Landorus-T has been a top-tier OU Pokemon since its introduction in BW with its fantastic typing combined with its well-rounded stats and Intimidate. This makes Landorus-T a very solid and versatile Pokemon in the SM OU metagame due to its ability to act as a pivot as well as its potential to act as a devastating wallbreaker.

Landorus-Therian @ Rockium Z / Flyinium Z
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge / Fly
- Stealth Rock / Stone Edge

Landorus-T is most effective in the current metagame as a wallbreaker. A wonderful beneficiary of Z-Moves, it is capable of using both Continental Crash and Supersonic Skystrike effectively. Continental Crash complements Earthquake nicely, forming an EdgeQuake combination, and hits targets like Rotom-W and Skarmory extremely hard. Supersonic Skystrike offers a strong STAB option alongside Earthquake and hits bulky Grass-types like Tangrowth that would otherwise present problems for it. Landorus-T also offers role compression, fitting Stealth Rock onto its moveset rather easily.

Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet / Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 28 SpD / 16 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power Ice / Knock Off
- U-turn

This is the most common set for Landorus-T. This is a defensive Stealth Rock setter set that utilizes Landorus-T's defensive capabilities, which are bolstered by Intimidate. Stealth Rock provides team support through chip damage. Hidden Power Ice deals with Zygarde, Garchomp, and opposing Landorus-T. Knock Off is an alternative utility option; it can remove items and weaken common checks upon switch in. Toxic can hemper Rotom-W, Tangrowth, and opposing Landorus-T. U-turn allows Landorus-T gain momentum. Swords Dance is an option to beat threats such as Mega Scizor. Rocky Helmet is the better item option, inflicting chip damage to physical attackers. Leftovers can be used over Rocky Helmet to prevent Landorus-T from getting worn down as easily. The EV spread is standard; 28 EVs in Special Defense allow Landorus-T to live a HP Ice from Tapu Koko, with the remainder being placed in Defense to deal better with Mega Charizard X and Excadrill.

What are you waiting for? Give Landorus-T a try!

Back slash jolly on the first set. I don't know if you're covering all of the sets or just these two, but double dance and scarf are also relevant. Could mention Z-Fly + Smack Down + EQ + SR/SD, but up to you as it's less common than these two sets. Same goes for gravity and Z-EQ. Second set and general other stuff seem to be fine

Added Jolly. Generally these spotlights are quick hitters, and last gen we tried to limit them to one or two sets. Makes them lighter and more skimmable (unless antemortem wants change things up and make em longer).

ok, makes a lot of sense. if that's the case, this is perfect and just need jolly added and maybe remove the toxic backslash simply bc it sees very little use rn, but it's still viable so that's up to whoever is writing this, really -- good work!_!

Everything looks good for the most part. For the first set you should list it as "Supersonic Skystrike" as that is the correct terminology for the move (I realize I'm not GP, but figured that small fix would make it easier for everyone). I also am with Finch and would remove Toxic from the second set. You can maybe mention it in the details of the set. Speaking of, I would recommend finding a way to incorporate Leftovers in there somewhere because Leftovers Landorus-T is not that shabby of an option right now, though I do think Rocky Helmet is superior when you're considering potential threats using contact moves such as Mimikyu.

Like Finch said everything else seems solid. Not sure if he technically "stamped" this, but I'll stamp to confirm that this can be used.

This is the most common set for Landorus-T. This is a defensive Stealth Rock setter set which that utilizes Landorus-T's defensive capabilities, which is bolstered by Intimidate. Earthquake is the main STAB move (please go more in-depth on why Earthquake is used instead of just "it's the main STAB move"; however, if this IS purely why Earthquake is used, then disregard my comment. Normally, though, short sentences like these are not too helpful for the reader). Stealth Rock is here used to provide team support through chip damage. Hidden Power Ice deals with Zygarde, Garchomp, and opposing Landorus-T. Knock Off is an alternative, removing items and weakening common checks. Toxic is yet another option, hampering Rotom-W, Tangrowth, and opposing Landorus-T. U-turn allows Landorus-T gain momentum. Swords Dance is an option to beat threats such as Mega Scizor. Rocky Helmet is the better item option, providing inflicting chip damage to physical attackers. Leftovers can be used over Rocky Helmet to prevent Landorus-T from getting worn down as easily. The EV spread is standard; (Period -> semicolon) 28 EVs in SpD allows Special Defense allow Landorus-T to live a HP Hidden Power Ice from Taup Tapu Koko, with the balance remainder being placed in Defense to deal better with Mega Charizard X and Excadrill.
