic if you wish to hit Melmetal for more damage. However, for some, Will-O-Wisp is enough. (fluff)
