Def: 117 (+22)

BST: 499 (+99)
Signature Move: Battery Overload | Physical | Electric | 110 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Makes Contact | Raises user's Attack stat, but also raises foe's Special Attack stat | Charjabug releases all the electric energy stored on its body with a powerful tackle
Design/Flavor: Charjabug gains a very reistant steel-like exoskeleton, making its body color change to a greyish green color. Electricity can be seen flowing on its front and on its back.
Competitive Analysis: Charjabug-E is a powerful wallbreaker, it has an amazing Attack stat and amazing STAB options to back it up. Electric/Bug coverage is pretty good as well, and its okay 77/117/77 bulk allows it to take one hit or two if need be, also, its signature move gives a way to overcome wall without offensive presence, since it can stack up Attack boosts with the aforementioned move. Charjabug-E is not without flaws tho, Battery Overload is an amazing move, but it makes Charja's matchups against special attackers way tougher, not to mention its poor base 77 SpD. Finally, it lacks meaningful coverage, making it quite tricky to use, and its speed is pathetic, making Charjabug-E unable to outspeed most Pokemon.

Pokemon gain the most BST upon evolving
Magikarp - Feebas - Wimpod

Magikarp & Feebas will have BST of 539, and Wimpod will have a BST of 529. Have fun :)

Name: Magikarp-Eternal
New Type: Water
New Stat distribution:
HP:
88 (+68)
Atk: 108 (+98)
Def: 108 (+53)
SpA: 38 (+23)
SpD: 88 (+68)
Spe: 109 (+29)
BST: 539 (+339)
Signature Move: Splash Attack | Physical | Water | 50 BP | 100% Acc | 20 PP | hits x times, where x is Magikarp's Speed stat (after modifiers, such as Choice Scarf, Swift Swim and Speed Boosts) divided by its foe's Speed stat, rounded up. Magikarp's Speed raises by one stage after using this move | Z Move - 200 BP Hydro Vortex
Design/Flavor: Magikarp finnally accepted that it is a weak Pokémon, but that was the key for it to become what it is, its very hard to be the very best, and that acceptance allowed Magikarp to become stronger, it stopped having the dream of evolving, and chose to be eternally a Magikarp. It gains a golden shine, and longer whiskers.
Competitive Analysis: Magikarp-E is a very interesting Pokémon, it may look extremely weak, but its signature Move is key to its competitve aspect. In the first place, anything that it can outspeed takes at least a 100BP move from a base 108 Atk, its decent. Now, when you consider it can gain Speed Boosts by clicking its only decent move and those Speed Boosts make it hit more times, dealing more damage, its clear to identify its goal. Rain + Swift Swim allows it to deal twice as much damage with its signature move, three times actually, if you consider the rain boost. That means that using Splash Attack several times actully makes it a unstopabble rain sweeper, even overcoming resists:

252 Atk / +1 252+ Spe Choice Scarf Magikarp-E Splash Attack (9 hits) vs. 248 HP / 212+ Def / 0 Spe Tangrowth: 286-337 (70.9 - 83.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk / +1 252+ Spe Choice Scarf Magikarp-E Splash Attack (4 hits) vs. 248 HP / 8 Def / 252+ Spe Tapu Fini: 177-208 (51.6 - 60.6%) -- 93.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk / +1 252+ Spe Choice Scarf Magikarp-E Splash Attack (4 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def / 252+ Spe Tapu Koko: 246-291 (87.5 - 103.5%) -- 25% chance to OHKO

New Stat distribution:
HP:

Atk: 18 (+3)
Def: 98 (+78)
SpA: 68 (+58)
SpD: 118 (+63)
Spe: 119 (+39)
BST: 539 (+339)
Signature Move: Beauty Drain | Status | Water | 100% Acc | 10 PP | The user heals its HP by the same amount as the target's Special Defense stat (after modifiers). It also lowers target's Special Defense by one stage
Design/Flavor: Eternal Feebas not only accepted it ugliness but managed to decieve opponents by making they think they're ugly as well. As stated before, Feebas Eternal is even uglier than a regular Feebas, having very akward-colored pink stripes on its body, its mouth becomes slightly bigger and red, and its blue parts, become a dark green.
Competitive Analysis: A wall, with great defensive typing, realiablish recovery, amazing Speed tier and offensive presence thanks to its signature move, what more could you want?

Name:
Wimpod-Eternal
New Type: Water/Bug
New Stat distribution:
HP:
100 (+75)
Atk: 103 (+68)
Def: 123 (+83)
SpA: 20
SpD: 33 (+3)
Spe: 150 (+70)
BST: 529 (+299)
Signature Move: Hide Away | Status | Normal | 10 PP | Never Misses | +4 Priority. User disappears and goes into the semi invulnerable state that can be seen in Moves like Fly, Dive or Dig. Then, at the end of the turn, the user gain 33% of its HP and switches out and gives a teammate a free switch-in. This move can fail if a protecting move was used consecutively before it, multiplying its success rate to 1/3 for every protecting move used directly before Hide Away | Z Move - Fully Heals the teammate switching in
Design/Flavor: Wimpod Eternal is the wimpest Pokemon out there, but unlike its base forme, it uses its fear to its advantage. It is much bigger than the regular Wimpod and it doesn't know about its true power.
Competitive Analysis: Wimpod-E is a physically defensive pivot, making use of its 100/123/33 bulk to switch on physical moves and provide momentum for its teammates thanks to Wimp Out and Hide Away. It is pretty fast as well, and it's base 103 Attack means it's by no means passive. However, it struggles checking Special Attackers and is SR weak, something terrible for a bulky pivot.

Name: Magikarp-Eternal
Type: Water/Dragon
Base Stats: 90 (+70) / 154 (+144) / 90 (+35) / 15 / 90 (+70) / 100 (+20) Total: 539 (+339)
Signature Move: Magikarp's Revenge - Water, Physical, 100 BP, 10 PP, 100% Acc | Summons rain. User takes 33% of damage dealt in recoil damage.
Design/Flavor: Modern Magikarp are weak and pathetic, but in the ancient past, before they developed the ability to evolve into Gyarados, they were so incredibly powerful that they were said to be able to destroy an entire mountain in a single blow. Even modern Gyarados are thought to pale in comparison to the power and speed of ancient Magikarp. However, due to their fearsome power, they were hunted to near extinction by the humans who feared them, leaving only the weakest of their species alive; the extraordinary weakness of modern Magikarp is the direct result of this, and they developed the ability to evolve into Gyarados as a defense mechanism to prevent total extinction. But very, very rarely, a modern Magikarp will be born with a certain mutation giving it the power of the Magikarp of the ancient past. These enormous serpentine beasts are red and gold in color and dwarf Gyarados in size. They are similar to Gyarados in overall appearance but with no teeth and fins more closely resembling Magikarp's, but tipped with claws. Despite their enormous size and power, these mutant Magikarp still cannot learn many moves, but they can unleash all of the power of their ancient ancestors, creating storms and wreaking havoc on the battlefield.
Competitive Analysis: Considering Magikarp learns a single-digit number of moves, there's not much you can do aside from Banded Magikarp's Revenge, but considering that you'll be in the rain after the first turn, and that Magikarp can have Swift Swim, it can still serve as a great physical nuke with decent bulk backed by a good typing with few weaknesses. And that's pretty much it.

Name: Feebas-Eternal
Type: Water/Fairy
Base Stats: 90 (+70) / 15 / 90 (+70) / 154 (+144) / 90 (+35) / 100 (+20) Total: 539 (+339)
Signature Move: Radiant Beauty - Fairy, Special, 100 BP, 10 PP, 100% Acc | 10% chance to lower the foe's Accuracy by 1.
Design/Flavor: A five-thousand-year-old tablet was unearthed in the desert of the Hoenn region bearing this legend: "Once there was a Feebas that could not evolve. The Feebas was distraught, knowing that it could never be as beautiful or powerful as its friends that could evolve into Milotic. Despondent, it sank to the bottom of the sea, where it found a cave containing the mythical Jirachi. It asked Jirachi to make it more beautiful and more powerful than any Milotic, and Jirachi granted its wish. Now, the White Feebas glides through water and air, radiating a beauty so powerful as to make its foes fall to their knees in awe." Scientists were able to establish a link between this legend and modern sightings of a giant white Feebas with a golden aura and angelic winglike fins, leading to several attempts to capture it, all of which ended with the participants either dying at sea or coming back blind and insane. Photographic evidence of its existence has been confirmed, but anyone looking at the image will exhibit symptoms similar to Stendhal syndrome and will subsequently develop an obsession with seeing the Feebas in person.
Competitive Analysis: A great special sweeper. Adaptability makes Scald and Radiant Beauty hit incredibly hard, Ice Beam provides good coverage and Z-Hypnosis can even be used to gain a speed boost allowing it to outspeed potential counters like Tapu Koko.

Name: Wimpod-Eternal
Type: Bug/Water
Base Stats: 84 (+59) / 145 (+110) / 100 (+60) / 20 / 100 (+70) / 80 Total: 529 (+299)
Signature Move: Fearless Charge - Bug, Physical, 140 BP, 5 PP, 90% Acc | If this move misses, the user takes 50% of its maximum HP in crash damage.
Design/Flavor: Normally, Wimpod is a cowardly Pokémon through and through, but this Wimpod is completely fearless. Through intense training, it has grown larger and more heavily armored, its former body now just a (much braver-looking) head situated on top of a crablike body with large claws and heavy armor. Though powerful and fearless, it still will flee if it detects that something poses a serious threat. It buries itself in the sand with only its head exposed, appearing to be a regular Wimpod, then rises from the sand to ambush its prey. When it finds discarded objects on the beach, it adds them to its shell for added protection.
Competitive Analysis: It's a little less bulky than Golisopod physically, but is specially bulkier, hits harder and is faster. Wimpod makes a good tanky physical attacker with moves like Fearless Charge and Waterfall for STAB, Leech Life for healing if necessary, Aqua Jet for priority and even Spikes if you need an offensively oriented Water-type Spikes setter after the inevitable Greninja ban.

Ohhh, yeah, completely forgot to mention it, we will be coding this as the slates go, that way it doesn't end up like FE, where it all had to be coded once

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Magikarp-Eternal
New Stat distribution: 110(+90)/30(+20)/145(+90)/54(+39)/95(+75)/120(+40) (539 out of 539)
Signature Move: Submerge: Water type, PP 10(max 16). Heals 50% of HP, 75% in Rain. Z-Submerge increases Special Attack by 1. (if allowed, it also gets all of its event moves by default)
Design/Flavor (optional): Even hardier than normal, this giant Magikarp was thought to be immortal in ancient times. It's not exactly invincible, but that's only because threats unparalleled in those times have emerged. Its scales are a brighter red than usual, and its upper "crown" fin has a real crown around it. Unlike normal Magikarp, it swims upright.
Competitive Analysis (optional): A fast wall with incredible physical bulk, but a discouraging lack of status to inflict.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Magikarp-Eternal
New Type: Water/Ice
New Stat distribution: 90(+70)/100(+90)/94(+39)/115(+100)/30(+10)/110(+30)
Signature Move: Frozen Wish | Special | 120 | Ice | 100 Acc | 24 PP | Freezes/Paralyzes opponent 30% chance | Magikarp shines and freezes the land/sea of the battlefield and freezes the opponent
Design/Flavor (optional): 5000 years ago, a Magikarp was found trapped in ice by Mew. Mew, sorry for the Magikarp, rescued it and granted it powers of Ice, and it became a Water/Ice type. Mew's blessing gave it the power to travel through the frozen Arctic, giving it an icy hue. It appears every 200 years to a frozen lake and thaws it, and it is said that those who travel to it will see water of purest blue.
Competitive Analysis (optional): Specs Frozen Wish = 120BP Power

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Feebas-Eternal
New Type: Water/Psychic
New Stat distribution: 55(+35)/134(+119)/90(+70)/10/95(+40)/150(+70)
Signature Move: Zen Blades | Physical | 60 | Psychic | - Acc | Feebas uses psychic power to create blades that attack the opponent. | 30% chance to flinch. Super Effective on Steel Types
Design/Flavor: Four thousand years ago, when Celebi came to Alola, it was trapped in a metal cage by Alolan Sandslash. A group of Feebas attempted to save the Celebi, but they failed. As a last resort, Celebi gave the leader of the group the powers of an Eternal Pokemon, and the Feebas broke Celebi out

New Stat distribution: 100 (+80) / 100 (+90) / 115 (+60) / 22 (+7) / 100 (+80) / 102 (+22) | 539 BST
Signature Move: Karp Turn - Water, Physical, 90 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc | User recovers HP equal to 1/2 damage dealt and switches out after using this move
Design/Flavor: Its orange color is blue, and its yellow color is turquoise. Its hobby is performing, so it thrives off of capturing the hearts of those who behold it. It may have a sturdy body, but it moves around quickly and elegantly.
Competitive Analysis: All-around physical attacker with a STAB pivot draining move. Not much else to say.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Feebas-Eternal
New Type: Water / Ground
New Stat distribution: 100 (+80) / 25 (+10) / 130 (+110) / 135 (+125) / 65 (+10) / 84 (+4) | 539 BST
Signature Move: Aged Power - Ground, Special, 90 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc | 10% chance to lower the target's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each.
Design/Flavor: Its skin is a darker brown, and its fins are the same color as the skin of a normal Feebas. This particular Feebas has decided to embrace its lack of attractiveness and enhance itself with mud. The trick has somehow worked over the ages, causing this Feebas to last much longer and even become amphibian.
Competitive Analysis: Physically defensive special attacking behemoth with strong dual STAB and Ice Beam for near perfect coverage. Can be taken down by exploiting its lack of reliable recovery, low Special Defense, and below average Speed.

tfw no Shuffle sprite for Wimpod
Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Wimpod-Eternal
New Type: Water / Steel
New Stat distribution: 65 (+40) / 42 (+7) / 75 (+35) / 120 (+100) / 67 (+37) / 160 (+80) | 529 BST
Signature Move: Litter Bomb - Steel, Special, 70 BP, 20 PP, 100 Acc | Super-effective against Water-types
Design/Flavor: The silver parts of its body are gray, and the purple parts are a darker gray. This variety of Wimpod used to thrive off of debris scattered along the shore. At some point, it became an entirely different variety of creature, now more likely to be seen underwater and collecting debris within the ocean. As such, it has become much faster, and its breath is strengthened to where it can fire deadly projectiles from its mouth.
Competitive Analysis: A super fast special attacker whose STAB combination of Scald and Litter Bomb is resisted by few. Can also take advantage of Spikes and Taunt to serve as an effective attacking lead, even if it's not that bulky in spite of its Water/Steel typing.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Magikarp - Eternal
New Type: Water/Flying
New Stat distribution: 80 (+60)/100 (+90)/80 (+25)/90 (+75)/80 (+60)/109 (+29) BST: 539
Signature Move: Magikarp's Revenge- Water, Physical, 120 BP, 10 (16 Max) PP, - Acc (Never Misses),
Makes contact, If sucessfully used, sets up the effects of Rain Dance, Aqua Ring and Magic Coat for the user, The user recovers 1/2 of the damage dealt, 100% chance to confuse the opponent, 100% chance to lower the opponent's Defense and Special Attack by 1 stage, The user must recharge on the following turn
Design/Flavor: Simplified version: this Magikarp heard of the Magikarp that climbed the waterfall and turned into Gyarados, so it trained and climbed but never got to the top. the skills it learned allowed it to fly out of the water for short periods of time
Competitive Analysis: This version of Magikarp makes up for it's tiny movepool by having a hilariously broken move. It will help out with coding aswell, as it is literally in showdown. Theres not much else to say. It would likely run a z move with Bounce or MR. One other option is to run Z Happy Hour/ Z Splash and Breakneck Blitz with Flail.

Signature Move: Hit and Run- Bug, Physical, 100 BP, 20 PP (32 Max), 100% Acc, Switches user out after attacking
Design/Flavor:
Competitive Analysis:
Uses Hit and Run with it's high speed stat to be a great pivot

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Feebas - Eternal
New Type: Water/Fairy
New Stat distribution: 80/55/79/105/100/120 BST: 539
Signature Move: Power of Love- Fairy, Special, 150 BP, 5 (8 Max), 90% Acc, Lowers all stats by 2 stages, including accuracy and evasion
Design/Flavor:
Competitive Analysis:
A nice special attacker with good STABs and Adaptability. Power of Love hits incredibly hard, but has negative side effects to balance it out.

edit: lowered Power of Love to 150 BP

Typing:
Water/Flying
Stats: 120 / 80 / 120 / 40 / 74 / 105
Signature Move: Magikarp Jump - 150 BP, Water, Physical, 50% accuracy - Jumps up first turn, attacks on second turn. Accuracy increases by 10% for every stat boost. Breaks through Protect like Z-moves do.
Flavor: Magikarp is well known for its ability to jump, hence the flying type and signature move. Magikarp looks quite toned, and has the feeling of a spring pressed down: ready to explode upwards. Magikarp turns green with purple vertical fins and whiskers, similar to shiny Dragonite, who some people think Magikarp was meant to evolve into.
Analysis: Magikarp would run a powerful double dance set with Z-Celebrate and Z-Splash. Magikarp Jump in particular benefits from this by increasing its accuracy.

Flavor: Feebas is based upon hatchetfish, a deep sea fish. As such, its eternal form becomes more deep-sea-like. It's body is pitch black, but its fins and eyes are bioluminescent.
Analysis: Feebas' signature move allows it to take down just about anything slower than it, even if its damage output is a little shabby. Its middling speed can be remedied with either Swift Swim+Rain Dance or a Choice Scarf.

Great submissions, but 90% flinch chance with 105 base Speed is just nasty! Keep in mind that this is for an OU enviroment, please nerf it or I'll have to disqualify your Feebas :(

This one is not as bad, but 25% chance to Freeze and 25% chance to paralyze is maybe too much. Specially with base 125 SpA and 130 Spe, which is above average if you ask me. Please nerf this as well, or it'll be disqualified :(

Nerfed the moves to 100 power, removed the random stat boost from Magikarp's Revenge, nerfed Speed to 100 for both and added 10 points to each defensive stat instead. Is that OK?

alephgalactus

Banned deucer.
Feebas is fine, but I still think the rain effect is too much for Karp, you see, it not only has that massive attack stat, but with S-Swim and base 100 Speed, it can outspeed pretty much anything and still hit really hard with Rain boosted Magikarp's Revenge. I think removing the rain effect might be the a good idea, or severly nerf the move's BP or adding a considerable drawback, like Squawkerz did with his Magikarp.
All right, I made Magikarp's Revenge do recoil damage. I think that should just about make it balanced.

Ok, submission phase closed. Voting phase is now open. Here are some extra self voting rules:
If you want to vote for yourself now, it gets slightly more complicated. You can always keep voting for yourself as second, but you can change the order a bit, for as long as the number of self votes equals 2x the number of submissions you made. Let's use some examples to make it more understandable:

Pansage: Yoshiblaze, Exploudit, Ludicrousity
Pansear: Ludicrousity, Exploudit, Yoshiblaze
Panpour: Ludicrousity, Exploudit, Yoshiblaze

So this voting format is good, cuz' i voted for myself as second three times, and when you add everything up, I gave myself 6 votes, which is fine, as it is exactly the number of submissions I made for the slate x2. However, say I liked my Pansage submition a lot, and I really want it to win, I can play around with my votes a little bit:

Pansage: Exploudit, Yoshiblaze, Ludicrousity
Pansear: Ludicrousity, Exploudit, Yoshiblaze
Panpour: Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze, Exploudit

So to make my Pansage first vote, I moved my Panpour self vote to last. Makes sense, right? And when you add up the votes, 3 + 2 + 1 = 6 which is exactly what I want. Let's say that I like my Pansage and Panpour submissions more, and I didn't like my Pansage submittion too much. I can do this:

Pansage: Yoshiblaze, Ludicrousity, G-Luke
Pansear: Exploudit, Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze
Panpour: Exploudit, Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze

3 + 3 adds up to six, so I'm good to that. Small note that this can't be done if I made no Pansage submittion, because if that was the case, the number of submissions I made x2 would actually end up as 4, which isn't enough. Also, had I only made a single submittion, I'd always have to self vote as #2 or lower, because making only one submittion gives me only two self vote points. I hope that was clear, if you had any trouble to understand this, feel free to PM me and I'll explain it as best as I can
Here is the voting list:

Design/Flavor: Eternal Feebas not only accepted it ugliness but managed to decieve opponents by making they think they're ugly as well. As stated before, Feebas Eternal is even uglier than a regular Feebas, having very akward-colored pink stripes on its body, its mouth becomes slightly bigger and red, and its blue parts, become a dark green.
Competitive Analysis: A wall, with great defensive typing, realiablish recovery, amazing Speed tier and offensive presence thanks to its signature move, what more could you want?

New Stat distribution:
Signature Move: Zen Blades | Physical | 60 | Psychic | - Acc | Feebas uses psychic power to create blades that attack the opponent. | 30% chance to flinch. Super Effective on Steel Types
Design/Flavor: Four thousand years ago, when Celebi came to Alola, it was trapped in a metal cage by Alolan Sandslash. A group of Feebas attempted to save the Celebi, but they failed. As a last resort, Celebi gave the leader of the group the powers of an Eternal Pokemon, and the Feebas broke Celebi out
