Monotype Kyurem-Black (Ice)

[OVERVIEW]

Ice
========

Kyurem-B has earned a name for itself as the most important Pokemon on Ice teams due to it being one of the most powerful wallbreakers in the metagame. Its amazing natural bulk allows it to survive powerful attacks such as Choice Scarf Victini's V-create and unboosted Mega Scizor's Bullet Punch. With the ability Teravolt, it can target Levitate users such as Rotom-W with Earth Power and hit past Mimikyu's Disguise. A secondary Dragon typing grants it a neutrality to Fire-type moves, allowing it to take attacks like Lava Plume from Torkoal and Heatran. Access to Roost grants Kyurem-B reliable recovery, which complements its fantastic bulk. With a Choice Scarf, Kyurem-B can function as an effective revenge killer capable of handling threatening Choice Scarf users like Excadrill and Heracross. Its fantastic Attack and Special Attack stats and solid coverage in Fusion Bolt and Earth Power also make it a great mixed wallbreaker. Its access to great coverage moves makes it incredibly difficult to switch into. However, Kyurem-B is heavily crippled by status conditions such as paralysis and burn. Its typing also leaves it vulnerable to common attacking types like Fighting, Steel, and Fairy, and a weakness to Stealth Rock can severely limit the number of times it can switch in. Even with a Choice Scarf, Kyurem-B is still outsped by other common Choice Scarf users like Victini, Nihilego, and Latios.

Moves
========

Fusion Bolt is essential in order to hit Water-types like Slowbro and Empoleon, as well as Flying-types that take neutral damage from Ice Beam like Celesteela and Mantine. Ice Beam is Kyurem-B's best Ice-type STAB attack, used to target Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Cradily, and Tapu Bulu as well as Flying-types like Zapdos and Gliscor. Earth Power is important coverage for hitting Fire- and Steel-types like Torkoal, Heatran, and Magnezone. Roost is an option for giving Kyurem-B recovery to offset the damage taken by Life Orb. Hidden Power Fire can be used to hit Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor. Outrage is Kyurem-B’s strongest Dragon-type STAB attack, capable of doing incredible damage to neutral targets like Mew and Mega Sableye.

Set Details
========

Maximum investment in Special Attack and Speed is used to make Kyurem-B as strong and fast as possible. A Naive nature is used to outspeed Pokemon like Nidoking, Jolly Excadrill, and Jolly Landorus-T without decreasing its Attack stat. Naive is chosen over Hasty because Kyurem-B's better physical bulk lets it survive attacks such as Bullet Punch from unboosted Mega Scizor. A Life Orb is used to increase the power of Kyurem-B’s attacks. Teravolt is the only ability it has access to, which allows it to hit Levitate users like Rotom-W with Earth Power and attack past Mimikyu's Disguise. Alternatively, Leftovers can be used in order to give Kyurem-B passive recovery. If Outrage is being used, maximum investment should be put into Attack over Special Attack.

Usage Tips
========

Try bringing Kyurem-B in early-game to wallbreak in order to allow Alolan Sandslash and Cloyster to win late-game. Due to Kyurem-B’s high natural bulk, it's best to bring it in against weaker attacks from Pokemon such as Hippowdon and Crobat. However, against more powerful wallbreakers, it's best to bring it in after a teammate has been taken out. Keep entry hazards off the field as much as possible, since they can severely limit the number of times Kyurem-B can switch in. Use Kyurem-B as a way to gain favorable switches; since it's one of the most threatening wallbreakers in the metagame, if the opponent is going to switch, it should be fairly easy to predict what's coming in. Since Kyurem-B is capable of forcing out many Pokemon, try taking advantage of the free turn by using Roost to recover any health lost. Make sure all switch-ins to Outrage have been dealt with before using it, otherwise Kyurem-B can become setup bait for Pokemon like Mega Scizor, get KOed, or force unfavorable switches. Avoid status conditions as much as possible, as they can quickly wear Kyurem-B down and prevent it from wallbreaking effectively.

Team Options
========

Alolan Ninetales can set up Aurora Veil for Kyurem-B to increase its survivability while also switching into Dragon-type attacks and checking Fighting-types like Keldeo. Avalugg can switch into Steel-types like Jirachi and Excadrill, as well as remove hazards with Rapid Spin to allow Kyurem-B to switch in more safely. Mamoswine and Piloswine can set up Stealth Rock for Kyurem-B, allowing it to wallbreak more effectively. Mamoswine is also capable of revenge killing threats like Mega Charizard Y and Tapu Koko if it's holding a Choice Scarf, while Piloswine can phaze setup sweepers with Roar and switch into threatening special attackers like Nihilego, Tapu Koko, and Heatran. In return, Kyurem-B breaks through Water- and Flying-types like Slowbro, Mantine, and Skarmory. Alolan Sandslash can check Rock-types like Nihilego and non-Choice Scarf Terrakion, as well as remove entry hazards with Rapid Spin to let Kyurem-B switch in safely. In return, Kyurem-B can remove Water-types like Mantine and Slowbro. Lapras can check Mega Scizor for Kyurem-B while also targeting Water-types that are immune to Fusion Bolt like Swampert and Seismitoad with Freeze-Dry. In return, Kyurem-B checks Electric-types like Tapu Koko and Zapdos. Weavile can Pursuit trap Psychic- and Ghost-types like Victini, Latios, and Gengar as well as remove items with Knock Off. In return, Kyurem-B beats Skarmory and Toxapex. Cloyster is a great setup sweeper that appreciates Kyurem-B's ability to break through troublesome Water-types like Slowbro and Toxapex.

move 4: Outrage

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Fusion Bolt allows Kyurem-B to hit Water-types like Keldeo and Empoleon as well as Flying-types like Skarmory and Mega Charizard Y. Ice Beam lets Kyurem-B revenge kill Ground-types like Garchomp and Landorus-T. Iron Head is an important coverage option for KOing Mega Diancie. Earth Power is another option for hitting Fire- and Steel-types like Rotom-H, Heatran, and Excadrill. Outrage is Kyurem-B’s strongest Dragon-type STAB attack, capable of doing incredible damage to neutral targets like Mew and Mega Sableye.

Set Details
========

Maximum investment in Attack and Speed is used to make Kyurem-B as fast and strong as possible. A Naive nature is used to allow Kyurem-B to outspeed Choice Scarf users like Heracross and Excadrill without reducing its Special Attack stat. Naive is chosen over Hasty because Kyurem-B appreciates surviving +2 Bisharp's Sucker Punch. A Choice Scarf is used to let it outspeed threats like Mega Charizard Y, Mega Alakazam, and Mega Diancie as well as Choice Scarf users like Heracross, Excadrill, and Landorus-T. Teravolt is Kyurem-B's only ability, which allows it to hit Mega Venusaur super effectively with Ice Beam and hit Volt Absorb users like Lanturn with Fusion Bolt.

Usage Tips
========

It's a good idea to conserve Kyurem-B until late-game when all its checks have been removed. However, it can also be sent out frequently to revenge kill threats such as Mega Charizard Y and Keldeo. Choice Scarf Kyurem-B relies heavily on prediction, so make sure to predict when Pokemon such as Swampert or Landorus-T switch into it. Try bringing Kyurem-B in on weak attacks such as Brave Bird from Crobat in order to get it in safely and force something out. Keep entry hazards off the field as much as possible, since they can severely limit the number of times Kyurem-B can switch in. Be careful about what move Kyurem-B locks itself into, or it may risk becoming setup bait for Pokemon like Mega Scizor and Volcarona. Avoid status conditions as much as possible, as they can wear down Kyurem-B and make it unable to sweep effectively.

Team Options
========

Alolan Ninetales can set up Aurora Veil for Kyurem-B to increase its survivability while also switching into Dragon-type attacks. In return, Kyurem-B is able to check faster Fighting-types like Mega Gallade and Mega Lopunny. Avalugg can switch into Fighting-types like Heracross and Infernape as well as remove entry hazards with Rapid Spin to allow Kyurem-B to switch in more freely. Mamoswine and Piloswine can set up Stealth Rock for Kyurem-B, allowing it to sweep more effectively. Mamoswine can also revenge kill faster Choice Scarf users like Hydreigon and Latios with Ice Shard, while Piloswine can switch into threatening special attackers like Nihilego, Tapu Koko, and Heatran. Lapras can check Mega Scizor for Kyurem-B while also targeting Water-types that are immune to Fusion Bolt like Swampert and Seismitoad with Freeze-Dry. In return, Kyurem-B checks Electric-types like Magnezone and Zapdos, as well as faster Rock-types like Mega Diancie. Cloyster is a great setup sweeper that appreciates Kyurem-B's ability to outspeed and remove special attackers like Mega Charizard Y and Landorus. Weavile can Pursuit trap Psychic- and Ghost-types like Victini, Latios, and Gengar as well as remove items with Knock Off. It also greatly appreciates Kyurem-B's ability to beat Fairy-types like Azumarill and Mega Diancie. Alolan Sandslash is another revenge killer capable of beating faster Choice Scarf users such as Hydreigon and Garchomp for Kyurem-B under hail, as well as being able to switch into Dragon- and Fairy-type attacks. In return, Kyurem-B can check Water-types like Gyarados and Keldeo that Alolan Sandslash is unable to KO.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Ice
--------

A Choice Band can be used with a more physically oriented set. However, Kyurem-B benefits far more from the mixed wallbreaking ability that Life Orb offers. Substitute can be used on wallbreaking sets as a means of keeping Kyurem-B safe from status as well as take advantage of how it can force foes out. However, it would come at the cost of better coverage in Hidden Power Fire.

Checks and Counters
===================

Ice
--------
**Fighting-types**: Fighting-types like Terrakion and Keldeo outspeed Kyurem-B and threaten to KO it with their STAB moves. However, Keldeo has a chance of being KOed by Fusion Bolt from Choice Scarf sets.

**Rock-types**: Rock-types like Nihilego and Mega Aerodactyl can outspeed Kyurem-B and threaten to KO it with their STAB moves. However, they will be outsped and potentially KOed by Choice Scarf sets.

**Steel-types**: Mega Scizor, Excadrill, and Jirachi can all threaten to KO Kyurem-B with their Steel-type STAB moves. Jirachi can outspeed Choice Scarf Kyurem-B if it's also holding a Choice Scarf, and while Excadrill won't be outspeeding Kyurem-B, it won't be OHKOed by Earth Power. Mega Scizor will have to watch out for the potential Hidden Power Fire if it ever tries to set up.

**Fairy-types**: Fairy-types like Tapu Koko and Mega Diancie threaten to KO Kyurem-B with their STAB moves. Choice Scarf sets fail to OHKO Tapu Koko or Mega Diancie with Earth Power, although Mega Diancie fears the potential Iron Head.

**Revenge Killers**: Choice Scarf users like Infernape, Nihilego, and Latios can all outspeed Choice Scarf Kyurem-B and threaten to KO it with their STAB moves.

**Stealth Rock**: Kyurem-B takes a considerable amount of damage from Stealth Rock as it switches in, putting much more pressure on it to restore its health with Roost.

**Status**: Kyurem-B is largely hindered by status, with paralysis halving its Speed, poison quickly wearing it down, and burn halving its Attack, making it unable to wallbreak effectively.

[OVERVIEW]

Ice
========

* Kyurem-Black has earned a name for itself as the most important Pokemon on Ice teams due to being one of the most powerful wallbreakers in the metagame.
* Its amazing natural bulk allows it to survive powerful attacks such as Victini’s V-Create and unboosted Mega Scizor’s Bullet Punch. Clarify this is Choice Scarf Victini's V-create since Band has a 62.5% chance to OHKO.
* With the ability Teravolt, it can target Levitate Pokemon such as Rotom-Wash with Fusion Bolt and hit Mega Venusaur super effectively with Ice Beam. I think you meant Earth Power, not Fusion Bolt. Ice Beam always hits Mega Venusaur super effectively, it simply ignores the damage reduction from Thick Fat. Another great example can be with regards to how it ignores Mimikyu's Disguise.
* Access to Roost grants Kyurem-Black with reliable sustain. Just say recovery.
* A Dragon / Ice-typing grants it a neutrality to Fire-type attacks, allowing it to check Fire-types like Heatran and Alolan Marowak.
* With a Choice Scarf, Kyurem-Black can function as an effective revenge killer capable of handling threatening Choice Scarf Pokemon like Excadrill and Heracross.
* Unfortunately, Kyurem-Black has to be a mixed attacker thanks to its essential physical and special coverage options, forcing it to run a Special Defense-lowering nature. I don't see how this is either fortunate or unfortunate. If anything make a point about how Kyurem-B is a good mixed wallbreaker, the -SpD nature isn't really worth mentioning.
* Its only average Speed stat leaves it outsped by many threats such as Victini, Mega Charizard Y, and Terrakion.
* Its typing leaves it vulnerable to common attacking types like Fighting, Steel, and Fairy.
* It is also weak to Stealth Rock, which can severely limit the amount of times it can switch in.
* Even with a Choice Scarf, Kyurem-Black is still outsped by common Choice Scarf Pokemon like Victini, Nihilego, and Latios.

* Fusion Bolt is essential in order to hit Water-types like Slowbro and Empoleon, as well as Flying-types like Skarmory and Mantine. Change Skarmory to Celesteela since Ice Beam is better for Skarm.
* Ice Beam is its best Ice STAB used to target Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Cradily, and Tapu Bulu, as well as Flying-types like Zapdos and Gliscor.
* Earth Power is important coverage for hitting Fire- and Steel-types like Torkoal, Heatran, and Excadrill.
* Outrage is Kyurem-Black’s strongest Dragon STAB capable of doing incredible damage to neutral targets like Mew and Mega Sableye, as well as opposing Kyurem-Black.
* Hidden Power Fire can be used to hit Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor.
* Roost is an option for giving Kyurem-Black reliable sustain. Again, just say recovery.

Set Details
========

* Maximum investment in Special Attack and Speed are used to make Kyurem-Black as strong of a mixed attacker and as fast as possible.
* A Rash nature is used to further increase Kyurem-Black’s mixed damage output while not taking away from its Attack stat.
* Alternatively, if Outrage is used, a spread with maximum investment in Attack with a Naughty nature can also be used.
* A Life Orb is used to increase the power of Kyurem-Black’s attacks.
* Teravolt is its only ability, which allows it to hit Levitate Pokemon like Rotom-Wash with Earth Power and Thick Fat Pokemon like Mega Venusaur super effectively with Ice Beam. Again, Ice Beam is always super effective, it simply ignores the reduction from Thick Fat.
* Leftovers

Usage Tips
========

* Try bringing Kyurem-Black out early-game to wallbreak in order to allow Alolan Sandslash and Cloyster to win late-game.
* Due to Kyurem-Black’s high natural bulk, it’s best to bring it in against weaker attacks from Zapdos and Mega Venusaur. I don't like either of these examples. Zapdos can threaten with Toxic, which you mention later to avoid status, and Mega Venusaur can threaten Sleep, Leech, and status. Better examples would be like Crobat, Skarmory, and Hippowdon.
* However, against more powerful attackers, it’s best to bring it in after something has been taken out. Reword this, confusing.
* Keep hazards off the field as much as possible, since they can severely limit the amount of times Kyurem-Black can switch in.
* Since Kyurem-Black is capable of forcing out many Pokemon, try taking advantage of the opportunity by using Roost to recover any health lost.
* If Outrage is being used, be careful when you use it, or you’ll risk locking yourself into it and becoming setup bait for Pokemon like Mega Scizor and Celesteela. Refrain from using second person. Rework this to say something like 'make sure all checks/counters to Outrage have been dealt with before using it, otherwise Kyurem-B can become setup bait, get KOed, or force unfavorable switches.'
* Avoid status conditions as much as possible, since paralysis can halve its Speed, poison will quickly wear it down, and burn will halve its Attack while also slowly wearing it down. You don't need to explain what the conditions do, just say 'Avoid status conditions as much as possible as they can quickly wear Kyurem-B down and prevent it from wallbreaking effectively.'
* Use Kyurem-B as a way to gain favorable switches. It's one of the most threatening wallbreakers in the metagame so if the opponent is going to switch it should be fairly easy to predict what's coming in.

Team Options
========

* All Ice teams greatly appreciate Kyurem-Black’s powerful mixed wallbreaking. This isn't needed.
* Alolan Ninetales can set up Aurora Veil for Kyurem-Black to increase its survivability, while also switching into Dragon-type attacks and checking Fighting-types like Keldeo and Terrakion. Terrakion is a rough example, remove.
* Avalugg can switch into Steel-types like Jirachi and Excadrill, as well as remove hazards with Rapid Spin to allow Kyurem-Black to switch in more freely. freely > safely
* Mamoswine can set up Stealth Rock for Kyurem-Black, allowing it to wallbreak more effectively. It’s also capable of revenge killing threats like Mega Charizard Y and Tapu Koko if it’s holding a Choice Scarf. In return, Kyurem-Black breaks through Water- and Flying-types like Slowbro, Mantine, and Skarmory.
* Alolan Sandslash can check Rock-types like Nihilego and non-Choice Scarf Terrakion, as well as remove hazards with Rapid Spin to let Kyurem-Black switch in safely. In return, Kyurem-Black can remove Water-types like Mantine and Slowbro. It can also act as a switch-in to Steel-, Dragon-, and Fairy-type attacks in lieu of Alolan Ninetales
* Lapras can check Mega Scizor for Kyurem-Black, while also targeting Water-types that are immune to Fusion Bolt like Swampert and Seismitoad with Freeze-Dry. In return, Kyurem-Black checks Electric-types like Magnezone and Zapdos. Remove Magnezone for something else, like say Tapu Koko.
* Weavile can trap Psychic- and Ghost-types like Victini, Latios, and Gengar with Pursuit, as well as remove items with Knock Off. In return, Kyurem-Black beats Skarmory and Toxapex for Weavile.
* Piloswine can set up Stealth Rock to allow Kyurem-Black to wallbreak more effectively, while also phasing out setup sweepers with Roar and switching into threatening special attackers like Nihilego, Tapu Koko, and Heatran.
* Cloyster is a great setup sweeper that appreciates Kyurem-Black being able to break through troublesome Water-types like Slowbro and Toxapex.

Usage Tips
========

* Try to conserve Kyurem-Black until late-game when all its checks have been removed.
* It's a good idea to bring it in safely through pivots such as Rotom-Frost, since Kyurem-Black relies on being as healthy as possible. You don't mention Rotom-F at any other point so it's not needed here.
* Keep hazards off the field as much as possible, since they can severely limit the amount of times Kyurem-Black can switch in.
* Be careful about what move Kyurem-Black locks itself into, or it may risk becoming setup bait for Pokemon like Mega Scizor and Volcarona. Same thing as before.
* Avoid status conditions as much as possible, since paralysis can halve its Speed, poison will quickly wear it down, and burn will halve its Attack while also slowly wearing it down. Same thing as before.
* Add in variations of the points you use previously, this is too small.

* Mamoswine can set up Stealth Rock for Kyurem-Black, allowing it to sweep more effectively. It can also use Knock Off to remove items, helping Kyurem-Black deal with Chansey and Porygon2. Scarf Kyurem-B doesn't really deal with either of these. P2 without Eviolite can still stall Outrage quite a bit.
* Lapras can check Mega Scizor for Kyurem-Black, while also targeting Water-types that are immune to Fusion Bolt like Swampert and Seismitoad with Freeze Dry. In return, Kyurem-Black checks Electric-types like Magnezone and Zapdos. Again with Magnezone.
* Piloswine can set up Stealth Rock to allow Kyurem-Black to sweep more effectively, while also phasing out setup sweepers with Roar and switching into threatening special attackers like Nihilego, Tapu Koko, and Heatran.

Ice
--------
* A Babiri Berry can be used in order to weaken Steel-type moves and check Mega Scizor. However, Life Orb is important for enhancing Kyurem-Black’s wallbreaking potential.
* Freeze Shock can be used along with the Icium Z in order to have a powerful physical Ice STAB and a 1-time nuke. However, after the Subzero Slammer has been used, Freeze Shock won’t be very reliable since it’ll have to take a turn to charge.
* A Choice Band can be used with a more physically oriented set. However, Kyurem-Black benefits far more from the mixed wallbreaking that Life Orb offers.
* Focus Blast is a decent option for hitting Air Balloon Heatran and Porygon2 for strong damage. However, coverage options like Outrage and Hidden Power Fire are generally more effective.
* Iron Head is an option on the Choice Scarf set in order to OHKO Mega Diancie. However, Iron Head is generally less reliable than its other coverage options in many more matchups. Put this up in Moves, Mega Diancie is way too threatening to brush off.
* Substitute can be used on wallbreaking sets as a means of keeping it safe from status, as well as take advantage of how it can force things out. But similarly to Focus Blast, it would come at the cost of better coverage.
* Wallbreaking sets can run a Naive nature in order to outspeed Nidoking and Timid Meloetta. However, without a Naughty nature, it's unable to always OHKO Celesteela after Stealth Rock, and without a Rash nature, it can't always OHKO Mega Venusaur after Stealth Rock. This point is a mess. I don't think you ever mentioned a Naughty Nature before this so I don't know why it's being brought up now, also it doesn't OHKO Celesteela after Stealth Rock so this is wrong.

Checks and Counters

Ice
--------
**Fighting-types**: Fighting-types like Terrakion and Keldeo outspeed and threaten to KO Kyurem-Black with their Fighting STAB moves. However, Keldeo has a chance of being KOed by a Fusion Bolt from Choice Scarf sets.

**Rock-types**: Rock-types like Nihilego and Mega Aerodactyl can outspeed and threaten to KO Kyurem-Black with their Rock STAB moves. However, they will be outsped and potentially KOed by Choice Scarf sets with Outrage and Fusion Bolt respectively.

**Dragon-types**: Dragon-types like Garchomp and Hydreigon can outspeed and threaten to KO Kyurem-Black with their Dragon STAB moves. If either are holding a Choice Scarf, they can outspeed Choice Scarf sets. This is an Ice team, I don't see the point in having Dragon here. Kyurem-B is checked by some Dragon-types, sure, but come on.

**Steel-types**: Mega Scizor, Excadrill, and Jirachi can all threaten to KO Kyurem-Black with their Steel STAB moves. Jirachi can outspeed Choice Scarf Kyurem-Black if it’s also holding a Choice Scarf, and while Excadrill won’t be outspeeding, it won’t be OHKOed by an Earth Power. Mega Scizor will have to watch out for the potential Hidden Power Fire if it ever tries to set up.

**Fairy-types**: Fairy-types like Tapu Koko and Mega Diancie threaten to KO Kyurem-Black with their Fairy STAB moves. Choice Scarf sets will fail to OHKO Tapu Koko or Mega Diancie with Earth Power, although Mega Diancie will be fearing the potential Iron Head.

**Revenge killers**: Choice Scarf Pokemon like Infernape, Nihilego, and Latios can all outspeed Choice Scarf Kyurem-Black and threaten to KO it with their STAB moves.

**Status**: Kyurem-Black is hindered by all forms of status. Paralysis will halve its Speed, poison will quickly wear it down, and burn will halve its Attack stat. Same thing as before.
Look over this again and rewrite anything that you basically c/ped from the first set. Use different examples as well, I'm pretty sure I read an almost identical sentence 4 different times in this analysis.

Will go over this tonight but couple quick big problems.

For LO, Outrage without max atk is bad. It shouldn't be first slash either way. So keep spread and say in details that outrage needs max atk. Roost should be first slash instead. Also +speed is straight up mandatory. Rash is outright unviable. Don't even mention it in OO. You literally can't use it.

Scarf not having iron head is questionable since the whole reason you use it is for mega diancie unless slash is in team. Fix that

In OO remove all but band and sub. Everything else is horrible.

Will complete check tonight even if you don't implement in time. I'm just not at a PC rght now, so no rush if you're busy.

Right so this is kind of hard to explain, but what you're saying doesn't have much depth or good reasoning. Here are some examples:

* Access to Roost grants Kyurem-Black with recovery.
? What does this even mean? Why is that relevant and why is it in the Overview? Medicham gets Recover, but we're not going to have Recover in Medicham's analysis. So explain why Roost is important for Kyurem-B

* A Dragon / Ice-typing grants it a neutrality to Fire-type attacks, allowing it to check Fire-types like Heatran and Alolan Marowak.
A Dragon typing is going to help you beat Heatran, a Steel-type? What about Alolan Marowak? You have to explain what actually makes this true

* Its fantastic Attack and Special Attack stats make it a great mixed wallbreaker.
Literally the definition of a wallbreaker. Mega Banette has 165 Attack compared to Kyurem-B's 170. What's the difference? Explain this more.

* Its only average Speed stat leaves it outsped by many threats such as Victini, Mega Charizard Y, and Terrakion.
* Even with a Choice Scarf, Kyurem-Black is still outsped by common Choice Scarf Pokemon like Victini, Nihilego, and Latios.
Basically the same line but twice.

* Fusion Bolt is essential in order to hit Water-types like Slowbro and Empoleon, as well as Flying-types like Celesteela and Mantine.
Why's it essential to hit Water- and Flying-types? Especially Flying-types would be confusing, since you know, Ice is super effective against Flying.

Please go through this again and add more substance. It doesn't need to be super detailed, but explaining these things is important. Right now, there's really not much content here at all that I can't find off of bulbapedia by looking at the type chart or move list. Tag me when you've gone over it again.

Overview:
- Mention how its amazing coverage makes it very difficult to switch into
- Mention how it is crippled by paralysis and is threatened heavily by poison and burn

Mixed Wallbreaker:

Moves:
- I don't really like Excadrill being mentioned, because it will most likely be outspeeding Kyurem-Black anyways.

Set Details:
* Maximum investment in Special Attack and Speed are used to make Kyurem-Black as strong of a mixed attacker and as fast as possible.
- I think you forgot a word here. Also, I think you should mention why full investment in SpA can make it such a good mixed attacker.
* Teravolt is its only ability, which allows it to hit Levitate Pokemon like Rotom-Wash with Earth Power and attack past Mimikyu's Disguise.
- Maybe its just me, but your wording is kinda confusing here.

Choice Scarf:

Moves:
- Many of these are just c/p of the ones from the other set, so you should change it up.
- Excadrill can be mentioned here.

Set Details:
- Mega Diancie needs to be mentioned for things it outspeeds.
- Change the comment about Teravolt because its a c/p and same issue with wording.

Team Options:
- Change up the descriptions, just a c/p from other set.

Checks and Counters:
- Add Entry Hazards and Status

Nice job (Yes, I really had to)

QC 2/3

Implemented the changes, but decided to change the Entry Hazards section to just Stealth Rock, since that's the main entry hazard that threatens Kyurem-Black the most. Currently writing this

Edit: Finished writing this and ready for 3rd check

A Dragon / Ice-typing grants it a neutrality to Fire-type attacks, allowing it to take Fire-type attacks like Lava Plume from Torkoal and Heatran.

- Remove this, you don't need to talk about beating itself.

Set Details
A Naive nature is used to outspeed Pokemon like Nidoking, Jolly Excadrill, and Jolly Landorus-Therian, while not decreasing its Attack stat.
- Mention why Naive and not Hasty.

Usage Tips
- First off, just make sure you read this outloud to yourself, as several of the sentences are weirdly phrased
Make sure all checks/counters to Outrage have been dealt with before using it, otherwise Kyurem-Black can become setup bait, get KOed, or force unfavorable switches.
- Name some Pokemon that can take advantage of outrage and setup.
Use Kyurem-Black as a way to gain favorable switches, since it's one of the most threatening wallbreakers in the metagame, so if the opponent is going to switch it should be fairly easy to predict what's coming in.
- This sentence should go after the one where you talk about forcing switches.

Team Options
It can also act as a switch-in to Steel-, Dragon-, and Fairy-type attacks in lieu of Alolan Ninetales.
- I don't understand this sentence at all... you're saying A-Slash is going to switch into steel, dragon and fairy moves instead of Alola-ninetales? When a-tales isn't tanking steel and fairy moves anyways.... ? Just delete this whole sentence and you can add fairy moves to the sentence where you talk about checking rock types.

Usage Tips
Try bringing Kyurem-Black in on weak attacks such as Fake Out from Mega Lopunny in order to get it in safely and force something out.
- Pick a better example, MLop is pretty free to just spam HJK against ice, plus fake out isn't even its best set.

Team Options
Alolan Sandslash is another revenge killer capable of beating faster Choice Scarf Pokemon such as Hydreigon and Garchomp for Kyurem-Black,
- "while under Hail"
- Make sure to order your team members by function, i.e. mamoswine and piloswine both use SR, so they should go together. The same goes for the LO set team options, as well as the other pokemon whose function match.

Otherwise, 3/3

Fusion Bolt is essential in order to hit Water-types like Slowbro and Empoleon, as well as Flying-types that take neutral damage from Ice Beam like Celesteela and Mantine. Ice Beam is its Kyurem-B's best Ice STAB attack, (AC) used to target Grass-types like Mega Venusaur, Cradily, and Tapu Bulu (RC) as well as Flying-types like Zapdos and Gliscor. Earth Power is important coverage for hitting Fire- and Steel-types like Torkoal, Heatran, and Magnezone. Roost is an option for giving Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B recovery to offset the damage taken by Life Orb. Hidden Power Fire can be used to hit Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor. Outrage is Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B’s strongest Dragon STAB attack, (AC) capable of doing incredible damage to neutral targets like Mew and Mega Sableye.

Maximum investment in Special Attack and Speed are is used to make Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B as strong and fast as possible. A Naive nature is used to outspeed Pokemon like Nidoking, Jolly Excadrill, and Jolly Landorus-Therian, while not without decreasing its Attack stat. Naive is chosen over Hasty because its Kyurem-B's better physical bulk lets it survive attacks such as Bullet Punch from unboosted Mega Scizor. A Life Orb is used to increase the power of Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B’s attacks. Teravolt is the only ability it has access to, which allows it to hit Levitate Pokemon like Rotom-Wash with Earth Power and attack past Mimikyu's Disguise. Alternatively, Leftovers can be used in order to give Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B passive recovery. If Outrage is being used, maximum investment should be put into Attack over Special Attack.

Usage Tips
========

Try bringing Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B out early-game to wallbreak in order to allow Alolan Sandslash and Cloyster to win late-game. Due to Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B’s high natural bulk, it’s it's best to bring it in against weaker attacks from Hippowdon and Crobat. However, against more powerful wallbreakers, it’s it's best to bring it in after something has been taken out. Keep entry hazards off the field as much as possible, since they can severely limit the amount number of times Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B can switch in. Use Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B as a way to gain favorable switches; (SC) since it's one of the most threatening wallbreakers in the metagame, so if the opponent is going to switch, (AC) it should be fairly easy to predict what's coming in. Since Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B is capable of forcing out many Pokemon, try taking advantage of the opportunity by using Roost to recover any health lost. Make sure all checks/counters (doesn't really work with moves, use something like "switch-ins" or "Pokemon that can take advantage of") to Outrage have been dealt with before using it, otherwise Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B can become setup bait for Pokemon like Mega Scizor, get KOed, or force unfavorable switches. Avoid status conditions as much as possible, (AC) as they can quickly wear Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B down and prevent it from wallbreaking effectively.

Team Options

Alolan Ninetales can set up Aurora Veil for Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B to increase its survivability (RC) while also switching into Dragon-type attacks and checking Fighting-types like Keldeo. Avalugg can switch into Steel-types like Jirachi and Excadrill, as well as remove hazards with Rapid Spin to allow Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B to switch in more safely. Mamoswine and Piloswine can set up Stealth Rock for Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B, allowing it to wallbreak more effectively. It’s (Mamoswine is?) also capable of revenge killing threats like Mega Charizard Y and Tapu Koko if it’s it's holding a Choice Scarf, (comma) while (assuming previous it = Mamo) Piloswine can phaze out setup sweepers with Roar and switch into threatening special attackers like Nihilego, Tapu Koko, and Heatran. In return, Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B breaks through Water- and Flying-types like Slowbro, Mantine, and Skarmory. Alolan Sandslash can check Rock-types like Nihilego and non-Choice Scarf Terrakion, as well as remove entry hazards with Rapid Spin to let Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B switch in safely. In return, Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B can remove Water-types like Mantine and Slowbro. Lapras can check Mega Scizor for Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B (RC) while also targeting Water-types that are immune to Fusion Bolt like Swampert and Seismitoad with Freeze-Dry. In return, Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B checks Electric-types like Tapu Koko and Zapdos. Weavile can trap Psychic- and Ghost-types like Victini, Latios, and Gengar with Pursuit (RC) as well as remove items with Knock Off. In return, Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B beats Skarmory and Toxapex for Weavile. Piloswine can set up Stealth Rock to allow Kyurem-Black to wallbreak more effectively, while also phasing out setup sweepers with Roar and switching into threatening special attackers like Nihilego, Tapu Koko, and Heatran. Cloyster is a great setup sweeper that appreciates Kyurem-Black Kyurem-B's ability being able to break through troublesome Water-types like Slowbro and Toxapex.
