Some old gesture studies

Would strongly recommend finding a site that does 1 minute poses and drawing the fundamentals of anatomy (pause if you need more time) and block out the shapes before delving into detail too early, which I find is something that beginners get caught up in a lot. It gives you a great feel for how the human body should behave/what you can do with it.
